The mushroom, of DooooOOOooooMMMmmm, grunts "Not so quick that you can get away!" as it moves to the antlered crazy person, flanking with the Elfsy and attacks.

Action 1: Stride
Action 2/3: Double Slice

+1 striking scimitar: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15
damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 2) + 2 = 9

+1 striking spiked gauntlet: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20
damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (3, 4) + 2 = 9

AOO against Fasiel:

+1 shiny striking scimitar: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (3, 3) + 2 = 8

The mushroom, of DDDDoooooOOOOMMMMMmmm, takes the opportunity to standup and attempts to double slice the big bad guy...

Action 1: standup
Action 2/3: double slice

+1 striking scimitar: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26
damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 2) + 2 = 8(S)

It is satisfied with the solid slash of the shiny scimitar against the crazy antlered guy...

+1 spiked gauntlet: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15
damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (3, 4) + 2 = 9(P)

Use Hero Point for re-roll:

+1 spiked gauntlet: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15

It is sad to miss with the punch...

AOO against bad guy:

+1 striking scimitar: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25
damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (2, 1) + 2 = 5(S)

I looked back through all the entries and I am unsure if I still have a lesser healing potion. At one point I said I’d hold 2, but not sure that was confirmed. I definitely have a minor. So…. I’ll roll both and you apply the correct amount.

Groggy, Leaf looks about and sees Fasiel attacking the Elf. It picks up the shiny scimitar. In doing so, also realizes it is quite hurt…. It pulls out a healing potion and gulps it down staying prone on the ground.

Healing potion:

healing, lesser: 2d8 + 5 ⇒ (3, 8) + 5 = 16
healing, minor: 1d8 ⇒ 4

It feels a bit better

AOO if big bad provokes:

+1 striking scimitar: 1d20 + 10 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 10 - 2 = 18
damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 6) + 2 = 12(S)

The spell casters should probably continue to try to kill the fiery rat with cold spells. It was already made clear that it takes extra damage from cold. So hopefully either Natashca or Cheryl continue trying to kill the rat... It's already taken 37 dmg...

The mushroom, of DDDDooooMMMMM, did not care for being knocked to the ground by the antlered creature. It will attempt to standup and attack the antlered creature.

Action 1: Standup
Action 2/3: Double slice

+1 striking scimitar: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 262d6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 3) + 2 = 10
+1 striking spiked gauntlet: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 252d4 + 2 ⇒ (3, 1) + 2 = 6

It is very satisfied as it feels both its attack bite deeply into the creature.

AOO if a creature provokes:

+1 striking scimitar: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 252d6 + 2 ⇒ (2, 1) + 2 = 5

I am somewhat confused. The post above says round 1. I assume that is suppose to be round 2. Which I also assume means whatever rant the bad guy did in round 1 to frighten us is now gone since a number of us went after him in round 1. Also I am sure you are trying to help/hint when saying “spoiler AOO attacks”, but I really have no clue what you are getting at. Since we can always look up/read abilities…

Leaf attempts to strike at the fleeing fiery rat…

Concealment Check: 1d20 ⇒ 18

It is able to see through the smoke, attempting to smote the creature as it runs away…

Action: AOO
+1 shiny scimitar of striking: 1d20 + 10 - 1 ⇒ (15) + 10 - 1 = 242d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (5, 4) + 2 + 2 = 13

Assuming Leaf is still being affected by the rant…not sure…

Are the 2 fort saves for the same effect? So I save when he moves to me and at the start of my turn? Effectively making me save 2x for the same effect before I am even able to act?

The mushroom, of DDOoooooOOOMMmmmmm, coughs loudly from the fumes….

Leaf's Fortitude (E): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29

It ignores the fumes, but the racket coming from the other creature….

Leaf's Will (E): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19 Successes vs. fear effects are critical successes instead

It doesn’t much like the noise coming outa that creature…but feels like it should hit the fiery rat harder….

The mushroom, of DDDdDooooOOOOooooMMmMmM, attacks the fiery rat with the shiny scimitar and spiked gauntlet.

Action 1/2: Double slice
Scimitar: 1d20 + 10 - 1 ⇒ (7) + 10 - 1 = 162d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (2, 1) + 2 + 2 = 7 (S)

Guess I was confused by the one action statement. I presumed the acrobatics was the action.

The mushroom, of doooOOOoooMMMmmm, just wants the noise stop and slashes at the rune….

The mushroom, of DDDooooOOOOmmmmMMM, watches the nimble Elf jump up on the altar and attempt to disable the disturbance behind it…clearly she fails…

It mumbles something about a silly Elf, moves up to the altar and attempts to join the Elf on the altar.

The mushroom, of dooooOOOOMMMmm, gasps. ”Whaaa…the…” as the funny Elf takes the rope and easily pulls the chair to the doorway.

”Guess it’s my turn again…wonder where the other two members wandered off to…” it says, taking back the grappling hook and tossing it at the table holding the gnomes.

Tossing grappling hook: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20

Looking satisfied with its toss, it offers this end of the rope to the funny Elf.

