I've had GMs argue that since cyclonic doesn't say "even magical winds" that it doesn't counter wind spells.
My Zen Archer who was shut down by Fickle Winds had a minimum of
3 separate wind-effect reducing tricks (trait, racial bonus, at least 2 magic items, etc.), and the GM ruled that only the silver nocking point applied. At that point, she was 20-fishing.
(I won't say who the GM was, but he is someone that 4 five-star GMs at the table deferred to. This wasn't a random "let's mess up the players" kind of ruling.)

The Great Rinaldo wrote: Zen Archer really changed the game as far as player power level, and nothing written without it mind can cope. Actually, Wind Wall and Fickle Winds both shut any archer down completely, with little impact on anyone else. There is only one item that I'm aware of (the Silver Nocking Point) that can get an arrow past those spells, and that comes with a -8 to hit penalty.
The Lob Shot feat would definitely beat Wind Wall, but it only works outdoors or in 55-foot caverns ("You can’t use this feat unless you have headroom equal to at least half the attack’s range."). And it would probably take you a couple of shots to figure out how high the wall goes.
You could argue that Lob Shot should overcome Fickle Winds, but that depends on whether the GM reads "column of air" to have a "roof" on it.

Messa takes a 5 foot step to make sure everyone is in range, then casts Hunter's Blessing, designating the current terrain and target for the bonus. +2 sacred bonus attack and damage rolls and bluff, stealth, and sense motive checks, +4 on Perception and survival checks.
Move action to designate Baba Yaga as the chosen target for Freebooters Bane: +1 untyped bonus on attack and damage.
That balances out 3 of the -4 at least.

Would you allow Aid Another on Linguistics? Both Rinaldo and Messa give extra bonuses, and they are both trained.

Messa frowns at the dragon's story. So the witch imprisoned two creatures for this curse: you and the elemental. That's unusual. She pulls a couple of books from her haversack and begins flipping through them.
Unless someone suggests otherwise, Messa starts looking through the Pathfinder chronicles--she'll use Kreighton's Perusal to "read" the books that boost her knowledge Planes and knowledge Arcana checks. (As a Bellflower agent, she's committed to freeing enslaved creatures...)

Without any good understanding of the creatures, she falls back on things that have always worked in the past. She points at the largest creature. Rinaldo, Tuwo, that big ugly one is probably your first target. Desna bless us all.

Casting defensively (+28 vs. DC 23), Messa casts Death Ward on Rinaldo, then draws her wand of Sanctify Corpse, just in case.

Messa shows Aurelia a wand of Kreighton's Perusal. If we find anything worth looking at more closely, Master Kreighton Shane developed the handiest spell--it lets you read a book just by touching it.
If there are any interesting books, Messa will pass the wand around to anyone who can use or UMD it.

Messa aims to be in the middle of the party so she can reach anyone who needs healing or other help.

If they're the queen's soldiers, she may appreciate having them back, Rinaldo. It isn't the first time we've done body retrieval.

Messa watches the group slaughter itself, then turns to Gaius. What...was...that? I've never see a spell like that.
If the Life Bubble doesn't work for some reason, Messa has Calm Emotions prepared and several scrolls of Remove Poison.

We could try to talk to giants, but the ogres will likelypose a problem. Messa sighs. I'm generally loathe to kill creatures out of convenience, and Rinaldo and I have actually tamed winter wolves in the past... Mean old GM wouldn't let us keep them.
I recommend we target the ogres and the giant leader first, the others might be more willing to back down. And the animals will be more likely to just run away, or I can try a Calm Emotions spell.

Just FYI: Messa casts at base CL 18: cleric 15 + 2 for Magical Knack, +1 for orange prism ioun stone. When the ioun stone is slotted, she adds 1d4-1 to her caster level.
For transmutation, creation, divination, and teleportation spells, she has reagents to increase the caster level by 1 (mainly for duration or range only).
She also has the Wanderlust racial trait, so she treats her CL as 1 higher "when casting spells or using abilities that provide or enhance movement".

Enemy interruptions:
Messa has divine interference, which lets her sacrifice a spell to force an enemy to reroll an attack roll. The level of the sacrificed spell level becomes a penalty on the reroll (e.g., if she sacrifices a 3rd level spell, the enemy takes a -3 penalty on the roll).
In most combats, she'll try to force an enemy to reroll a 20.

The halfling cleric looks up from a Pathfinder Chronicle. My wand of Endure Elements is about 80% full, and I usually prepare Life Bubble for expeditions.
That said, are there any spells you'd like me to prepare? Since Desna is generous with her magic, I see no need to be stingy with it.

Messa usually preps Hunter's Blessing, and she has a wand of Endure Elements with a lot of charges.
Mass Fly is great!
Messa's main shenanigans are
- Bit of Luck: for the next round, target rolls all d20s twice and takes the betters
- Dimensional hop: 30 five-foot increments
- Door sight: look through doors or walls
She's Exploration Domain, so she has some teleport spells and Locate object/creature, too.
She carries a LOT of utility scrolls that she's collected over her career. One of her favorites is Nap Stack: the party only needs to sleep for 2 hours to regain abilities.
Messa also uses Dweomer's Essence to help with SR, and different reagents as power components for different spell schools (from the Alchemy Manual).
Messa also currently has components for:
- 2 castings of Raise Dead
- 4 castings of Restoration (level 4, with 1k diamond dust)

Just FYI, Locate Create lasts 10 min/level, so if Osprey is within 1100 ft, Mess should be able to find him.
