On one side, wow! The best character presentation I have seen. Quite impressive!

On the other side. No. No, no, no. No.
I fear an army of Dhampirs looks like a nice NPC antagonist to the characters, but not something I would like "with" them. Much less if "neutral". Sounds like a force of enemies coming from Iobaria, and not something the rest can ally with.
Intelligence 7? Do you know what that means?
It means IQ 70, bottom 5% of the population, and that is defined as:
Mild mental retardation
Approximately 85% of the mentally retarded population is in the mildly retarded category. Their IQ score ranges from 50-75, and they can often acquire academic skills up to the 6th grade level. They can become fairly self-sufficient and in some cases live independently, with community and social support.
So... You are in, if you do the following changes:
- Elves (They come from Kyonin) or Humans (They come from Iobaria)
- No ability score below 10
- Alignment Good / I don't care

Your changes aren't possible without scrapping the character as no good aligned cleric can make undead. I do not have the time to remake this character, having already put eight hours into it. I make a new character for every submission based on what comes to me as I read the submission request. Kingmaker specifically allows for every kind of King, and therefore party, and this is the concept that came to me. If I made another character at this point, it wouldn't be mine, but rather yours, and I don't think I'd have fun under those conditions.

I don't mind turning them into elves. I don't mind bumping the Int up to 8, 9 or 18. The alignment requirement is not possible however, without making an entirely different character. Had you said "Good Only" rather than "No Evil" in your request for submissions, I'd not have made this character.

Send me a private message if you change your mind on the alignment and maybe we can work something out. If not, best of luck to all of you, I hope you enjoy your game.

PS:
Naturally, it's your game and you can run it however you like. Something you may want to consider however is that Pathfinder represents mental acuity with two scores, Intelligence and Wisdom. Intelligence represents a characters propensity for study and knowledge based pursuits. Wisdom represents the same, but outside of books/the classroom. If that were not the case, Witches/Wizards would dominate the world leaving all the stupid people behind. That doesn't seem very realistic, much less reasonable, to me.

My character has little use for scholarly pursuits but is a far cry from mentally retarded. Added to that is the fact that the stats are bell curves and not linear functions, and I think the whole Int to IQ thing falls short.

Anyway, it's something to think about I suppose, and not really an argument I'm interested in having. It's your game, you should run it how you like.

I finished Uncle Valiryn but still need to purchase his items, work up stats on his wolf, add the 2nd level follower leader and purchase Nyssa's equipment.

I've spent the whole day working on this and need to get studying for the rest of the evening. I will do the last three tasks before the campaign begins.

I made Uncle Valiryn an elf and it works out well from a stat standpoint because he gets the exotic weapon free. I still think we should talk about the race issue however and will wait to hear back from you.

My character can be found here. I had thought your initial post stated that non-core races were allowed on an approval basis but it could have been another I read. Please give the packet a read and if you don't like it we can talk about what to switch them to - elf or maybe something like tiefling. I didn't pick dhampir for the stats, but for the background. You'll see when you read the packet.

I am still working on Uncle Valiryn and should have him finished soon. I'm bouncing back and forth between oracle, fighter and magus for him. I also have one more follower to make, a 2nd level leader.

I've chosen magic items but not finished the item page yet. They are pretty basic and I probably won't flesh them out until a group gets made if that is okay with you.

I've got another hour or so before I have to get studying so I'll try to finish Uncle Valiryn in that time. I'll save changing the races until I hear from you because it will take me an additional hour or two to change the races for all the NPCs.

I went with Nodachis for weapons because they are the closest Pathfinder has to the two handed swords used in my pictures. I picture them as what was used in the Lord of the Rings. If I change everyone to elves then they will be armed with elven curve blades.

I will check back here in an hour or so to see if you've gotten this message.

PS: The file is 10MB. I can cut that down but it'll take me a while as I have to downsample everything in photoshop. I don't know why all of my files have been so large lately, it's very frustrating.

If there is still time, I think I would like to submit a character. I'm going to work one up and check back in a bit to see if you will accept the submission.
Still on time, barely...

My character is almost finished and I will be posting her within the next few hours. I read that you are looking to take groups rather than individuals and so I would like to toss my character out there to see if there is a group interested in them.

Nyssa is a half-elf dhampir from Iobaria, the nation to the immediate east of Restov. She is a neutral cleric and is accompanied by her family, one uncle and fifteen others.

Rather than worshiping a deity, she is dedicated to the frozen winter night, filled with howling spirits and hidden danger. Her domains are Darkness (Loss) and Death (Undead). I hope to play her as a necromancer type and so need a party who can deal with that.

I will have her packet up in a few hours and it is very detailed. It will give you a strong sense of her personality and appearance as well as the history of her family. I think she will make a good party member as she is very group oriented while still being flexible. She is seeking a long term home for her family and so is not the type of character to simply run around doing whatever.

I hope that she will fit in with a party. Please let me know if you have questions.
