Well I'm playing two druids. And I made a mistake. Sorry. Ah. Ok, cool.

Oh, no! Kitty cat down! Quizrel runs around and behind the terrifying giant crawfish. Now flanking the creature with Kane, she swings wildly a couple times hoping to bring the creature down. I can't wait to boil you in a pot with some Varisian seasoning and eat you up!
Yikes! I forgot granny told us there were lawn crawdads! Quizrel pulls out her meat tenderizer and whacks a lawn crawdad (yellow). Then attempts a bitey-bite.
She then steps a few paces back to get out of the fray and the reach of the two pairs of claws.
Hooray! Quizrel shouts as she jumps with joy.
She beams with excitement as they all take turns playing with the fancy hedge trimmers and dig through the wondrous trove of treasures. After a minute or two, with their incredibly short attention spans, the kobolds get bored with the trimmers and the treasure. Quizrel packs up all she can carry. I guess we should take the trimmer back to granny. She seems a bit sad that her adventure is over. Maybe she will bake us a big pie for finding the trimmer! Hey. Do I look like a gnome with a beard now that I'm all pink?
Quizrel keeps trying to pick the lock until it opens.
I'm pink! What's going on here!?! Aghhh!!!

Oooooh. Look at my wound close up. Quizrel says looking in astonishment as the cut heals from the druid's medical expertise.
Quizrel shifts over to get into a flank with Precious, even though precious always looks grumpy. She pulls out her meat tenderizer and gives the badger a good bonk on the rear. Shoo! Go away, meanie ogre-badger!
You're lucky I missed! Now, scram!
Yeah, Mister Ogre-Badger. Those wormies look delicious. You better eat 'em up fast before they burrow away.
Kane got a bad owie. We need to fix him up. -------------------------------- Quizrel follows the others, awestruck by the beautiful sights around her.
She stops in her tracks when she catches a glimpse of a fountain through the hedge maze. Looky over there! Water! Let's get some fresh water!
Quizrel gets into a prone position and carefully shimmies underneath the hedge. Scrambling along the roots, she tries not to poke herself on any thorns.
We are the Seekers of the Garden Tools! Quizrel shouts triumphantly, holding her meat tenderizer high.
Do not worry, Granny! We will slay the dreaded lawn crawfish and return victoriously with the Mighty Hedge Trimmer of Weed-Whacking!
She turns towards the others as she crosses the threshold.
Uh, granny? Quizrel, with cookie crumbs in her fake beard, looks at the old lady.
Cookies!?! Thanks, granny! Happy... Birthday? Quizrel says excitedly, dipping her hand in the jar and extracting a crumbly cookie. A bit taken aback that the old human lady isn't whacking her with a rolling pin, Quizrel goes along with whatever the old lady wants. Yeth. We can get your hedge trimmer. Do you like my beard, Granny?
Quizrel takes a close look at the lock.
She grabs the lock with both hands and gives a good tug.
She lets go and steps down back onto the floor. Nope. Can't break it. Simeek, you strong. You can break?
I want to dance! C'mon, dolly. Show me how to dance like the big people in the city. Play a waltz, Rhin. Quizrel acts as if she's holding an imiginary partner and steps and sways to the ocarina's music. That's nice, Rhin! Dance with me, dolly. Quizrel holds out her arms and invites the creepy doll to dance with her.
Quizrel approaches the bed, intrigued by the living doll. Believing the doll could be dangerous, she speaks in a soft, friendly tone.
Quizrel sneaks behind Simeek as he moves to the eastern side of the room. As he looks around, Quizrel pokes him to startle him. Grr! Nuthin' but me scary dwarf that kills kobolds! She shouts in her best dwarf voice.
Haha! Quizrel waves her hand to blow off her companions' disparaging comments. I'm gonna be a scary dwarf now. she says as some of the white stuffing falls from her cheek.
Grrr. Imma dwarf. Gonna git you's. She growls playfully, with droopy fake beard, and pokes at Simeek. Then she turns to Rhin.
Quizrel is really having fun with her antics.
That was fast fight. I never got to shneaky-shneak. Oh, well. Maybe next time. You feelin' better, Simeek? Izni and Rhin do good job healing you. Quizrel grabs a handful of the white fluffy stuffing and sticks it to the scales of her chin and cheeks. Ha ha! Looky at me!
Imma big bad adventurin' dwarf. Gonna kill me some kobolds. She says in a low, gruff voice mocking a dwarf.
It is his new disguise. Honestly though, I took an already made alias, changed it, but didn't change the image, which is a little more work than changing the character sheet itself, cause really this game will be over in two weeks from when it started. Ha! Awesome disguise! I thought this was gonna be a "Quest" sort of short adventure. Until I read This thread that started a few days ago.
I understand. I'm an honest gamer and in the dozen or so PbP games I've played so far, I never looked at the "GM Screen" or secret rolls. The games moved on too quickly for me to care. Anyway, cool. I don't mind if rolls are in the open. I'd prefer if you did my secret rolls for me, though. That way I can blame the bad rolls on the GM. ;)
Hey, Luke. Other GMs put their secret rolls in a spoiler or in their "GM Screen" spoiler. But, yeah. I guess it doesn't matter if it's out in the open.
Quizrel crouches down and moves to a spot against the wall near a crate out of view of the bad doggies . She then pulls out her knobby meat tenderizer and waits for her companions to move into the room.
If all goes according to her plan, she will sneak into the room after the others and hopefully get the sneaky on a doggo.
Oooohhh.
Quizrel moves to get a clear view for a better shot against the fungal creature.
It would be helpful if Rhin & Izni had stats in their profile. And Kane looks like an elf.

I will open door or Simeek can open door, since he haz long pointy weapon. First, need to know if mushrooms are poisonous.

Her eyes wide in amazement, Quizrel speaks quietly to her companions as she takes in her surroundings.
Quizrel moves southward along the crates. Rounding the crates, she sees a beetle shecan get a good shot at . She loads a bolt and fires at the vermin.
And almost shoots herself in the foot.
Quizrel pulls out her crossbow, loads it, and shoots at the one Simeek is stabbing with his halberd.
Quizrel's eyes go wide as she oggles the trove of treasure. Me firtht! Pushing a kobold aside and darting in, she shouts in her usual lisp from the cleft lip she was born with that caused the other kobolds to bully her. She starts rummaging haphazardly through the crates looking for items to enhance her thieving skills. |
