Stratton:
As you go to bed, assuming somewhere private she chimes in, "Well the progress to get my body seems to have stalled. You are just going to wait?!"

She offers, "Though the Way of the Dragon is a bit more detailed..." Then she positively droools over the thought, "ooohhh the thought of having a dragon body! Oh! and polymorph!!!"

Her thoughts stopped by Jean's appearance, she greets Jean, "Oh Hi Jean! Yes we were talking about ways of giving me a body. Jean would you please be a doll and persuade them to take the path of the dragon! Please!"

Rather absolutely she states, "Yes the Ritual of Clone is more to my liking. What are the steps or requirements?"

"So, if we were to find someone willing to have you in their body, how would that work? Would you take over? Exchange places? Be some kind of symbiote? Work out a time share? Maybe there's something about your ritual in the mask of 1000 tomes."

She tries to explain it but gets lost in thought a lot, "It all depends upon how much the first soul is willing. It could be me taking over for most of the time, or possibly a symbiote. Time share... yes that will likely be the best strategy. Combat I would take over and they could spend half of the downtime as they wished. It could be, there isn't much that isn't in that mask."

As they walk, he strikes up a conversation with Lady Black once more. "Do you happen to have a ritual available to place you in a new body, or were you considering doing it as an act of will alone?"

"Those concubines you were pointing out, was that just generally for me to know what kind of body you were looking for, or were you considering a way to take one from one of them. Don't think that's the type of deal I'm looking for, but I should know if you are capable of doing such a thing against a creature's will."

"I'm hoping one of these shops would allow you to be reincarnated into a body more your choosing since they alter races, but I'm not sure if they need a flesh body to do so. Perhaps they may have a way for your to change into a golem-like body. Would that be acceptable? Or are you looking for flesh?"

"I have a vague memory of the ritual but we will need to have some research done. Hopefully we alone can do the research. Though this kind of magic is frowned upon, so keep it secret.

Not against their will, we would need to convince them first. Yes the general type of body and yes I was considering most of my selections as prime candidates.
We can see what these body shops may have before running to any absolutes. Without the right magic a golem like body would likely be more preferential."

Stratton:
She points out the bodies she would like among the concubines.

She relays to Stratton, "You naughty boy. I like that. As of now you know my obvious abilities. My dedicated powers haven't been activated and likely won't they activate when you fight nobility or royalty. Now if you want to bond to me you can unlock one of my abilities but you will have to pay the price. Find me an adequate body and the price can be negated."

In the round it takes for Matthew to catch up, Stratton continues his conversation with Lady Black "Well, you have a physical body, but not a humanoid one. I take it you were once traditionally corporeal?"

She replies with a curious lilt, "Not per say. My creator and first master basically replicated her personality into the sword. So I don't have her memories before I was created. If you continue to serve me as a champion, one of your quests will be to find or make me a body. There are some premium bodies that I would like in this room."

She replies back to Stratton, "Both, I don't have a physical body yet but I am still interested in your sublime bodies."

She states with interest, "Increased sex drive....eh?"

Entering the Black Spire and entering the hall she whispers to Stratton, "Oh that's good. Those golems are gone. Oh and look the giants have left too."

The sword relays in a sultry female voice, "Last time I was there was a few years ago. There was golem, gargoyles, hordes of basic undead, vampires, morghrs, and the cultists of the Reaper."

The sword actually talks back to Stratton for others to hear, "Oh that fool, he is a joke of a necromancer. He took over after poisoning the previous master and has been running things with the tools of the previous master. I mean Jareke is not even undead, sure he plays at it. The previous master was a vampire."
