I'll stay up on the roof to keep a look out. I'll let you know if anyone comes due to the fight.

Then he goes near the front of the warehouse and watches for anyone that approaches the door.

After the sword goes away, Narnel moves back to the skylight to see what is going on.

Not seeing Bengeirr he moves around to see the stairs and his eyes open in shock as he sees the man using what is most likely the cursed lantern he was told about.

Narnel seeing everyone moving to the door crawls back to the skylight, peels back one corner of the oilcloth and watches where the people inside are going.

I believe we are looking for a ship's lantern. Do I see it on the ship or anywhere else?

Grog:
Three men in the werehouse, two guards on the ground floor and one more in some kind of loft. Doors are locked but part of the floor is open to the sea with a big boat in there. Im going to try to go to the roof as there is most likely a skylight that will give me a view if the loft.

take 10 to try to climb onto the roof (with +5 skill that gives me a 15). If I make it up I'm going to slowly and quietly look to see if there are any skylights that give me a view of the loft.

From far away and hidden from the watchman Narnel asks the group:

So how do you all want to play this?
We can kick in the front door, but that watchman will probably raise an alarm.We could probably try to swim in.
Demario and I could try to sneak up and gather more information.
Or
We can sit at the tavern and observe the warehouse to see if there is any other thing we see like the guard leaving for a while.

From the top of the wall do I see any other guards or dangers?

Watching the other two scale the wall Narnel likes that idea and follows along. He moves down 30 or so feet then attempts to climb up and gets to a good spot where he can shoot at the people inside if things get violent.

A blonde elf with speaks up from a chair near the wall. His sudden speech is actually a bit jarring for while you knew he was there he was doing something so that you kept looking past him.

He speaks in that melodic voice commen to the elves:
Sounds pretty straightforward. We go and help the Ripper get over his curse and while he is healing steal his cursed item so that nobody else gets hurt. Does that sound about right?

Now that your eye is drawn to him you realize this elf while having a nice voice is otherwise completely forgettable. His face is neither handsome nor ugly, his leather armor worn but In good repair and he seems of average weight.
As he settles back into his chair he seems to sit very still waiting for an answer almost becoming just more background filler in the room.
