Maybe offensive as well, to some." He gives out a hearty laugh. "One day, I will return to my people to learn to use them both in unison."

Taking the good spot! "Ah! More to smash!" Krush drops his Klar, rushing into the room, nearly tripping as he hits the rubble. "Dang ancient ruins and their questionable engineering!" Picking his way through the rocks carefully and slowly, Krush gets in to face the spider as his effort is expended. Double move, earth breaker in hand.

Quick question - the break might help a bit, but what kind of light are we looking at inside?

"Ah, Sigríðr, is it not good to help eachother out once in a while?" If Blue doesn't have a wand: Krush flicks his wrist, popping out his wand and walking to Blue. "Thank you for taking the hit for us, allow me to repay you."

Krush smiles, pulling out his Klar and starting to scrape the ruins of the dog from between the spikes of his earth breaker. "If one of you could help with a bit of water, perhaps..." he says, shaking his klar clean again before going back to picking. "I know that some of your gods like that trick." He turns to Prizm, nodding his head. "All good?

Krush is caught by surprise as the dogs rush up, but quickly readies his weapon, stepping closer into the fray. "Poor pups, probably starving out here.." he says, a hint of sorrow in his voice as he brings his heavy mallet down upon one. Attack!: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26

Krush smiles and pulls his earth breaker from his back, testing his grip on it as he looks at the fortress, then to his companions. "So here we are. Prizm, please stay near and behind." He activates his Wayfinder, causing the light to radiate out. "I am more than happy to take the lead, friends, if none of you are eager."

I would like it if you can make it so I can buy multiple gift certificates at one time and then be able to select the gift option and select multiple recipients. Here are some of the issues:
As for gifting them directly via Paizo, I cannot order 10 $10 Gift Certificates and divy them up between 10 different recipients. I need to create 10 different orders and pay for them separately. Why does this matter? There are multiple reasons, ease of use for the customer and more importantly for Paizo, to save on the processing fees for each transaction that I will currently have to make. While I have been told rumors on why this site is so dated; seriously, I was making Geocities sites that looked like this back in the 90s; Paizo really needs to move to a different storefront. Squarespace, or some other service. Thanks
Displacement Con is happening now, Aug 29th thru Sept 2nd. We have 19 events scheduled over this U.S.A. Labor Day holiday weekend and while half of our events are full, there are still plenty of spot left and players are always encouraged to waitlist tables as real life happens and spots do open up. Visit our Warhorn at: Displacement Con 2024: No A.I. Required Join our Discord at: Displacement Con Discord Server While sadly we are too small to get Paizo Support this year, we are providing our own table prizes and as always we will be having Give-A-Ways that also include Paizo products. We hope you will come and join us over the 5 day of the convention.
I would really love some more Pocket Editions of the other Starfinder books, but it seems like we are only going to get the CRB. When I looked at PF2 there are 6 books already available and another 3 with preorder dates. In relation to System release dates the PF2 CRB PE was released 7 months earlier than the SF CRB PE, this even after so many players had ask for them after launch. Yes, I understand they said they would not release a PE earlier than 18 months from release of the Hard Cover, and that PF is more popular than SF, but still many of us were willing to buy and even wanted to buy multiple copies of the SF CRB PE. I in fact bought 5 copies of the SF CRB PE and gave away 4 copies during Displacement Con 2020. Those 5 copies are what I said I would buy as a minimum prior to them announcing the product. I would love to buy even more Pocket Editions of the other SF books as I plan to have them as Store Copies at the store I run Society games. I have already purchased most all the PF 1st Ed PEs, but have not bought the 2nd Ed PEs since we don't play much PFS2 and at this point I don't want to support the PF2 PEs if we are not going to get more SF PEs. Can someone from Paizo give us an explanation of why we are not seeing more SF PEs, other than the fact that PF2 is more popular? Are the sales not there, even for a minimum print run? I do use my PDFs more, but there are times I either forget my tablet or the power dies and I forget my charger and having nice portable copies at the store or in my bag is wonderful. Heck, I can look info up in a book much faster than people with tablets and the PDF loaded.
I have already posted this in the Website Feedback Scetion, but maybe I can get a response if I post it here as well. The reporting page is not working. I have been trying to report sessions all week and I believe that the last session that was accepted was Wednesday, I was able to report 3 sessions before it stopped accepting them. Since then I have tried to report more sessions, but they don't show up in my convention's listing of reported sessions. Can someone PLEASE look into this issue?
Trying to report session and get Backtrack too far when I hit Save and go to new session button. Then I check my Session to make sure it didn't post and it is not there. Tried 3-4 times, logged back in, all I am doing is copy and paste, so very little time has past from when the form loads and I hit the button. Scenario is PFS2 01-01 - The Absalom Initiation Convention is # 2,701,152 Displacement Con 2020 I will give this a rest for now, but I have 70+ more tables to enter.

