I saw the results were posted--thanks much.

That was probably the best resolution we could have managed; at least this way the Society gets to have continued access to the library and such.

Nominal shares would be 126.67; how about everyone but László and Ayaki kicks in 125, and the two sickies pay 130 each?

Are we planning on going back in after Daegros once everyone is healed up? I have an ulterior motive for asking, as I'm going to be at Flatcon this coming Saturday and have tentatively committed to playing László in "The Stranger Within."

Both László and Ayaki have lost temp levels (4 for László & 2 for Ayaki), so one casting for each.

I make it 760 gold total for two restoration spells. We could save 560 gold on that, but only by calling the adventure here so that Maddie could level up and cast it herself.

I'm willing to leave it here, although if we're going to go back in I'd really like a restoration.

I don't much care for this, but I can't do anything about it right now. The Varisian defers to Pai and Maddie.

László also keeps silent, watching for betrayal.

"I fear I will not be of much aid, if we have to fight anything, until I have been healed. Perhaps we should retreat for that?"

Once László is himself again, he uses his wand to repair some of the damage the ghost cat inflicted before returning to the party. He is still pale and shaking from the damage to his life force.

I checked the description, and I'm afraid a buckler is worn strapped to the forearm; that being the case, I don't think she can drop it. That raises the point of how you strap something to your arm in a single move action, but that's not a discussion to have here and now.

ETA: Pai, Daegros said that Togarin also wanted to destroy the time lock, and implied that he would escape its collapse as a lich.

Just before entering the room where the party encountered Togarin, László will cast gravity bow from his wand.

Assuming that László is still invisible:

"Tell Daegros that we are going to go and deal with Togarin."

"Yes, I think so as well."

"I do not know what the time lock even looks like."

I was assuming we withdrew, although that might look a little suspicious.

Not to mention that Daegros just said he was considering becoming a lich to survive the destruction of the time lock.

The Varisian also ponders Daegros' words, but gleans nothing from them other than the most obvious meaning. He whispers in Pai's ear, "Ask him about Vuzhon, the third apprentice."
