I probably should have put this as a note on my last post, but Qillion will use his Step Up feat to follow the lady as she tries to step away. If she still throws the stink bomb, he is going to take his AoO to try and punch her. AoO Unarmed: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22

Qillion replies "No clue. Let's see if it likes getting punched." Despite his talk, he recognizes the terrain is not friendly for the group, so he moves to the side and uses his whip to grab the boat across the way, and tries to pull it to him. Prehensile whip should be able to grab it, but I don't know if it is tied up or not.
