Help with Pact Magic 2 pdf / hardcopy bundle

Hi

I am trying to get the Pact Magic Unbound 2 pdf/hardcopy bundle at the price of $23.95 as per your store. I need it to deliver to UK.

I can get the pdf and hardcopy through individually with the system. However, when it comes to bundle it says there is a problem and contact customer services.

I emailed them a while ago about it. First reply took 11 days and said you know there is problem and will be corrected in a few days. No correction of problem. I sent a second email over 7 days ago now and still no reply.

I also know from another UK resident that customer services were able to get the bundle through so he was able to get it at the price of $23.95.

Can you please help as this is getting pretty frustrating, especially compounded by slow customer service reply via email? This is why I have resorted to putting it on open customer service forum to see if I can get a more positive response.

Sorry we haven't gotten back to you sooner John, if you place an order for the Print & PDF copies separately I would be glad to grant you store credit to your pending order for the physical copy to bring its price in line with the Print/PDF bundle. Just respond to this messageboard post once you've placed both orders and I should be able to take care of the rest.

Thanks again for checking in with us here as well, we're working to respond to emails as quickly as possible, but our turn around times are currently slower than we'd prefer.

Thanks for the above. I think it was yourself who helped the other Uk person with the same issue from what he said.

That would be fantastic. I have put both pdf and hardcopy in my basket as you suggested. Do you want me to actually buy or will you just take off some of the cost from the checkout?

Hey there,

After you have submitted your order, we will be happy to adjust the cost back to the Print/PDF Bundle price. you will be charged for the PDF at time of submitting your order, but you will not be charged the cost of the physical product or shipping until your order has been shipped.

Hi Justin,

I'm also trying unsuccessfully to purchase a print/pdf bundle of Gygax magazine. Is it OK for me to take advantage of the above process too?

Since you are an international customer and Gygax Magazine does not have a Print Version that you can purchase outside of the Print/PDF Bundle, this will have to be processed in a different manner— if you add the Bundle to your shopping cart and notify us, we will submit your order on our end using the cheapest delivery method, with a payment method that you have on file (like the one attached to your subscription).

For Print/PDF Bundle issues for U.S. customers, we would prefer that you give us a call during our hours of operation so that we can process your order over the phone.

On a final note, please create your own thread in the Customer Service forum for your issue. We do not want to derail threads away from the original poster.

I have bought the pdf and put preorder for the hardcopy as requested above.

Can then take forward what you said for altering cost of hardcopy to align with total of 23.95 when the hardcopy ships.

I have applied a discount of $11.35 to bring this order back to the cost of the Print/PDF bundle. You should be able to verify this change from your Order History page. Once again, our apologies for having to work-around this tech issue.

Can you just confirm that when the hardcopy is released i will be charged just the remainder of the 32.17 as presumably been charged the ~$15 for the pdf?

It does not make it clear in my order history, or will i be charged the full $32.17 when hard copy released?

You were charged $15.32 when you submitted your order, and will be charged the remaining $16.82 when your order ships. I poked around in this order and converted the discount to store credit so that this is more clearly displayed on your Order History page. Sorry for any confusion, happy gaming!
