Little Kiba wrote: He's still staring when a hand on his shoulder startles him. "You finally figured it out, huh? Took you long enough." Says his father as he smiles down at his son(though not nearly as far down as he used too).
"Well, I won't pretend I know exactly why you came back, but I'm glad he did now. You and I weren't exactly father-and-son, you know? Now, why don't you think about what Arielle's been saying(yes, I still keep an eye on you) and go back out there? You seem to be the only one who doesn't know, so think hard."
Kiba heads for door, but looks back at his clearly confused son and chuckles before leaving. He waves at Arielle before shifting and running back into the forest.

I can't find anything about alignment on the Lycanthrope Page of the PRD except the alignment given to the two lycans given as examples.
Personally, I find the whole AL for afflicted lycans ridiculous. If you're not in control, you're little more than a feral animal, and animals don't have alignment(okay, neatral, but it's not like they get a choice to hunt you down or not if they're hungry and you look weak).

Easier to keep his avvy a a wolf then to have to switch it out every time he shifts form.
Larry Lichman wrote: With all the love of werewolves aroung here, doesn't it seem odd that there are so few published adventures that focus on our lycanthropic friends?
Wererats tend to be used quite often (typically as cannon fodder), but the king of lycanthropes, the werewolf, tends to get short shrift. I wonder why that is?
Simple, we are smart enough to stay out of the adventurer's way while we slowly build up our lycanthropic army...
And were-dire bats make for cooler vampires...