Originally replacing Grand Con 2020 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, we are looking to be a replacement for all canceled gaming conventions that have been canceled during Labor Day weekend. Displacement Con is planning on trying to create the best full convention experience of an in-person convention in an on-line format. In addition to multiple gaming tracks we are looking to include a Vendor Hall, Artist Alley and Cosplay Parade. We will be offering Pathfinder Society 1st and 2nd Editions, along with Starfinder Society, Adventurers League, and Board Games. There are plans to include some card games, but we are still working with organizers for those events. You can join our Warhorn Listing for our Society offerings here. We will be using Discord for Voice Services and more. Join our Facebook Page here to get links to our other Warhorn Listings for other game systems and types. Displacement Con is looking for GMs, HQ staff, and knowledgeable Discord users in addition to those willing to run other systems not listed. If you are interested in helping in any of these positions, please PM us through Facebook. Thanks, The Displacement Con Team
I'm organizing a convention over Labor Day Weekend to replace the Convention that was to take place in-person that weekend. When I ask people to suggest scenarios, something I do every year to no avail, someone mentioned running modules. I went on to ask him what if he had any modules in mind, he said "No". So here I am, coming to the community for suggestions. I know Master of the Fallen Fortress and Risen from the Sands are both ones that can run in a normal 5 hour slot. Crypt of the Everflame is fun and runs in 2 slots, but other than those I am not sure on the others, even though I have played a couple more over the years. What I would like to know are your suggestions and how many slots (5 hours) that each one should take without the GM being pressured to push through. Thanks
Hello, I have 2 vouchers for Convention Reimbursement that I wanted to apply to my order. Can someone contact me so I can provide them with the voucher codes and they can apply them to my order. I guessing that I didn't get the option as I selected for the items to ship with my next subscription. Thanks, maldar
I am organizing Society Events for a Convention Labor Day weekend and there is no option to add Second Edition Scenarios to my Event Listing. I have been checking into this every week or so for the past 2 months and assumed it was due to the fact that they had not released as of yet. Well, it is past that time and I really want to list these scenarios for my event. Can someone please look into this issue? Thanks, maldar
I just spent over an hour writing a product review and when I went to submit the review I got the message "You have Backtracked too far", which for this site tends to mean that I have been logged out of the system. When I clicked back, the text field was totally blank. I know there is coding to prevent the loss of data from text fields, not sure what it is, but I have been to other sites where I have not lost all that time and productivity. Make it so that even if I'm not logged-in that the system retains the data, and ask for my log-in credentials. Not sure when I will get back to rewriting that review, it was worth the time I had already spent, not sure how much more I'm willing to spend.
Has Paizo ever considered a special boon to recognize those that organize society play at conventions? I am doing that for the first time and am really understanding the work this entails. I really wish I would have looked to have a couple people help out instead of doing it all myself. Just dealing with the convention owner was a job in itself. What I would like to propose is a boon that's progressive and you achieve more benefits as you organize more conventions. I would like to see it be retroactive as well, say 5 years or something, Paizo can decide that one. I know many organizers that have done a ton of work and are also VOs on top of organizing a convention. What do others think? I really want to hear from convention organizers, but all input is welcome.
Can you please combine these orders? It is a good thing that I was only originally getting just the SF AP this month, as it forced me to check out the April release shipping thread to see what was up as I am used to getting 3 or more items each month. I didn't notice that they had started to release more Classic Flip-Mats as it has been so long since the Arena one was released (Jan 2017), I wish they made those a separate Subscription. Will I still qualify for the free PDF for this month's Classic Flip-Mat? I have already preordered all the others I could. Thanks, maldar
So, I just saw this and I am wondering how many other GMs and Players cannot wait for its release. Starfinder Society Scenario #01-14: Star Sugar Heartlove I have a player whos character states that they totally ripped off his songs, but failed in his legal battles against the Pop Stars. Anyone else work them into character backgrounds? Are you excited to see where this might lead? Or are you just shaking your head right now? We totally need Paizo to make us some Tour T-shirts prior to the release so I can show up wearing one to run this scenario.
