i really like their first album and the cameo on Korn's Follow the Leader. it seems like right after it all blew up he decided "you know i can try to sing a little more, i am a musician after all" i'd heard at the time he started getting "singing lessons " from Scott Weiland and then the ChocolateSexVajayjayEgg or whatever came out and it was just... too much! especially in a college town filled with thousands of wannabe Fred Dursts, plus at the time i was single and going to parties trying to awkwardly work the dating scene downtown, where it was played constantly. Edit: if you think you're bad at dating, i was terrible in my early twenties! Bartender: That girl wants you to buy her a drink 23 year old Captain Yesterday: f*&$ that she can buy her own drinks" Captain Yesterday's friends: *slap foreheads* yes that is an actual example that happened.
