I wish to have all my other subscriptions cancelled immediately, if possible including those subscription products contained in my still pending October subscription order, Order 36654329. The cost of shipping is too high for the value received, which is one reason to amicably shut down the majority of my subscriptions and simply buy PDFs. However this month's handling of subscriptions is not acceptable in my view, and receiving a chirpy email about how exciting it is to be preparing the next subscription before mine even ships is adding insult to injury. Paizo expresses a number of laudable goals of inclusion and fairness to all in their works and products, but it seems somewhere along the line the fact the business is based on their customers, and judging by the recent forum drama maybe also their staff, has been forgotten. It's all well and good to build a great tower of principle and ideals and make them real, but if you forget to pay attention to the foundations your tower or business is built on, it will topple to the ground.
Sara Marie posted in the January Subs thread that she thought all the regular January subscriptions had gone out. However I'm still waiting for mine, Order 36290404.
Also, can someone please start updating the estimated dates in the first posts in the monthly threads again? We used to get updates when shipping was complete, or if there were delays, but now for the last few months we've been left in the dark like mushrooms, wondering if there's just a delay as things seem to run late, like my subscription last month, or if something has actually gone wrong and needs intervention, which seems to be the case for me this month.
Both my email notification and order status pages for this order are missing the Special Edition Bestiary 2 subscription item which is listed in the May release thread as coming out this month. Can someone please add it to my shipment?
I noticed yesterday that I hadn't had any new scenarios from the complementary subscriptions since the initial June releases. Can someone please check up on what's happening when it's convenient?
For some reason, for my downloads of Ultimate Wilderness, instead of a Lite One File Per Chapter option, I have two identical links for the standard One File Per Chapter version.
One of the packages from this order is shipping today. It consists of a simgle item, a replacement copy of the Starfinder Limited Edition core rulebook, due to the spinal issues.
When I received my August order today, I found I got unlucky with the binding on my Limited Edition Starfinder book. The binding has completely separeated from the bundles of pages at the top, and it's the same as far down as I can see, though the glue is still holding at the bottom, so far at least. I've emailed customer service as well, with two photos, but figured I had better post here as a contingency because my dialup connection, email and attachments don't always play nicely together, or give warning if something goes wrong and things don't get sent properly. If necessary I can resend the pictures. While my standard subscription copy shows a few signs of not quite perfect glue at the top, so far it doesn't seem to warrant any concern or replacement.
With this order, I subscribed to all four physical Starfinder lines. However I find that my subscriptions list doesn't include the Starfinder Accessories subscription, nor does my forum title reflect it. The actual subscription page does say I am subscribed as of today.
Also, is it necessary to separately purchase the Starfinder RPG Guild subscription before I get the freebie with the Starfinder Superscriber status that doesn't seem to be working for me, or is this automatic?
Having just waded through the dreaded sea of staticly charged green adhesives supplied with my subscriptions, I have sadly found that one box contained the wrong item. Inside the grasp of the overly affectionate and clingy packing peanuts, I found a copy of the Pocket Edition Core Rulebook, instead of the Pocket Edition Game Mastery Guide I had pre-ordered. While another copy of the core rulebook isn't exactly useless, it also isn't what I ordered. I'm willing to return the erroneous item, but I'm not sure how financially viable that is given current international shipping prices. What do you think the best fix is?

There seem to be two missing promo cards from my order. The missing ones are:
I found the Tug card set separately in the box and the other two single cards safely tucked into one of the card decks in my subscription, but the listed ones weren't anywhere in the delivery. Could the missing ones please be added to my sidecart for the next subscription? As a side note, sifting through those polystyrene packing thingies to make sure the cards weren't loose in the box was a decidedly messy and sticky experience. Please add my voice to those hoping you can find a less unpleasantly inconvenient alternative for protective packaging. :-( They are good at the job you use them for, but they make the simple act of opening the delivery box a frustrating mission to prevent a major mess.
I think I've found either a bug or a flaw in the sidecart system. When I selected the option to ship my sidecart now, I just wanted the products that were actually available for sale now, but it included the pre-ordered items also in the sidecart as well. It might be an idea for someone to see if it's possible to keep that from happening. Could someone please wrestle the stuff that isn't actually ready for release yet out of this order and back into my sidecart?
I just received this order, and found that I am missing the Pathfinder Map Pack: Marsh Trails, and the Pathfinder Flip-Mat: Noble Estate. The sheet which normally lists the contents of the order was also missing. I do have the digital downloads available for the missing maps, and the label on the shipping box lists 6 items shipped, not the four I received. Could I please have the missing maps sent with my next subscription?
For some reason, my titles as I see them on Firefox are Paizo Charter Superscriber; Pathfinder Deluxe Comics Subscriber; Pathfinder Pathfinder Legends Subscriber Subscriber. There seems to be something up with the last one, the 'Pathfinder Pathfinder Legends Subscriber Subscriber'. The new Legends subscriber tag shows normally for other subscribers I've seen post, so it seems an oddity worth mentioning.
Can my subscriptions please be put on a temporary suspension? My credit card details were potentially compromised and I was forced to cancel my card. As soon as I receive a replacement and once again have the means to make a payment I'll restart them.
I would like to cancel after Forge of Ashes, but before receiving Lord of Runes if at all possible. Otherwise please cancel immediately. I primarily read the digital versions, and cannot justify paying for the subscription plus shipping to receive only the physical book, then having to pay another $10.05 (as per the Amazon preorder page for Lord of Runes) to obtain the format I actually use most of the time. I can see that the original subscription terms might have been too good to be indefinitely sustainable, but the new ones are too poor to justify the subscription at all given my preference for a digital format.