”Your turn it seems…do what you just did again…and I’ll look around for our teammates. They must have gotten lost…”

Seeing that the funny Elf can only lift the grappling hook the mushroom, of DoooOOOMMM, takes it back, tosses it to the halfling on the chair and says, ”Grab on if you want to…..liiivveee….”

I assume then this is a ranged attack roll. I’ll use the +11 listed for my seed pod roll…

Toss grappling hook: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (16) + 11 = 27

Looking satisfied with its throw, it waits for the halfling…

So the floor is molted lava….but the furniture appears to be floating in said lava? None of the furniture has burst into flame or already been incinerated??? That is some sturdy furniture to be able to resist destruction while in lava until we just happen to open the door…

Sounds like we are under time pressure, of course. So no more healing for us going forward. Let’s move on after the 10 minutes then. Hopefully we take no further damage.

The mushroom, of doooOOOoooOOOM, stares blankly at the chef and grumble while walking away, ”Next you are on your own….”, following the funny Elf.

The mushroom, of DOOoooOOM, gets up, retrieves multiple healing potions and quaffs them down…

2 minor healing potions: 2d8 ⇒ (1, 1) = 2

Well that was less than ideal. If we don’t have a time constraint, I’d suggest I treat wounds on myself and continue for 1 hour for double the effect. Using Nature skill to treat wounds at DC 15

Leaf's Nature (E): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28

Thats a crit for 4d8. The chart on AoN says it’s 4d8, not 2d8, doubled. Which seems odd…. I guess I didn’t realize I was Expert in Nature, which I presumed meant I could have gone for DC 20…

Treat wounds critical: 4d8 ⇒ (4, 4, 3, 8) = 19

If we can wait the hour, then that would be 16+2+38, healing to full. If not, then 16+2+19 = 37 out of 44.

”Oh…and…medic….” it mumbles, dropping to the ground.

Healing anyone? I know we have some potions, but if someone can heal out of combat. I can try on myself, but not the best at it. I also presume there isn’t enough (any?) herbs/vegetation to receive the +2 to treat wounds from Natural Medicine?

So being hit by the roast is simply an auto knockdown attack? No save??

The mushroom, of doom, does not wish to continue being prone and poked by the annoying silverware.

Leaf's Reflex (E): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20
Leaf's Reflex (E): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15

Kinda lost on which save does what... The first Ref save is for the swarm, which I succeeded, so have a -10ft move penalty? The second, Stick a Fork in It, I failed, which I assume does damage...

It attempts to stand up, stride to leave the whirling silverware and take a strike at the Roast.

Action 1: Stand Up
Action 2: Stride
Action 3: Strike Roast

Just for my clarification. The swarms are made up of lots of silverware pieces…. That is the first save. Then an individual fork, from the swarm, is attacking as well?? Can we target that fork? Or are the swarms moving into our squares, which causes damage and then one of many utensils is actually attacking? Sorry, I read back and it’s not clear to me.

Do we apply attack penalties to Grapples after the 1st?

The mushroom is not sure about the stopping of the fountain, but sure us enjoying the sweet nectar…

”Keep the nectar flowing!” shouts Leaf, as it attempts to grapple the spinning fountain.

Action 1: Drink nectar
Action 2: Grapple fountain: Leaf's Athletics (U): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20

Surprisingly the mushroom, of doom, is able to hold on the the crazy fountain.

Action 3: Drink more nectar

It gasps as its attempt to grab the fountain fails..

Leaf's Fortitude (E): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10

I would like to use a hero point for that nat 1….

Leaf's Fortitude (E): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19

The spinning fountain was about to smash the creature, yet strangely it came out unscathed…

With a dead eyed wink, the creature tries again to stop the spinning fountain….”This seems like a good idea…”. Once again the spinning fountain proves too difficult to be stopped by a mere mushroom of doom…

Leaf's Fortitude (E): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24

With the gods on its side, the mushroom, of doom, cheats fate once again and is untouched by the spinning fountain.

A tongue lashes for a taste of the sweet nectar from the fountain. ”Mmmm, delicious….”, rasps the mushroom, of doom, as it attempts slow the fall of the fountain.

Action 1: Imbibe the sweet fountain nectar
Action 2: Grapple the fountain, Leaf's Athletics (U): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

If the first grapple fails, try again.
Action 3: 2nd Grapple, Leaf's Athletics (U): 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (5) - 2 = 3

Clearly drunk from the sweet nectar, the mushroom fails at its task.

Leaf can provide Worldly Mentor to a PC

The mushroom peers out from the shrubbery within the courtyard. Taking note of those in attendance and maybe some of their conversations.

Leaf's Perception (E): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23

The creature shakes it head as if trying to clear a fog...

"Wha...the...?", rasps Leaf while taking in the restored Lodge...

The creature stumbles a bit before gaining its balance...

Looking around at the change of scenery and the now fully restored courtyard filled with peoples it feels out of place with its weapons out...

It will attempt to slink into the shadows, if possible.
