![]() Historically, a Pathfinder PC in PFS isn't so much a member of PFS as holding to an identity closer aligned to the 5 or so active factions. These rotate out here and there, 2nd edition being the biggest shakeup in recent years. Now this new season that'll premiere this summer hints at further shakeup. So, if you're players are hung up by the PFS as an org, inform them that one of the many factions may better align to their sensibilities, whether that's the player or PC :) I myself have gone all in on Vigilant Seal for all my characters thus far, but I might dip into another one soon. In PF1, I was all in with the Silver Crusade. It's supposed-spiritual successor group is a minor faction I find pales in comparison to what the Crusade was. I know that SC has kinda gone away canon wise, but it doesn't mean my carryover characters can't still have proclivities and alignment in their motivation. ![]()

How do we put additional info beyond gender/race/class/level? Thanks. I just looked into the avatar thing last night. Apparently the forum has a years long bug where you can add in an avatar at the onset of creating the character for use in the forum BUT you currently cannot change it. So in your case where you don't have one, you're out of luck until they fix it. Given that its a profit center for Paizo, it's lower pri. Same with how most of the PFS2 faction icons next to our name is showing as broken, including Vigilant Seal. Looks hideous, but it's a bug they don't have resourcing to fix. NOW, for your additional info, simply go here: https://paizo.com/people/VersakArionne and click the Edit my Profile button.