My subscription download for Pathfinder Tales: Pirates Promise isn't showing up in my downloads. Could someone please check up on what's happened? The physical book has just arrived in good order, it's just the download that's missing.
Could someone please poke my sidecart and persuade it to disgorge the remaining books I ordered during the Golem sale? I missed that they weren't included with last month until the shipping was finalized, and by then it seemed simplest to wait a few days for December, when they hopefully would get moving on their own. Sadly either they still don't want to move out of their nice cozy warehouse, or the cave raptors share my taste in books... :-(
I understand that the orders are split up by weight to minimize costs, but... why were my promo cards from the Pathfinder card game subscription shipped separately instead of being tucked into the subscription item as usual?

The second order was supposed to be in my sidecart to go with my subscription. Is it possible to fix this? I've already eaten the 'not going into sidecart' error for another three items as I'm at least getting items I want faster, but I'd rather not pay additional shipping because something that's supposed to be in my sidecart is shipping alone yet again.
Sorry to be a bother, but I received two emails regarding this subscription order. The first was my shipping notification, and I can confirm that the subscription downloads are in my account, and appear to be downloading just fine. The second was a notification that there was a "Transaction Declined" error for that same order, and that I needed to check and fix my credit card details to make sure that I didn't end up with my order and comic subscription cancelled. It's still too soon at the time of posting for my bank to be displaying the credit card transaction on my statement to confirm it's gone through at their end, but it seems there's something funny going on. One of the mutually contradictory emails I received has to be wrong after all. I've updated my billing address in the light of the second email. Is there anything else I need to do at my end to make sure everything's OK?
I was wondering why my order for "Dungeons & Dragons RPG: Original Dungeons & Dragons" in my sidecart from Order 2939779 wasn't included in my currently pending subscription order. It was listed as available when I placed the original order a week ago. Could someone please check up on that for me?
For some reason, I'm seeing the majority of the December releases listed under January in the schedule. They're still stating that they're due out in mid December, but they're showing up in the January releases section.
I purchased the Jade Oath Print/PDF bundle in this order, along with another item which I put into my sidecart. I've downloaded the PDF without any issues, and the other book is where it's supposed to be but it's looking as if the physical book for Jade Oath has gone into limbo. I didn't get asked whether I wanted immediate shipping or to put it into my sidecart, the order itself is listed as 'pending', but the actual book status within the order is missing, and the order information also says nothing about being billed for shipping. Can someone please check to make sure everything's OK, and if it isn't, please just put the book into my sidecart. Many thanks.
I use a Kindle for ebooks, and use Calibre to convert the epubs from my subscription to mobi format. Unfortunately it's got limited capacity. Today I went through and stripped the advertising pages and graphics out of the original epubs of the Pathfinder novels using Sigil, then reconverted to mobi, and put them back onto my Kindle. I gained 68 megs of space. I'm not bothered by the advertising per se, but I thought it might be useful info for anyone else running short of space on their digital readers.
I just received this order. Unfortunately instead of receiving a copy of the AD&D Dungeon Master Guide (2E) Premium Hardcover, I instead received a copy of the AD&D Dungeon Master's Guide (1E) Premium Hardcover . It's a beautiful book, but one I already have a copy of. I'm happy to send it back, but I doubt it's practical from New Zealand.

