Temp closing the Embalming Parlor. I'll reveal my sword and Camel.

Combat 14: 1d8 + 3d6 + 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + (2, 4, 6) + (1) + 4 = 18 Temp closed!

And I need to bury a card from my discard pile if the villain fight goes south, but I don't have Excel handy at the moment. :)

Of the list, I think I'm only interested in the Spell 3. I'll roll for it, but it's not critical if someone has a better spell upgrade to take.

Seltyiel will take an ally card feat. I'd also like the Weapon 2 as my first choice.

Weapon 2: 1d1000 ⇒ 166

Blessing and Spell 1 are my backup choices, in that order.


Tup take Charisma. Make all goblins like Tup more.

He also want Armor 1 and Item 1.

I think that means we'll all get our first choices, which is nice. :)


Yay for winning! I think I'd prefer to take either a weapon 2 or a spell 2. :)


I appear to have the most cards in my discard pile so I'm going to take 2 of that lovely healing from Grazzle, which ended up being 2 blessings. :)

Now to explore. A Caravan Raider. I'm going to recharge Strength to draw a card. Lightning Touch. Well, that doesn't do much. I'll discard my Elven Scimitar.

Combat 11: 1d10 + 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (3) + (1, 3) + 6 = 13 That's dead, although surprisingly just barely.

Recharging my Gallivance to put the Fire Kukri on the bottom of the Brickworks.

I sadly have no way to go again so I guess that's my turn. :(

Personally, I think one of my favorite parts of Outpost Con has just been getting to play with folks all over the world. Our "table" has folks in the UK, Eastern Canada, the central US, and the West Coast. That's not something you typically get to have while playing, and it's been really cool to have the chance to play with such a varied group and to see the way other folks play as Andrew mentioned. :)

Stealth 5: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 Ok, it's going to be one of those days. I could use Magus Arcana, but I have armor. I'll just recharge my Blackjacket.

Now for the combat. I'll reveal my Shieldsplitter Lance.

Combat 12: 1d10 + 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (4) + (2) + 4 = 10 This is really going great. Magus Arcana on top to reroll that 2.

Reroll: 1d8 ⇒ 1 LOL! Ok, let's try my deck box reroll.

Reroll: 1d8 ⇒ 7 Ok, that's better finally.

Now to deal with the Crawling Hands.

Crawling Hands: 1d4 + 1d6 + 1d8 + 1d10 + 1d12 ⇒ (1) + (5) + (7) + (9) + (12) = 34 => I need to bury 1 card. Let's go with Lightning Touch.

Now that all that is done, I can actually take my turn. :)

I guess I'll go to the Precinct of the Left Eyes and see what I find. A Scimitar. Not sure that's worth picking up since I already have 2 weapons in hand. I'll pass on it and use my Librarian to go again. A Blessing of Wadjet. I have a chance at this. It's only a B so I don't think it's worth any blessings. I'll roll and see what happens.

I'm going to take a hand size power feat. In terms of upgrades, I'd love to get a weapon. The 1 is preferred, but I can make do with a b/c as well. :)

Ok, let's see what fun the Brickworks has in store for me today. Exploring and I find a lovely Desert Trapper. Looks like a combat 8. I'll reveal my Gallivance.

Combat 8: 1d10 + 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (9) + (5) + 3 = 17 Crushed that, which unfortunately means we need to shuffle in a random monster. Per the list, that's a shock toad. I'm going to use my Embalmer to explore again so I'm just going to assume the toad is card one and roll a die to figure out which card I encounter.

Explore: 1d10 ⇒ 1 Oh look, the toad. :) It's a combat 6 so I'll use Gallivance again. Before that, I'll recharge my jerkin to block the electricity damage.

Combat 6: 1d10 + 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (7) + (4) + 3 = 14 Got it.

I'm going to stop there. Resetting my hand...

Yep, I'm leaning Seltyiel at the moment, but I'm happy to switch to something else if I need to for class/skill balance.

As for timing, evenings are easiest for me, but I can sometimes find time to post during the day if needed too.

And I'm really looking forward to this. It should be a lot of fun. :)
