Khalos heads for the tower in the Grand Lodge to meditate on his gaps during his last adventure and vows to become better next time to compensate.

a) The places were described thoroughly enough for me. Going much more into detail would be demanding more from the GM than I'm comfortable with, especially since my imagination fills in the others easily.
b) Combat is very caster friendly for this one. I barely had to worry about running to cover so a modified challenge could help.
c) Torvic out of combat is fine, especially since there's a summoner in a party that could fill his blank. Good job roleplaying him though.

Khalos looks to Gunari and says "Zatoma is resting now and I'd prefer not call him back on a whim. If someone would like to escort me though, I can summon an eagle to swoop around the place just to make sure it's clear of enemies. He's not very smart though, so we will have to do the searching ourselves."
If anyone takes up the offer, Khalos will summon an eagle to roam the ruins, but he will take his time checking the rooms (e.g. take 20 all the way) and opening doors.

"Aye, vacant is a good word for it. The architecture seems to lose its charm after a while though, especially with these creatures messing up the place." Khalos nods at the mite. "I wonder how the others camped outside are doing?"

Khalos pulls back his left arm as he casts a spell, a glowing green orb appearing from nowhere. He hurls this orb at the elf floating above them all.

"Mites again?" Khalos moves just behind Edgar(G5) and waves his hands around as he chants to cast Resistance on the Monk. "Your fists are of much use here than I am, physically at least."

"We must not hesitate. Let's eliminate them while we still have the upper hand with the element of surprise! Zatoma, you know what to do." responds Khalos.
The serpent responds with a silent nod, not looking back but focused, ready to charge at the first enemy to expose its neck once given the signal.

"Agreed Lort, but let Zatoma lead the way. Your power is much to powerful to be blunted after a sudden ambush. How about you guys? Ready?" Khalos asks the others.
Zatoma, you take point.

Plan is, Zatoma will lead the way to the source of the screams but he will let Lort handle any doors along the way.

With a smile, Khalos thinks of joins them in an attempt to lighten the mood despite his usual distaste for alcohol. Instead he says "I would join the toast, for surviving this place that is. We're not yet done though..."

Feeling the thrill of battle rise from Zatoma, Khalos casts Detect Magic into the darkness and will warn the others where the strongest magical object/spell is.

Khalos follows Zatoma to the western door where he sees Lort attempting to break it down. He stays a few feet back, feeling wary.
There might be traps, but I can't do much about those anyway...

"It looks like the mites we fought earlier are indeed related to this one..." Khalos says with a slight kick on the mite's head. "Why is he here though?"
There might be some hidden doors or tunnels in this place...
Khalos looks around the room before he follows Thaddaeus up.

Khalos draws out his sickle as he orders to Zatoma to go out the room to lookout for any trouble. As he uses the sickle delicately to remove the growths slowly he looks over the woman with an untrained eye of a healer to see what else she needs.

Khalos peeks inside the room as his eidolon slithers out, who gives him a mental shrug in passing. Seeing the prisoners being attended to, he takes a deeper look, "Does anyone know what these roots are? They seem to be supernatural..."
I don't have knowledge Nature but maybe this will do something.

Before Lort attempts to plow down the door Khalos says, "Zatoma must really like you Lort, he usually doesn't like talking to others but it looks like you're one not to be scared away by the his voice alone."

Seeing the others enter the doorway, Khalos assumes that the contraption in front of him is either disabled or broken. He takes a quick look (and will pickup anything noticeable) before joining the others, just outside the doorway.
Perception to find something valuable: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16
On the way there, he picks up the mushroom that Zatoma has dropped and puts it in his spell component pouch.is it still glowing?

While the others exercise their sword play, Khalos will place a hand on the door next to the entrance and Detect Magic.
Perception check for traps: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21
If he finds nothing dangerous, he will attempt to slowly open the door.

Khalos responds to Ozren's question with a smile and a distant look on his face as he recalled, "Nothing like this, a dwarven gallery dedicated to their craftsmanship. But I did enter a temple where the mists tried to turn us into monkeys. It looked nice for a temple but I didn't really like it because lost all my spells for a while in there... hahaha"

Zatoma has good sneak ranks altho he's more focused on Perception. I believe we don't need to sneak since we've got decent frontliners and I can feel ur need to charge in lol. He doesn't have sneak attack anyway, so he's primarily a lookout for now :p

Khalos will let Zatoma and the others lead the way with dark vision, and will light a torch to hold in his left hand before following in the rear of the party.
As Torvic passes by Khalos holds him on one shoulder gently to ask "Are you sure you're up to this? You look exhausted and there could be dangers ahead that we will risk to go through. If you want to back out, just let us know, OK?" before letting go.

I don't believe Khalos is holding the pearl, but to whoever is, feel free to insert it when you can.
Khalos shares Zatoma's discovery with the rest of the group, "Guys, Zatoma found some stonecarver tools and silver bars. Unfortunately I am not strong enough to carry such load... Any volunteers?"
Better do a quick check before any mishaps.
Khalos casts Detect Magic on the secret door and runes, and will concentrate until he determines there is nothing new to learn.

Khalos will cast Mage Armor and Resistance onto Zatoma as he passes by. Then addressing Lort, "Yes, it's one common feature that I find most intriguing in Dwarven architecture. High quality but not always what you expect.. Right Edgar?"