I was recently on the Retailers page "http://paizo.com/paizo/about/retailers" and noticed that the listings really need some work put into them. 1) A few of the states have more than one listings, Florida has 3 for some reason. 2) The listings under each state should be listed in alphabetical order by City and then by Store name. Only list the City once and then indent the rest with just the store name. The store I run at will be registering soon and the employee there was the one that mentioned the issue with Florida after I mentioned to him the alphabetical order of the cities. Right now it looks pretty unprofessional. Thanks, maldar
Pathfinders, I have created a Google Doc you might be interested in copying for your own use. While I know there are other versions out there, I didn't like the ones I saw in the short time I was looking and thought I would add mine for those that might find it useful. The document is a spreadsheet that allows you to track what character you have played in a scenario and if you DM, the character to which you have applied a scenario's credit. Spots are included for both Regular Play and CORE Play. The document tracks the following:
I have created two versions of the document. The first uses a sheet for each season of scenarios, and separate sheets for Adventure Paths, Quests and Modules. The second document is a long form that has everything on one sheet. You can view the documents at the following links: Please inform me if these links don't work for you, you have trouble copying them to your Google Drive, or you have problems editing them in your Google Drive. This is the first time I have tried sharing a Google Doc in such a way. Google Docs can be accessed via your phone using the Google Drive app. Now you will be able to check to see if you have played a scenario from anywhere you have access to the internet. While I will update the documents regularly to add new scenarios, you will have to visit the above links to copy and paste the new information into your document or you can add the information yourself. I hope everyone that needs to, finds a use for these documents. Thanks, maldar
Hello, I submitted this order on July 28th or earlier, even though it says Aug 12th. I know this since I ordered the PDFs listed in the order before this one at the same time as this order. Would really like to know when this will finally ship. GenCon was in the middle of those date, but that is now 3+ wks ago. I don't think anything is out of stock now, though I could be wrong since it has been so long since the order was placed.
Before someone ask, I did seek permission from Paizo staff to post this and was told this section should be the best place to post. I discovered this KickStarter on Friday night and think that it is a nice idea. As is, it can be a great item for many people. However, I have been in contact with the creator of the Ideaboard and asked him if it was possible to have him produce pages that had a 1 inch square grid on them. He is willing to produce these, if I can get 10 other people wanting them as well to back the project and request them. While these pages would be smaller than a normal mat, I see this as a good replacement. GMs could have maps predrawn, there are transparent overly sheets that are included so you can draw on them to display area-of-effect spells without having to redraw the maps each time. NO MORE WATER & TOWEL, these are dry erase. The person at Paizo mentioned having the transparent sheets predrawn with rooms that are added/fliped to as the party discovers them. Just another time saving idea. If I get premission I will add the Paizo staff member's name that came up with the idea. I'm not sure if it is possible to buy more transparent sheets, but I will ask the creator. While I do not know that I will get 10 from this group to pledge, I'm hoping that some of you might be interested. While the Ideaboard starts at $59, more than a mat and pen set for gaming, it is something that can be used for more than gaming. Check it out, tell some friends about it and about the 1 inch square grid sheets I'm trying to get produced as well. If you can/are willing please post else where, talk to your group, etc. Be sure to mention my name and the 1 inch square grid sheets so he knows that people are interested and so he can keep track of the number of people we need. I will try and update that if I get numbers from him. If you have questions, please go to the KickStarter site & ask the creator; you can ask here and I can then ask him, but it will take much longer. Either way, post here about what you ask and the response given as it may be of interest to others. I am not affiliated with IdeaBoard other than being a Backer and submitting the idea of 1 inch square grid pages to the creator after I discovered the project on Friday 9/14/12. Thanks for your time. maldar |
