The arrow buries itself in Krango's chest. "Damn," slips out his blood stained lips as he collapses

As Krango rolls to grab his sword and stand, the small creature rips a tooth from his mouth. "Aaaagh" Krango shouts as his mouth fills with blood. Spitting blood Krango gains his feet with greatsword in hand and hacks at his attacker.

Krango engages one of the beasts. He catches the creature with an awkward blow but follows up with a solid hit, the third cut was little more than a distracting swipe.

Stepping out from the rear of the wagon with his greatsword perched upon his shoulder, reaching the horses he asks the man, "in whose name or by what right do you collect a tax on passage?"
