I'm in the Mountain time zone, and don't have a problem posting at least daily or once on weekends. I have been on the boards for a good 5 years, and have over 18,000 posts if you are looking for consistency. I am part of a couple of other long-running PbP Adventure Path games. As for mapping tools, I do like to have maps to look at for relative position, etc. I've either seen people use Google Slides or Roll20, for the most part.
