He sports a heavily-pocketed leather vest, and a multi-pouched belt around his waist. Despite being well-groomed and clean, he has a crazed look on his face marked by a permanent smirk. His eyes are bigger than most of his kind, always darting in every direction. He proffers a sharp-toothed impossibly-wide smile at anyone who looks at him.
Mokka's mood right after the bar fight was very cheerful. He appeared to be enjoying his team's escape from the bar. But when asked by Hlar what happened, he quickly turns very sad. "Mesa nosa can talkie 'bout it. Mesa too upset un bwoken harted. Mesa heart bleedin un is burstin' wit sadness. Nasty pirates tried ta beat uss-ens up too. Taught dem a lesson. Mokka is so obviously enamored with Captain Fane. He jumps at the opportunity to play cards with her. He says something to throw her off as he hides some cards up his sleeve. "Metinks youza so pritty. Can Mesa apply tabe youza cabin boyo?" But, he means it.
MokkaSpeak: I think you're so pretty. Can I apply to be your cabin boy?
"Grampa Grumpystiltskin is cheatin'. Hisen beard is notsa da same-o as hisen belly. Mesa hopin' Cap'n Fane notsa'd notice." Mokka whispers to Bismuth. He steps in front of Swix to block Captain Fane's view of him. He offers her his unusually wide grin, with puffy eyes. "Mesa luv youza outfit Cap'n Fane. Youza lookee even betto dan mesa imagined." He says loudly across the table, while trying to stifle a vomit from the nasty drink. MokkaSpeak: Grandpa Grumpystiltskin is cheating. His beard is not the same as his belly. I'm hoping Captain Fane didn't notice.

He pulls out the stamp of the stylized dragon turtle out of his pocket and shows it to Captain Fane. Mokka fights back tears. He picks up his cup and smells it. He reels back without taking a sip, but he doesn't let go of his cup. He decides to stall for time. "Cap'n wesa notsa bitty toboo bebbi cleaner fishy. Wesa too biggen tabe fishies. Un mesa do notsa understand why wesa suppos-ed ta clearn shark teef whena dat sounds absolutely dangerous tado." MokkaSpeak: Greetings captain Fane. Oh i remember the special drink that we found that was broken. It seemed like something very special. Now it is lost. Lost and broken. Captain we are not little baby cleaner fish. We are too big to be fish. And I don't understand why we're supposed to clearn shark teeth when that sounds absolutely dangerous to do.
Mokka looks at Hlar and says quite dramatically 'Buta shesa spaked shesa luvs mesa". He winks at Hlar, then quite abruptly stands up and bounds off the little boat onto the docks. "Tanks for da ride Hlar! Best of luck wit youza catchin." He walks around full of energy, and walks with a slight strut behind Studley. He peers through the side of his giant legs and sizes up Tsojmin. He offers him a wide sharp-toothed smile with very puffy eyes, but doesn't say a word.

@GM Frost, let me know if you want me to make a list of the alchemical stuff Mokko made during his preparations of that morning. He's consumed all 5 reagents already and prepped stuff to throw and drink.Sure, thanks. GM Frost: Mokka uses 3 infused reagents with advanced alchemy to make 9 skunk bombs. He uses one set of infused reagents to make 3 acid bombs. The 2 bombs are his signature bomber formulas, so he makes 3 instead of 2 per batch of infused reagents. And, he uses the last 1 infused reagent to make 2 Lesser Elixirs of Life. Summary:

At the sight of the broken alchemical treasure and wasted bottle of seemingly expensive rum, Mokka starts bawling accompanied by the largest crocodile tears anyone has every seen. "Herro Hlar. Do notsa mind mesa. Mesa bwoken-harted. Mesa so frownen mesa aim might'n get so bad." A few hours later, Mokka is at the back of the boat still sobbing. He's holding the stamp of the stylized dragon turtle on one hand, and a very soaked handkerchief dripping with tears and snot on the other. His eyes are comically swollen. "Bwoken. Tis bwoken." he mutters to himself repeatedly. MokkaSpeak: Hello Hlar. Do not mind me. I'm broken-hearted. I'm so sad my aim might get so bad.

Mokka sizes up the box, studies how it's made. He looks for a way to apply strength to the box and destroy it, without damaging the contents .

Anybody in dare? Do youza know where mesa can find Cap'n Fane?" Mokka tries desperately to clam in another chuckle. He then faces Bismuth and says "Youza muy cutie! Mesa liken youza!" He walks around the sand bar, and tries to see if there's anyone out there (in the water). Mokka Speak: Wow! Look at these strange creatures on the sand bar! I wonder if its edible? Excuse me. He claps his hands with extreme enthusiasm, and bounces up and down with glee. Then rather suddenly, his mood changes and says "Whatta do wesa do now?" He looks at the group looking helpless and clueless. MokkaSpeak: Wow! I will now name you 'Awesome Bob'!

Mokka walks over to Venture-Captain Calisro Benarry and says "Cap'n pleeese gimme da contract per Cap'n Fane ta sign. Mesa will keep it safe." He shows her a long dry bottle where he'll store the contract, and cork with which to waterproof the paper. "Okiday. Tanks per youza time Cap'n Blinksalot. Wesa'll goen un find Cap'n Fane un give shesa youza regards. Mokka goes off to the side of the ship and walks off a gang plank pretending as if he's a prisoner being guided off to die. He winks at everyone, then dives into the water feet first... much to the delight of the now very relieved crew. He makes sure to swim quickly to the sand bar. He looks back excitedly and says "Mesa wanten ta see how Bob gets offa da bongo in dat ecouch-eee." Goblin Translator: Captain, please give me the contract for Captain Fane to sign. I will keep it safe. Okay, thanks for your time Captain Blinks-a-lot. We'll be going to find Captain Fane and give her your regards. I want to see how Bob gets off the boat in that chair.