Werewolves of course. After all... we don't sparkle!
There is Large(tall) and Large(long). Wolves bigger than Medium are Large(awesome).
:Calm down little one. Do you really wish to be alone? You are changing, adapting to your new power, and you need to learn control. I do not know anything about how to deal with seeing ghosts, but controlling power new I can help you with. For years I had no idea a wolf dwelled within me, and when I shifted for the first time, it resulted in a chain of events that caused me grief I could not deal with for years. Because I had no control. For the span of three years, the wolf controlled me. For the span of three years, all I could do was watch from inside, a prisoner in my own body. Come to the sparring area if you want my help, but calm down first, you're upsetting the nestlings.:
"Lk might be up too, I might as well get this over with," Kiba thinks to himself. He leaves the Eyrie and heads for the place LJ prepared for him. He enters and begins to tell Lk the truth about who he is and what they really are. No surprise when he flies out as if hit violently. He crashes against an old tree and grabs his shoulder.
Tristan the Waif wrote: Allura wrote: "It's okay. Go ahead. I'm going to stay here. I want to be close by when Tristan wakes up." Tristan awakens and slowly lift himself out of bed. He sits and looks at the gemstone in his hand.
The calls out with his mind.
:::Hello? Anyone there?::: :::Good to have you awake again, Tristan. How are you feeling?:::
The Dalesman wrote: He sniffs the air.
"Wait a minute - where did JH go? Oh for the love of...the rest of you stay here. I'll be back in a few minutes."
He races to the omniportal, taking a wild guess where JH's scent is leading, and returns to the Bazaar of the Bizaar.
"Devlyn needs to be very careful. If JH and I are anything alike, he is wanting whatever power he can find to fight back and protect his child. It is so tempting..."
He finds himself staring at his bracer and looks away quickly. He looks up at the sky showing through the Eyrie opening, and sighs.
"Ayla, what would you think of me now?"
"Excuse me for a moment." Kiba leaves the Eyrie.
:::Thank you again LJ.:::
When he returns he is no longer carrying Lk.
"Now, I think we need to know as much as possible about what happened back at the Bazaar. Some one was after Tristan, and they used a powerful creation that needed the 8* of us to take it down, and we barely did that. I'm mad enough that some one attack children under my care, but to attack my own son and his friends..." He begins to squeeze the bracer on his left arm.
Allura wrote: "Is Tristan alright?" she asked, worried, seeing that the boy was still unconscious. "I'm sure he's just tired. He's not the only one," he says as he picks up a sleepy looking Lk.
:::Lynora-Jill? Is the place set up? Looks like he's going to be out for a while.:::
"He's first rage was channeled through so much magic, it's no wonder Lk is asleep. If what you say is true(and I'm not saying it isn't) it's no surprise Tristan's also sleeping it off."
Slowly, the new weapons Kiba grew retreat back into his body, and the wounds he gain during and after the fight begin to heal. He stands and walks over to Lk, and sees the look in his son's eyes, the look of a first rage. He is glad when the look leaves Lk's eys.
"Come on son, we need to make sure to get Allura and your friend out of here and to a safe place."
"Wolf in the sky, got it."
His flesh ripples and distorts as wing grow from his shoulders, and he takes off into the sky above.
Wolf's Rain was awesome...
Ending was good, but it sucked at the same time.
Yeah, but I'm a Warshaper. As long as I'm not in my human form I can grow any natural weapon. I'm also immune to crits, have fast healing(and can make a concentration{spellcraft since he's in a beta game} to speed it up), my reach is increased by 5ft(for a total of 15ft in hybrid form, 10ft in wolf form), and can shift faster than normal. It's a good class for shapeshifters.
In desperation, Kiba growls and grows another pair of arms. And with them more claws. He resumes attacking with twice the fury.
BluePigeon wrote: The Face of Nailz returns and the elemental advances again. "Now your just making me angry! Leave them alone!"
From behind the terra behemoth, Kiba leaps into the air, shifts to his hybrid form, and slams his earthbreaker* into it. He lands on the creature and begins to claw and bite at it.
*+2 ghost touch.
:::An impressive piece of treasure you have there. Be sure to keep it in a safe place.:::
Please keeps your spells and powers in the vehicle at all times!
"So we're going that way? Lead the way Tristan, you've been here more than I have."
"Let's see where we stand. One dire werewolf pup, one child who may or may not be a demi-god who swing a hammer and generate thunder and lightning, and one child whose abilities are yet to be known vs an entire Bazaar. You're right, I need to be there to make sure no one get hurt."
He leans in closer to whisper in LJ's ear.
"If you can set a a private place outside the Eyrie, I'd appreciate it. I need somewhere I can tell LK something, and I don't want him shunted to another plane if he gets angry."
"Does this mean I'm to chaperone them?" Kiba asks with a wolfish grin.
Arielle wrote: "Sorry. I can't help it. I can see your aura. I'm trying to stay out of it. I thought you'd probably tell him yourself if you wanted him to know. But you really should tell him. He's going to figure it out eventually. And he'll probably be mad if he finds out you were keeping it from him." "I know. But he has spent his entire life looking up to 'The First Wolf' because I wasn't there for him. I'm not sure what he'd do if he found out the deity he looked up to was the father he didn't. It could shatter his faith in any god, and I'd just as soon he stay blissfully unaware of what we both are. I am afraid the fact I'm keeping it a secret is what drove a wedge between us in the first place."
He stares down the mountain for a long time.
"I'll... tell him tomorrow."
Arielle wrote: Arielle starts to say something and then thinks better of it. Guess who heard her? :)
Kiba sighs.
"So. You figured it out, huh? Thank you for not telling him."
Little Kiba wrote: Kiba wrote: Kiba becomes human again.
"Wait a moment. This... Canis, said he taught you those techniques. Did he teach you anything else?" "No. Are you asking because he called you the First Wolf's replacement? He was being silly, you're mortal, not a god." Something flashes in Kiba's eyes.
"Okay, you can go play then."
Kiba becomes human again.
"Wait a moment. This... Canis, said he taught you those techniques. Did he teach you anything else?"
At the mention of the First Wolf, Kiba's hackles rise and a barely audible growl raises from deep in his throat. Nevertheless, he takes a step back.
"Yeah, I've noticed that about him too. Probably my fault."
He takes his wolf forms, curls up in corner somewhere, and just stares at a wall.
How do you feel about a time warp of a few hours?
Don't worry about Arielle, nothing happened to her in future Lk's time, he just hadn't been to the Eyrie in a long time.
"And all we can do is wait! Great, just great. Just another tine when I can do nothing to help him..."
Kiba leaves the Eyrie the normal way, and smashes a boulder before he comes back.
"Okay, I feel better. What can we do?"
"Okay, what your saying is, a Lk from the furture came back to find the Lk from now? That explains why he knew how to stop me and how he was able to block your lightning. It also explains why he seemed to have no scent, I wouldn't have noticed it because it was Lk's. But that doesn't explain the signs of a fight or why they both weren't there. I hope nothing happens..."
Arielle wrote: Arielle frowns.
"Do you think future LK took our LK somewhere else?"
Kiba looks at her with a shocked expression on his face.
"What do you mean, future Lk?"
Kiba becomes human again, and bows slightly to Djuhah.
"Thank you for letting us stay here. Tell the Starsong I thank her as well"
He heads for the omniportal, and steps through. Five minutes later he comes back looking worried.
"I can't find him. Anywhere. The only place I could pick up his scent was about a yard from the portal. There were... there were signs of a fight."
Djuhah the Djinn wrote: Kiba wrote: The little grey bird is making a lot of noise. LJ, Djuhah(and possible Jay) hear: "Will somebody please open the cage?!" Djuhah reaches out and opens the cage, releasing Kiba. The little gray bird flies to Djuhah's shoulder.

