I have order #7940330 and trying to get my subscription picked up at Gencon this year I have selected the option several times since ordered but can not get it to drop into the Gencon area for pickup.


Diego Valdez so does this mean that the only part of my order that I can pick up at Gencon will be the Hellknight I subscribed to? Am I not able to move my pre-order to a Gencon pickup at all?

Please cancel my subscription as I do not need everything that is not pathfinder 2nd edition. I only wanted the 2nd edition none of the old product. Plus I saw the thread where we will not need to have a subscription to pick up at Gencon which was the only reason I had wanted it.


So if we go ahead and buy all of the product the option to have it picked up at Gencon should be available on the 24th. Hopefully that is.


No email for me either and if I add the subscription I still can not find the option for Gencon Pickup.


Is it only subscribers that will have the opportunity to pick up at Gencon then?


Any update on this? I've been waiting to put in my pre order till I can select pickup at Gencon or some direction on how to select it lol.
