Samy, it actually doesn't snow THAT much usually in Denmark - say maybe 3 months a year on and off... Rest of the year you are pretty much free to cycle at will :D In Portugal the weather is way more forgiving, BUT cities are completely unprepared for it, with only a really small portion of the capital city having cycle ways. Also most cities have a lot of ups and downs, which makes everything way more difficult. In Denmark I will live about 20 minutes from the city center (by train), and the area is perfect for cycling, with not only cycle ways in the road, but also rough forest trails. In Portugal, if you want to live close by the main city, you will be drowned in overpopulated urban areas where the quality of life sucks - that and the lack of appropriate infrastructures mean you can forget about cycling, and also your commute will eat up a good portion of your life so... Unless you can find a decent job also outside of the city, which will not happen :P Have you tried intense exercise, the kind that wears you out completely? Has always been a good thing for me if my head is too filled with stuff threatening to bring me down.

Curiously enough, sunny is where I've lived most of my life - Portugal. Surely enough, it has miles and miles of beautiful beaches, great and inexpensive food and wine, but that's it. It is a good place to spend your vacations, mainly if you are not Portuguese, because we have perhaps the worst wages in Europe (while working perhaps the longest hours - insane and absurd). So yeah... Good place for vacations, bad place to raise your family, spend time with them, or thinking about fulfilling professional or personal aspirations. As you can probably notice, I am very disappointed with it all, and not because any one thing in particular, but because of the whole. Want more for me and my kids. I am moving to Denmark - it is not sunny but I've lived there for about 2 years with my family and it was wonderful. We spent more time together than ever, we were better off financially than ever, we traveled more, we LIVED more, and as funny as it may seem, we felt at home there. Back then we left because a health scare in the family sent us reeling, and we just ran away. But we shouldn't have - I have regretted it ever since. The chance came up again, so we are going for Round 2. And guess what, we'll still spend a good part of our vacations back in Portugal. Yep, it's a GREAT place for vacations :D (Apologies for the long rant :P)

Then there was a HUGE hiatus, and we stumbled upon Pathnfinder. As far as hardcopy goes, I have a couple of Rulebooks, and had actually made the decision a few months ago to fill up my collection starting with the classics... I grabbed Rise of the Runelords Anniversary edition, then Curse of the Crimson Throne, and Second Darkness (paperbacks were being sold a $5 dollars each on the Paizo site. Didn't even blink) before they go out of print. Was planning on continuing but now I don't know if I should. ------------------- Qari I don't know.... I was a BIG fan of AD&D Second Edition. For me Pathfinder has been a very (kinda) recent discovery - just last month I picked up Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition :P What good things are we looking forward in the second edition?
