Missing Complementary Subscriptions

I noticed yesterday that I hadn't had any new scenarios from the complementary subscriptions since the initial June releases. Can someone please check up on what's happening when it's convenient?

I'm sorry that you were one of the people that the scenarios weren't generating for. We have hopefully resolved this issue for you, as I see the new scenarios behaved normally. I have generated the previous ones that skipped you over the last two months or so. You should now find them on your account. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!

Can someone please check to see why i haven't received my scenarios for Pathfinder even though I have requisite number or subscriptions?

Hello Wolfx,

This is a common point of confusion with the start times of the free scenario subscriptions and the Paizo Advantage discount. The free scenario subscription and Paizo Advantage only becomes active when you have 4 subscriptions that have each shipped at least 1 item. Most of your subscriptions were started recently and have not yet had an item from them ship out and charge you. Until that happens with at least 4 of them, the free scenarios won't start up. With the way your items are currently set up, this will happen once October items that will ship early to mid October kick out the Lost Omens and Maps items you need to have 4 active subscriptions alongside Accessories and Adventure Path. This means the first scenarios your complimentary subscription will be active for will be the ones at the end of October (but you will luckily get Paizo Advantage on the entirety of your next subscription order based on what I'm seeing!).

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. I know its a bit confusing that you can subscribe for future items and have to wait for them before you get the benefits, so we're happy to clarify or make adjustments to your subscriptions if thats what you need. Thank you!
