FWIW, sickened is just a penalty. It's not nauseated, which shuts down non-move actions. Milo sees that the others are having a harder time blocking out the stench, but he has nothing to help them recover more quickly. Instead, he speaks in an urgent whisper, "I know it's bad, but stay alert, everyone. We know there are other undead here. They won't take pity on those with living stomachs." He holds his crossbow at the ready until the others are ready to move on, and strains to hear anything over the pained moans of his companions. Menudo, your original question was about long-term care, so that's what the GM answered. Someone could try Treat Deadly Wounds, but that's a higher DC, and requires 2 uses from a healer's kit. (Milo has a way to get a free healer's kit via a boon, if nobody has one.) I believe Zim's Heal skill is +7, so if the GM allows taking 10, she'd need a couple of aids to hit DC 20, which would tie up half the party for an hour for only 4 hp. FWIW, Milo has two 1st-level spells that he can convert to CLW (1d8+1 each) without needing the divine focus that he left with the VC.

Zim's right, Milo would naturally keep an eye out for any other interesting items. But he might be loaded down enough to make gathering more stuff impractical, unless it looks really important to their mission. Milo sets down his burden to help Zim treat the wounded man. Milo lags a bit behind the others on the way outside, as he needed a moment to gather the valuables that the chained woman (who he guesses must be the manor's owner, Inusi Mendalari) requested help with. He wisely lets others do the talking, rather than draw too much attention to himself. Milo will attempt to aid a Heal check to help the man (Torvad?), if asked. He's untrained, but has a +3 Wisdom modifier. He can also work on unlocking the chains, but is a bit wary of pulling out his thieves's tools in front of the Legionnaires.