Been toying with the idea of Lk not growing up to be a druid, any suggestions?
A voice(Kiba's) can be heard from Allura's crystal.
"I hope I'm not interrupting anything, but my son is leading another boy in the direction of your house in the Bazaar. I'm following them to make sure they are safe, but it might be a good idea if your there to allow Lk some privacy to shift back, as the boy doesn't seem to know his puppy is Lk. They have been in a fight, and the Lk has a cut on his leg. The boy hasn't spoken since the fight." The crystal falls silent.
Knowing where his son is leading the waif, Kiba lands on a roof to shift. He uses his comm crystal to contact Allura.
A small grey bird watches it all from a nearby roof, ready to intervene should it be necessary...

Anyway, he will shortly be turning up at the Grove, as you have his attention, and he might not even sneeze all over it if Sorsha is still there.
Whilst she is present 'kill everything in sight and raze the place' is not an option in case she is a casualty. (Bad form to kill a dragon from your own bloodline and all that by accident, or at least if you're Daelemos it is.)
Therefore, so long as everyone stays bunched up nice and close to avoid casual breath weapon attacks, you get to talk.
Charles, are you trying to say Daelemos is the Midgard Serpent? Cause with 'the fall of an entire pantheon of gods' the Midgard Sperpent died, before the fall actually, killed by someone with a really big hammer... >:)
(Yes, I know it was Thor.)

He will become a great champion Kiba, and he will bring you much joy and honor. He will one day understand why you had to do what you did when he was younger. Be there for him when he needs it and let him forge his own path.
"I can only hope and try."

You don't have to tell your history if you don't want to, but it might help a little if we understood why Little Kiba is so angry." Kiba stops just before leaving the clearing.
"I wasn't there for him when he was younger."
He seems to slide into the forest, dissapearing without a trace.
So, looking at my GM session credit a few minutes ago it appears that I once again have the correct amount. Unfortunately, I'm still listed as a 2-star GM even though I have 62 tables of credit under my belt. Now, I have run a fair number of modules, so I'm not sure if that double credit is somehow affecting my number of stars. Just my best guess....

I'm looking at making a paladin with the Oath of Charity. This modifies and renames Lay on Hands to Charitable Hands. The description says it "otherwise works like and replaces lay on hands." I wanted to take a number of feats whose prerequisites require the Lay on Hands class feature (ex. Extra Lay on Hands, Word of Healing, etc.), but I'm wondering if by going with Oath of Charity that I will be unable to do this.
I've read through a couple of threads that talked about this question and most seemed to agree that it "should" be allowed, however, this character will be used in PFS, so won't be open to GM interpretation.
