Keeping an eye on the enemy, Vaylund prepares himself to unleash a holy fire once they are within range.

The storm will pass when they are within range, I will then bathe them in fire first. Aim for their boards and scavenge what weapons you can. No shame in slaughtering them with their own cursed devices. We shall not die this day. By any means necessary, we FIGHT! he yells, revealing more emotion than usual in his voice and a surprising disposition towards xenotech. He grips his axe in two hands and readies himself mentally, focusing his anger and blood last, trying to position himself in front towards them, The storm might make it more difficult to see and hit us, forcing them closer, rotate to keep me between them and us for as long as possible. Lastly as he sees his brothers scramble and search he offers up his own weapon to any brother without. If you do not find a weapon, take my axe, I will not be defenseless. Would love to take some swings with it, but Vaylund can use his flame attack, afterwards you can give it back ;) or not.

Vaylund gets up and is later to the party than he'd like. The xenos at center stage becomes his soul purpose and his hate never greater than now. There is no time after Vaylund finishes the remaining warrior. The walls began to shift and Vaylund felt a pull on his weapons and himself. Others also took an action, not sure what will happen since I failed the AG test, if I need another test/action, so holding off until you update.

Vaylund can't strike precisely enough with his power maul, but being an Iron Hand meant he could shoot just as well as he could swing. I apologize. You're right, I have been rather snide with you. I was frustrated with you missing a few of my posts or ignoring them completely until I reminded you. The mistakes (either ones I perceive or actually were) seemed to single me out and so I've responded like so because I'm not sure if somethings you've done have been an accident or intentional. I stopped giving you the benefit of the doubt and took it personal. Should have PMd you earlier. Let's try to move on and be diligent in reading each other's posts and being respectable in discussion. Thanks for GMing, Vaylund only exists at a your mercy ;)

My apologies, guess I read your post poorly and once again tried to do something that's impossible. Let me know when I can do something besides watch. Maybe I can aim and make a called shot into melee combat... Making things difficult to roll and just saying stuff is impossible is different, try to make that clearer for me if possible.

As the Chrono warriors come closer, Vaylund had intended to take his well aimed shot at the closest Chrono to him, hoping he could make it quick and rejoin his brothers in the middle, but the speed of the warrior was too quick, and Vaylund knew this would only end one way. No chance to dodge for anyone? If not, making something like that clear through your narrative would have changed our approach for sure... Could've waited and let them kill themselves or wear themselves down and leaving us to pick them off with ranged weapons. Are the walls faster than us? Should be the same danger walking if its random, if we can see where they come up then it's a simple matter of avoiding them, hindering our speed,

Vaylund sees his brothers moving up and flanking left so he breaks into a sprint towards the right flank, moving to position the wall of the coliseum to his back and and possibly catch a chrono warrior off guard in a rear flank. Iron Hands are known for rushing towards their foe, often sacrificing reaction time. Vaylund pushed forward despite his brothers hold up. Dangerous bait they'll be he thinks to himself as his bionic leg carries him forward with ease. 65m run with sprint talent.

Vaylund tries to make some sense of the moving pieces in the room, but his anger is blinding him, a rage slowly growing as he see's the chrono warriors.
While slightly confused about the moving parts, the warriors would no doubt suffer the same disadvantage. Perhaps he could use them to his advantage in close quarter combat. While he burned to close the gap between the enemy, the words of a brother marine caught his ear, the mention of his lost Primarch touched a chord and he threw a glaring look at his brother. However it was only momentarily as the rage passed over and he saw the clarity of teamwork and brotherhood once again. As Vayland recovers in his cell and his hatred fumed further by these menacing games, he couldn't wait for the next round to begin. Something primal was burning at his soul and in an instance something within fused and surged throughout his mechanical flesh. He felt more power and strength than he had ever known. I could easily break free but he knew it to be instantly foolish with no plan. I can not leave my brothers here. While his chapter brothers would be quick to decide them too weak, Vaylund had come to learn the benefits of team work, and if he wanted to live long enough to exact his revenge, he would need allies. At first Vaylund is unsure what his brothers are doing and why they have slowed. While unaware of all the beast has done to slow his brothers he does notice something peculiar with the Techmarine and a canister of promethium.
