My availability

I am interested in playing this game. I have a dedicated healer ready to go.

I would really like to join this campaign. It looks fun

I am very interested in playing a Merciful Healer/Divine Paragon Cleric of Sarenrae if you would allow a dedicated healer.

I would like to play a Merciful Healer/Divine Paragon Cleric of Sarenrae if you would allow a dedicated healer.

I can play a Merciful Healer/Divine Paragon of Sarenrae...dedicated healer.

Is this still recruiting? I am interested, please pm me

What happened?! The server is gone?! Did I do something wrong?

Is this still going? I want in. Link please.

So before racial bonus, an array could be 16, 14, 14, 10, 10, 8 ...right? Cause thats what I got.

Is there a specific PF AP Players Guide I should look at? Any classes you suggest? Lastly, do you allow drawbacks and flaws?

I am interested in this idea. I will gladly GM any adventure path you wish for those are simple to hammer out and I would like to also play an adventure path. Now is this Solo as in I play one character for your campaign and you play one for mine...or is it solo as in I am the only one playing in your campaign but there is a full party and same for you, you play each member of the party in my campaign. I can do and have done both ideas.

Is this still open? I am interested in playing a healer or tank

i am intersted in a game. I love to play hard hitters like a Barbarian or a Monk, but I can gladly play a caster, like an Arcanist, Oracle or Cleric. That all said, I would rather play in Skype or Discord as I am not familiar with D20PRO...that said, I am willing to "give it a fair shake". Let me know.

Ok...maybe I am dumb, but i am not getting the atributes. Does that mean that I use the point buy system with a pool of only 12 points or that I start at 10 and can add points to any stat with no more than 12 points divided up this way?
In the first idea an array would look like this, 14, 13, 13, 11, 10, 10
Option two looks like this in an array, 16, 14, 12, 12, 10, 8
option two's array looks more like a 20 point buy array...but with the way you worded it in your description this is what came to mind.

Anyway, all that said, I am very interested in this game. Trying to clarify this misunderstanding is my way of showing interest...I am a very cerebral person. That said, I would be happy to play a Monk or Barbarian instead of an Arcanist or Oracle...unless you would rather I play either of those second few.

Is this still open? I am interested in hitting things really hard as a barbarian or monk.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Thank you, I surely will.

I have an idea for a simple character that can be played as a legal PC (Even in PFS) but of course at lower levels...leveling them to 35 with 5 mythic tiers will make them insanely broken as a PC but prefect for a boss. 20 levels Oracle Seer Mystery of Time Curse of Tongues, 15 levels Magus (pretty basic at this point). Seer gets some crazy abilities, especially with Mystery of Time... Stop Time, Time Hop, Erase From Time, Aging Touch, Speed/Slow Time, Time Sight, Natural Divination, etc. Then comes the spells and abilities available to this strange mix of classes...especially the Magus...they can increase their armor class above that of similar level fighter, they can cast ranged touch attacks through a successful melee attack, dealing weapon damage and spell damage (Ray of Disintegration...nuff said...) as well a few mythic versions of already amazing spells...a formidable foe indeed. Give me the word and I'll start work on them immediately! (PM me to be sure...) I'll work quickly and get you this amazing PC turned villain with cohorts and followers...as well as a Samsaran version of himself at lower levels as a dude to summon like you said. It will be a fight to remember...be assured! If you end up not using him, I'll be heartbroken, to be honest, but I'll get over it.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Thank you everyone. I again apologize for how things ended but am eternally grateful that you helped me learn from my mistakes and boosted my confidence in my work. You areate all great people.

Samsaran Seer Oracle Mystery of Time Curse of Tongues.
I can create this character at any level, but I prefer to have them at higher levels. Massive knowledge bonuses and intense non-combat abilities.

Human Brawler Grapple Specialist. I can build them for any level at all. I prefer the lower levels with this one...they are a simple striker tank. Massive bonuses to improvised weapons and grappling.

I have an idea, similar to one of yours...I'd be fully willing to share details on my idea to help you write it as a joint project for making a campaign and possibly submitting it to Paizo directly for publishing...If that's the route you wish to go.
My idea has been play tested...I've worked on it for about 10 years. I never got around to publishing it, and if you are willing to help me work it out into a publishable product, I'll be happy to make modifications as per your suggestions and share the project in every way. If you aren't interested, I'd still be glad to offer my 20+ years RPG experience in helping you write up your projects into the medium you wish to complete.

