When Mountain Druids have -2 to wild shape. Does it mean at level 20 you can only wild shape per day as a 18th druid or can you wild shape at will

Weapons like katanas, battleaxes, etc allow you to use them two handed if desired. If a character takes the Deflect Arrows feat, can he make an attack with his one-handed weapon with two hands and still defend himself using deflect arrows. Since it is possible to simply let go with one hand as a free action (speculative assumption).

I have started to create a enchanter when I got to alignment. What kind of moral dilemmas would this create if I were to play LG or even worse CG? This lead me to my previous question.

How would you play a good aligned controller?
