Dotting for interest and nefarious purposes muhaha.... uhm caw caw caw
"Caw! Caw! Craa!"
Mort fires two little fireballs from his mouth, this time aiming at the Dark Folk on the far left, aka yellow.
Ranged Touch Attacks, Haste: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 9 + 1 = 231d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 9 + 1 = 19
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 101d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
How high is the ceiling here? 20 feet or so? Mort would need to fly and hover if the way we're depicted now. I would rest on either Jarreck or Guaire's shoulder instead.
Also, can someone adjust Jarreck's hp to 51 and mine to 45 please? Thank you. I can't edit the thing.
"Caw! Caw!" Mort says as he bobs his head up and down as Seven mentions Damaged and unstable.
Let Jarreck have that 29 points worth of healing Omo, I'll take a CLW myself CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Will Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13 Mort in raven forms caws loudly, not affected that much from but he's pissed and starts pecking at the monitor.
Took 10 damage, at 41/51 damage. Save that last heal for Seven.
"Caw, caww!"
Mort says as he perches on Guaire's shoulder.
He rustles his feathers and starts looking at the place where the new challenge had come from.
"Caw! Caw!"
And I thought that ogre was nasty already. Hopefully I can still be of use, I feel a little spent.
Forgot to roll damage for the sphere. Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 6) = 13 DC 15 Ref save to negate.
Mort sends the sphere after the green ogre, then flies over the head of blue.
Mort steers the flaming sphere at the red ogre, seeing Seven is in trouble.
He then squawks and flings another ray of sickening at the other troll.
Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14 DC 16 Fort save or sickened for 6 minutes
True, I'll aim it for the blue one then. Thought it had a 5-foot radius, but it has a 5-foot diameter.
Mort sends the flaming sphere back to the blue and green ogre. Then fires a ray of sickening at the ogre approaching the party.
Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20 Fort Save DC 16 or be sickened for 6 minutes.
Move Action: move the sphere. Standar action fire ray.
Actually it can move 30 feet where I designate Niles, but it stops when it meets a creature. If it attacks Hellskarg I'm good, but if it takes out an ogre or two, that's also fine with me.
Mort flies closer, then forces the flaming sphere to move towards closer to Hellskarg.
The sphere stays for 6 rounds Niles, I imagine it still catches an ogre or two before it could actually move.
Flaming Sphere damage: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 2) = 7 DC 15 reflex save to negate.
Mort flies towards Jarreck and the chariot, coming to a halt close by and readies a spell just as Hellskarg spurns her chariot and team on.
Casting Flaming Sphere at the moment they are set on course and picking up speed. Focusing on the ogres, aiming to catch them all in the flaming sphere.
Flaming Sphere Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 6) = 14 Reflex Save DC 15 to negate, though where would they jump to? I'm guessing the chariot itself would go through the fire as well Niles?
Mort flies towards the chariot again and readies another snowball for another ogre.
Snowball, Ranged Touch, Haste: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 11 + 1 = 145d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 5, 1, 4) = 18
Fort Save DC 14 or Staggered for 1 round
Drat, I had anticipated his Fort Save to be high, but 17 wow. Change of tactics then.
Mort flies after the chariot and readies a spell to throw at one of the ogres pulling the chariot when they come into range.
Snowball, Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 155d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 5, 4, 1) = 17 Fort Save DC 14 or staggered for 1 round
Mort flies up until he's at 30 feet height and casts a spell. 40 feet range.
Pox Pustules, DC 17 Fort Save or -4 DEX and Sickened for 6 minutes
Mort would already be in Raven Form, before entering the arena.
Meh, I'm not quite well equipped to deal with this creature Frost spells and disease spells. I could try to poison him, but will draw an AoO anyway I cut it. Thus losing the spell possibly.
I can reveal it for the others, although it won't damage him at all. Frostfall should cover him/it in icy snow and sparkling ice right?
If so
Mort begins casting an earlier spell again, covering most of where he saw a glimmer of the thing move in a coat of glittering snow and ice. Although it may not last long it could still outline it enough for the others to intercept it.
Mort then flies higher than aberration to try and cut off it's escape again.
Mort flies forward to not let the creature escape him and the others.
Int check: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 Don't know that one.
Mort flies towards the aberration and begins cawing again, this time the raven's eyes turn a light blue and he begins clapping his wings very rapdily. A cloud of snow and ice begins to form before him, until he blows it towards the creature.
Casting Frostfall, centered on the point between it and the plant on the map. between M4 and N5
Frost Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 5) = 6
Fort Save DC 15 or be staggered for 1 round
You taking 12 with you attacks there Guaire?
Mort flies to within 40 feet and then begins casting a Blindness spell on the Rhu-Chalik. To others the raven was just cawwing loudly, then it's eyes lit up yellow turning darker every second before releasing a black cloud from its mouth.
Blindness, DC 17 Fort Save
Perception: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (7) + 14 = 21
"Caw, Caw!"
Mort the raven says as he flies about, unsure about what Guaire is talking about as he can't sense it.