What level? I am interested in playing...I have a Human Brawler Tank and a Samsaran Seer Oracle Mystery of Time Curse of Tongues...higher level campaign gets the Oracle.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Campaign dead...thanks to the GM that failed to properly handle situation. I deeply apologize to Jerimiah and everyone else as well. After I have taken some time to reflect on things and figure out where I went wrong, I may try again and hopefully fix the situation for best l next time. Thank you again, everyone, for playing. Brian, you expressed concern with having a summoner...site your summons area amazing and very powerful, but you were a good sport about everything...I'd be happy to have you join again. Toby, you were also a delight to have in the party. Justin, your game play was a great asset and you were a lot of fun to have around. Dmitri, you have stuck in there during some interesting times, you are truly a Saint...and your sword play was great. I am sorry things have gone sour. Please accept my humble apologies for my failure to do this campaign properly. I promise you all, if I am to reboot this campaign...I will do a much a better job with opening quests to you all and starting things of a little more quickly...getting you all into more fun things early on. I am sorry that it did not work well this time around.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Than it is settled...the one time I rolled really well was the worst time to roll really well...i ruined the campaign for everyone. I'll be rebooting at some point, I'll learn lessons from this twice failed campaign. Sure I'll sulk for a time feeling sorry for myself and repeatedly calling myself a failure for killing a party member in a circumstance that should have just not happened...but I am a big boy, I'll get over myself and just focus on sharing my idea with the world once again...hoping that I don't fail once again to make an effective game. If you all would be so kind as to inform me of things that should change/stay the same in this campaign, I would be most grateful. First item on the list...don't kill an unlettered alchemists with a young man that happens to be magus with two amazing battle abilities that apparently do lots of damage...ever. Ya I'm gonna take a bit tooto get over my massive failure. I had no idea what to do that point, I was quite lost once it happened I couldn't figure out how to fix it or anything. So...ya... not doing that ever again...never again. Well I've done enough rambling I think. I'll just go into a corner and think what I did to make this campaign fail so badly and so often.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Jeremiah didn't want scroll of resurrection, spell of resurrection at the temple...nothing. It's available.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Alright...well...I don't know what I can do about this situation. I could suggest that the temple can offer resurrection, but I don't want to seem like I'm offering a handout from a deity. It is much better than the young man having a mystical high level scroll just sitting in his bag. I want to offer some kind of olive branch, after the death we shouldn't have had. I'm at a loss as to what to do with this situation.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Looking dumbfounded at the situation the young man sits in the position he was left in before his assailant got up.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Not struggling, the young man tells that he has rope in his bag.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Great...I pissed someone off again...and than in attempt to fix it...I pissed them off more...yay

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Well I'm not giving him the intimidate...turns out he needs a feat he doesn't qualify for to get that bonus.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

(Scroll of true resurrection...GM attempting to save a good player. My NPC is carrying one...you are rezzed.)

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Realizing he hurt the man he admirers...hurt him a lot... He stops in his tracks "I'm sorry...sorry, I didn't mean to go that far... I have a potion...I'll give you a potion...I'm so sorry." Realizing the damage was far greater than he expected, he looks in his bag and pulls out a scroll and a few mundane looking items, laying them beside Jerimiah. Using the scroll, life warms back into the librarian as if he never died.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
(He still gets the rest of his surprise action)
Lunging forward, his hand glows as reaches out, attempting to place his palm on the Arcanist.
Touch Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Placing his palm on the man's chest, Jerimiah is immediately shocked by the young man's touch.
Pool Strike: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 4) = 10
(Pool strike is don't as a free action, now his regular attack)
Coming in with his dagger.
Spell Strike Dagger: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24 as the blade burns red hot
Crit confirm: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Dagger: 2d4 + 1 ⇒ (4, 1) + 1 = 6
Scorching Ray: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 2, 1) = 14
(Spending one arcane point he focuses a ray spell into his weapon, doing weapon damage and spell damage]

M4N Unknown DM of GM

He's a young man, not a small child. He is medium sized

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Counter Intimidate: 1d20 + 8 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 8 + 6 = 23

"I can handle myself!" Wiping out a small blade, "do you wanna test me on that?" His face filled with determination, "wanna have a bad time?" Lunging at you, stretching out his other hand.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Sorry...guess I read to too quickly, excited that you all were commenting finally and got a little ahead of myself, sumimasen.

1 person marked this as a favorite.
M4N Unknown DM of GM

The DC is not high at all to see the boy or our the scene...but if you both wish to examine "Wonderflies" go right ahead.

The boy simply says, "oh...this armor? It's what the village could piece together for me before I set out to join you. I wanna be an adventuring adventurer that goes on adventures like you, Jer ma ya!"(Again, mispronouncing your name)

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Oh...well, I've been sick at home for about a week...so I've had nothing to do but check this site...
He and I have opposite issues regarding activity on this forum string...lol. He's gone a bit, I'm here a lot.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

The boy wakes up at the German words being shouted...staggers awake and begins to stand. Blinking a little as he focuses his rested eyes, he sees Jeremiah and quickly stands at attention, "Hair Jer my ya! (Badly pronouncing Herr Jerimiah) I heard the old man saying you were headed this way...I went ahead hoping to meet you! Did you and your friends really take down that mean old captain guy?" Eyes filled with wonder and amazement as he looks at the spell caster.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

The young bandit dressed man is still sleeping. Not reacting to your hand motions or hushed verbal plans.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

You as well find a young man dressed as a bandit, looks like he's sleeping at the base of the forked tree.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

There is always the grandfather paradox to think about.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

With your attentive sight after a few hours of walking through the lightly wooded area, you find the area you fought the wolves a day or so ago. With your knowledge of nature you can tell that right at the scene is a forked tree just as the man said. Your joint efforts in finding this reveal that wolves footprints head south.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

Heading east toward this forked tree you were told about, you don't see any wild animals or anything troubling along the way. Roll perception, should be pretty easy but there is bonus stuff to find.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

You most certainly may take an NPC as a cohort.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

So, just waiting on more questions for the seer that is in a starting town area (this path was open at level 1 so, yes, you could have seen him near the intro.) As well, I am waiting for any ideas on where you wish to go next.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

It's fine, just don't let it get in the way too much with your game play.

M4N Unknown DM of GM

There's a fun part coming up...I worked a while to figure out this character, I play a version of him in PFS...I'm so excited for you to see him... *fanatic cheering on this side of my computer.*

M4N Unknown DM of GM

The unwanted citizens look as if they need some time off work, but not bad enough they should be cast out. Possibly just a simple illness that might be cured, but they don't seem like they have enough to pay for healing. As the group exits the city, the gates shut and Jaarn escorts all the exiled citizens to the south of the city away from gate on the east edge of the city.
