Ok, so I have been reading furiously - to little avail. I have the Hydrated Vitality ability (10 HP/day) - Gain fast healing 2 when submerged completely in natural, flowing, water - so I heal 2 hp per round until I'm rescued or reach 10 hp. I have been reading about hexes - can I use my Healing Hex? Can I have my familiar deliver my healing hex?