For some reason this order is including Warlords of the Apocalypse, which I preordered (in order 1536143) back before Adamant gave up on the project. As far as I know, the book hasn't been released yet, and the Paizo page referring to it is now blank. Could someone please look into what's happening?
I got notification that this was available today, but when I try to download it, I get the 'Personalizing... Click link again in 10 seconds to download' message. When I wait and click, I just get recycled to the same message, ad infinitum. This only applies to the redemption form. Other downloads requiring personalization time delays are working normally for me.
I got the last packages of this order this morning, and I found that I received an extra copy of the Paizo Exclusive cover of Issue 8 of the comics, instead of the Sebastian Cichon cover. Can I please get a copy of the Sebastian Cichon sent at some point?
I just made this order, 2274363 for the Elminster's Forgotten Realms Hardcover. Unfortunately I messed up, and instead of setting it to ship with my subscription shipment, I combined it with the pending RotRL Deluxe Edition, order 2225515. Can someone please fix my stuffup and reassign the Forgotten Realms hardcover to go with my subscriptions? I'm not bothered if that means with the November shipment, given how close the October subscriptions are.
Can I please have my pre-order for the Rise of the Runelords Deluxe Collectors Edition (Order 2116265) separated from my subscription shipment, so it ships as its own order rather than combined? I discovered the hard way where NZ Customs sets their limit for import taxes, and I'd end up paying a lot more on tax than I'd save by combining the order with my subscriptions.
I just received my shipment of this order. Unfortunately it was one item short: the Realms of Twilight Campaign Setting book was not shipped, although it was listed on the packing slip as included.
First up, I've successfully completed the transaction in question, so there isn't any problem directly involving money. In case it's useful the transaction number was 2078921. In the course of making my purchase I ran into an issue with the way the site handled the CCV number. Here's what happened, step by step.
2. The transaction was declined, due to lack of funds in the account. 3. I retried the transaction, using a different credit card. When I tried to make the purchase, it was declined due to an error in either the credit card number or the CCV number. However I had not been given the opportunity to enter the CCV number for the second card. Repeat 3 several times after checking the number, to a certain amount of irritation. 4. I transferred money to the first card to cover the transaction and used it to make my purchase. The transaction went through, without me needing to reenter the CCV number. The Paizo site had stored the number when I first entered it. I think the reason for the failure in step 3 was because the site was applying the CCV value from the first card to the second card. Not being a programmer, I'm not sure how easy it would be, but maybe a solution would be for the site to re-verify the CCV if a transaction has already been declined?
I preordered the printed version of "The Breaking of Forstor Nagar (PFRPG) Print" in order #1675725, on April 22, 2011. At this point it has been listed in my sidecart as being "unavailable" since the book went on sale, despite the fact that the product page lists the Print/PDF bundle as being available and with the physical book shipping in 2 to 6 days. Could someone please look into this? In addition, it seems that by pre-ordering, I missed out on the Print/PDF bundle option? Is there any way I could upgrade to that? It seems a little unfair that because I pre-ordered the physical book I end up looking to pay an additional US$9.99 for the PDF when anyone who comes along now that it's released can get both at the same time.

I'm currently unable to download anything. Clicking a download link just reloads the page without initiating the download, though it updates the "date last downloaded" field.
I just placed order #1734914, for a batch of PDFs. Unfortunately I can't seem to download them. When I click on the file name the page just reloads, and does not show the "If the download doesn't start, click here" message. The download does not start although the date last downloaded is updated. This happens with all my downloads, not just today's order. Could someone please check up on what's happening?
This was entirely caused by my actions. I paid for the PDFs in this order yesterday on my own computer. The order, as I placed it, did not include the Evocative City Sites Print/PDF bundle. According to the email receipt I received, I was charged US$68.15 for the PDFs only. However I downloaded the PDFs on the family connection, which has a broadband internet connection instead of dial-up. While doing so I added the Evocative City Sites Print/PDF bundle to my cart to purchase later. Only to discover that the contents of my cart still contained the PDFs of my already completed order because I'd been already logged into the Paizo site on the other computer. Eventually the contents of the cart disappeared, and I assumed the Evocative City Sites stuff had gone with it. However I checked my account today and found that the bundle had been added to order 1705814 according to your records, and that it is in 'Pending' status. On the other hand, the PDF portion is not in my downloads which is one less issue to worry about. Could you please cancel the pending shipment? To the best of my knowledge I haven't paid for the book, much less for the shipping for it.
It's interesting to see a whole batch of D&D 2E Ravenloft books available, but for some reason it's come up in the New Products in Downloads feed. I'm not complaining, not least because there's a couple I want to grab, but someone might want to look into the feed categorization.
When I try to use the "Last" option to go to the end of a thread, the link just leads back to the beginning of the thread, no matter which page I'm on.
