The half-orc groans as the blade pierces his side. Swaying sightly, he can only hope to survive this team, but if he is going to go down, Qillion is going to go down fighting.

Spliting his attacks, he punches the women and kicks back at the man in orange, before rolling to the side to try and avoid their flanking.

I probably should have put this as a note on my last post, but Qillion will use his Step Up feat to follow the lady as she tries to step away. If she still throws the stink bomb, he is going to take his AoO to try and punch her.

Despite his talk, he recognizes the terrain is not friendly for the group, so he moves to the side and uses his whip to grab the boat across the way, and tries to pull it to him.

Prehensile whip should be able to grab it, but I don't know if it is tied up or not.

Qillion looks for a rope to tie up the unconscious one. Once she is secure, he produces the other pearl. "Look, I found this at the other murder site. She has been both places, and each with a dead body."

@GM - yes, used martial flexibility. It is a move action, but it lasts for a minute, so he used it before starting the combat. But I look back and don't see that post... I have lost a few this week, but it could also be bad memory on my side.

I wasn't sure which map we were on or who was the woman, but it seems clearer now.

"I think we should check this place to make sure it is secure, and then decide if we want to lay in wait for the inevitable attack, or do we want to go try to find the source of that poison and track down who's pulling the strings here?"

Special Notes/Abilities:
Qillion is basically an enforcer for hire, usually working on ships (often pirate vessels). He is handy with a whip, likes to smash things with his shield, and carries a variety of weapons to cut or stab. And if that doesn't work, he pees on them.

I have to tweak him a bit, because I see I have a chronicle I haven't yet applied, which will make him level 3. He was supposed to be a Lore Warden from here on out, but they changed that archetype and I am not sure it matches the original vision. So he will likely be a brawler 3, but I will clean him up tonight.

Oh, and I am not sure you are ready to start just yet, but I will be travelling Thurs thru Sunday, so very limited ability to post.

I was planning on Qillion Jones, an ex-pirate put on the straight and narrow, although the old ways still pull at him. He is a half-orc Brawler 2.

I also have available:
Emmett Lathrop, Human Gunslinger 1 / Brawler 1 (sort of a cross between Billy the kid and McGuyver, as if played by Owen Wilson)

Jaxal, an Elf Empiricist (Investigator) 1 / Inspired Blade (Swashbuckler) 1, who is a bit of a fancy-pants/smarty-pants.

Any of these would be fun for adventure on the high seas.
