Profile updated with some light background. Also added an alignment (CG) and realized I've not done gear...

A somewhat hasty build of Haezelle Pyreous, Ifrit Skald, will add some more information later.

Apologies, I'm on medication which is interfering with my concentration and this game is getting increasingly hard to follow, so I'm going to drop out.

If anyone wants to hijack Pyreous (perhaps reborn under another name), or if you want to use him as an excuse for a fiery conflagration then feel free..

The Angels brought by Pyros integrate with the City of Atlas, creating the Aasimaar, a crossbreed of the Humans and the Angels, who start to appear in great numbers.
Create Subrace: 4 pts, (16 remaining).

The melting pot of the City of Atlas becomes a centre for innovation, and Pyreous imparts to them the secrets of forging and smelting.
Advance Civlisation: Metalcraft 5 points, 11 remaining

The Frost Wyrms learn the power to command the primal forces of the weather, specialising in manipulating temperature, as a result of this, their isle becomes still colder.
Advance Civilisation: 5 points, 6 remaining

Hmm, to be honest I'm getting quite confused as to where everything is, I seem to spend ages checking back and forth through the thread to check before I post.

I'm not doing anything at the far North though?

Pyreous gathers power once again.
Gather Power - Age 2 Turn 1: 3d6 + 7 ⇒ (4, 5, 5) + 7 = 21

Pyreous speaks to Pyros of the Angels, "It is time to spread your wings, and bring my truth to the other races. Make each race use their own talents to serve the Pyrovar."
Command Avatar: Command Order - Spread: Initially to the Home of Men. (1)

Not finished my turn yet, just out of time to post...

Pyrous gathers power one last time before the end of the age.
Gather Power #8: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 6) = 17 +14 remaining from last turn. (31)

Create a mountainous island to the south, a frost-covered land of ice and snow, but rich in minerals.

(Create Land 12pts).

He then splinters a race from the Sea Drakes and creates the Jormundgandr or Frost Wyrms.
12 points

7 remaining.

I'll let the ages roll by as they may.

Round 7
Gather Power: 3d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 4, 1) + 3 = 14

Have updated the map and design document a little. glad my little stunt came over well. It would be nice if we could maintain the gates with future plains and save me going through the work again...

"The peoples need to expand to prove themselves, and require the tools to do so."
Having taken an interest in the fate of the Angels, Pyreous improves upon them.

Gathering Power: 3d6 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1, 2) + 2 = 6
+4 remaining = 10 points.
Advance Civilisation - Angels: Protective Magics

0 Power Remaining.

Same here. the link at the top isn't working.

Also what turn are we on now, I'm not sure if I've lost track somewhere, turn 5?

"Where the dead choose to linger is of little concern, but still..."
There is an almighty crack as pathways between planes open.
Event (10): Gates between individual planes open, they are remote and difficult to find, but with enough perseverance or aid a being or soul can escape their prisons and move to something better. Or a determined person can travel to the underworld from Etella to retrieve a loved one.
4 remaining

Gather Power: 3d6 + 1 ⇒ (1, 5, 5) + 1 = 12

Power Surge: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 3, 3, 1) = 10
Well, that was worse than most normal rolls. Ah well
Wishing for his own people, but lacking the power, he co-opts another.

Create Avatar: Pyros, born among Angels, a warrior obsessed with bringing the light to the dark places. Frustrated with the seeming complacency of his fellows.
Create Order: The Pyrovar, A militaristic order of Angels, following the precepts of Pyros. Still LG in nature, just more expansionist and militaristic.

2 power remaining (?) (10 Create Avatar, Create Order 8 Create Order)

Not sure if it is 2 points or 8 to Create an Order, are the 2 points for Command Avatar an extra cost for an extra action, or a cheaper option for acting through an Avatar?

No action this turn, things are progressing interestingly enough without Pyreous' intervention at the moment.

Pyreous watches and waits, holding onto his gathered power as it wreathes him like a storm.

Gather Power: 3d6 + 1 ⇒ (4, 5, 1) + 1 = 11
12 including remaining from last time.
Hmmm...

A lot of work yet to see how Pyreous truly thinks of others, but initial thoughts:

Atresse: "Plays too safe, mortals should be given the tools to survive, but making them soft is a waste."

Beliseous: "Would destroy everything without respite, while whatever she creates could prove a worthy adversary, creating the insurmountable does not serve creation"

Dyrm: "A meddler, but an interesting one, I suspect his goals align with my own, though I'm not sure he quite knows his own mind."

Eyreo: "Focusses on dominion, rather than shaping. Will create useful foes for the better mortals, I'm sure."

Hexavos: "I know nothing of this one, if he makes his presence known I will form an opinion."

Karmesh: "Another who may be aligned with me, though I fear he may try to interfere with mortal-kind too much. If they cannot think on their own and go only at your direction, they are not a worthy creation."

Nimeton: "I cannot decide on this one, it is seemingly a god of stories, and may play more of a role when creatures exist to tell those stories. Stories of the past can help shape the future...hmmm."

Nyakushuur: "A creature of cycles that mirror mine own. She understands that creation and destruction are less sides on a war and more the cycles of advancement. Though she views it on a more animal level than I"

Omaz Almas: "This one interests me, his ideals are close to mine, yet I fear he will resent the rise of mortal-kind. It would be good to strike a balance, or perhaps a to and fro with this one."

Zurakar: "Is so fond of order, I expect that his nurturing presence will lend itself to times of peace, though he needs to learn that peace and order lead to stagnation when left too long."

"I have no love of the undead, but a common foe unites people in a way that complacency does not, they cause chaos, but chaos ultimately causes the rise of law. Everything in it's cycle. Still, there is a balance to be struck"

"A challenge worthy of overcoming." Pyreous raises a glass to Eyero.

I've left the original line on the continent in case I needed to undo it (faded it to pale gray).
Blame it on my insecurities. I think you can restore back to a previous version in google docs anyway...

I'd guess that's dependant the GM or player agreement as to how "high magic" the final world wants to be.
If it's supposed to be a very supernatural world then it's just shape land, if it's more down to earth unless something major happens, then perhaps it's scripted as an 'Event'?

Gather Power: 3d6 + 9 ⇒ (4, 2, 1) + 9 = 16
9 Points to extend the western continent in the south.
6 points to change the climate to desert terrain
(can I include a major river in my reshaped land, or is that a further 3 points?)
1 point remaining
"A variety of challenges should be presented to the future races, we have impossible mountains, lets create an arid land."

Let me know if I've done it wrong.Little suns for desert okay?

Map is currently set to View Only, owner can either set to edit for everyone or ask us for our google names to share specifically. At least that's as far as I understand it. If you click on the 'share' button in the top left corner you can request access.

I was going on the assumption of first come first serve, since having people go through in order when in different time zones and different posting availability would be a bit of a nightmare - just didn't want to get presumptuous.

How are we playing this, is it a free-for all creation-wise or should we wait a time for those with the higher power rolls to do something first?

Gathering Power: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 1) = 9

Pyreous watches the others, a slight look of amusement on his face.

"Stability is not the path of creation, conflict and hardship forge the greatest of creation. There is a balance here."
Pyreous speaks mostly to himself. Seeming satisfied with the "companions" presented.

I've read through stuff, but I'm not entirely sure how this is going to work... hope it's as interesting as it sounds...
