The issue that I was having with my tooth wound up turning around and hitting me -literally- square in the face. I got seriously infected, and I had to wait a few days before any of the dentists in town were willing to look at me. Thankfully, I've been on another round of antibiotics which has been getting rid of the infection, and I should (hopefully) finally be taking care of the troublesome tooth.
