While working on her personal computer with visor down, she states, "I will continue to work with Black Talon to make sure it will fit best with us. Go ahead and explore."

"Yeah I got that too. It is also the reason I am not jumping out of the pod. Lots of processing. It is taking a lot to focus." She relays wearily.

Stasis Pod:

Before answering she asks a lot of questions:
Are there any negative ramifications to doing these operations?
How will the operation of dexterity be processed?
Are you adding parts of your own substance within our bodies to make these adjustments?
What failsafes do you have in place to make sure the augmentation or upgrade is viable and safe?
Do you follow any rules?

As the prompts come up she selects:
Would you be willing to share your DNA for research and future projects?
Yes.
Do you want an augmentation which will allow telepathic communication with the ship?
Yes.

Are you ready for an upgrade? Yes.
Perception and Dexterity.

She goes over and sits in the offered chair near one of the consoles. She puts her hand on the place and pulls it back with an exclamation, "Ow! What was that? It took my blood... Maybe it is trying to connect with us that way?" She then puts her hand back on and holds it there.

Having already been pricked, she was indeed jumpy and you could see she was scared as the cables sprung free. Then she relaxed back into the seat, she grabbed the loose port cable and twitched it a few times.

She shrugs and puts the cable into the port. A moment passes and then all she says is, "Woooooooow!"

---
As the red letters of sterilization appear on the wall she comes too. She smiles at the group, unplugs her cable from the port and runs to the back of the ship.

Without thought or apprehension she jumps into the nearest pod and waits.

"I wonder how big that beauty is?! Can we go in? Is it safe Zephyr? I can only hope that she fills the hangar!" She squeals out in excitement. Her visor up and quick movement disconnects the cable to the holograph making it turn off. She snatches it up and stows it as she slowly approaches the port hole.

She pulls down her visor and begins typing in her holographic keyboard. Then she pulls a new device out and connects the cable to her visor. Putting the cylindrical form, she taps it and it glows where she touched. A moment latter a hologram of the area appears. It shows life sign blips for each of the team in the hallway. The door as simply a door. The terminal. The hanger looks like it could hold four of Drabbon's puddle jumpers. There is plenty of space. Though it also doesn't register what is in the hangar, it is just a open room like the hallway.

"According to the information I have gathered, this is the only entrance and the door should be connected to the hanger. Though it is not. Hmmmm..."

"Besides the hangar nearby, we would have to travel all the way back to where our puddle jumper is parked." She offers. "Which is fine but it will take at least three hours by foot to get back."

"All external sensors that I can reach are down. I wonder if there was a recent explosion or sun wave?" she offers.

"Shall we then go to the hanger next?" she asks.

After dinner using the hologram she is able to show the layout of this sector also she offers to show the whole station.

It looks like there is a hanger, a large cold freeze storage area, and a workout room nearby.

Seeing the station map this place is massive. It dwarfs the last space station you were upon. It also surrounds a planet like a ring. The planet is giving off massive electro magnetic storms which likely act as a power source for the ring. The planet is called Zod. An uninhabitable planet with many void wells.

She is in her hammock in the back of the hallway and is nonplussed as the large vesk advanced towards her.

"I am doing fine Drabbon. I could use some fresh food but these MREs work for now. Yeah cycle is a better word as the standard clock says it is 22 hours. Oh yeah you were saying something about a shower. If you go into any of the workrooms you should be able to pull on a lever on the back wall which would pop out the spigots and such. Though I am on a hunt for food."

"I am sure I can unlock the door and disarm the electricity field but it might take some time. Let me go look into that." She says sad she can't give you a for sure answer yet.

Another half hour passes and then she offers, "Okay so just the center cell?"

After a few hours of work Kaylee is finally able to get into the system which controls the cells. She comes and asks the group, "What do you want done with the creatures in the cells. I think I can open the circuits and hit them with the electricity. We think that will kill them."

At Zephyr's question she states, "I need to connect to this computer system physically, it is on its own grid." She looks for a main terminal or at least a port that she can connect through.

perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

Looking around the main room she finds a terminal and connects...

computer use DC 12: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

perception DC 12:
You see there are more terminals. Three in total.

perception DC 22:
You find another secretive terminal in the back that lowers all the computer use checks by 5.

She asks the Doctor, "Doc, I am in the system. What am I looking for? There are other terminals, the more that work on this the faster it will go."

She must be listening to music as she begins to bob her head as her fingers type. Her HUD is alight with code.

She sticks with the doctor and watches the groups back.

She stays at the terminal to do more diving into the system while the others move into the room.

computers: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25

Her face brightens as she likely unveils some new information.

With no one else going for the terminal she puts down the two bags again and moves forward with ease nimbly passing those in the front.

computers DC 15: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27

The hatchway opens after she taps a few more buttons on the terminal. She stays there a bit longer this time. If asked, she states, "I am taking my time to learn about these other commands..."

A few rounds later she shouts, "AH HA! Eureka! Now with the 'Unlock' command I don't need to fiddle with the terminals anymore. I got us flagged as crew." She finishes closing out the terminal and follows the group whichever way they go.

She taps a few more buttons and the hatch doors open. You see a spark as she disconnects from the computer. She sneers at it and swears, "D@mn AI!"

You could recheck the computer/terminal but each time increases the DC by 5.

The doctor would shrug at Cass's suggestion. As the hooded figure puts down the extra bags and goes over to the terminal on the docking port. Opening the terminal takes but a moment and with a few buttons pressed she turns and smiles at Cass, giving him a thumbs up. She quietly says, "This port is locked!"

computers DC 15: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
Then she goes over to the hatch door terminal...
computers DC 15: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26

Logging in she presses buttons fast and soon is in the system. Her HUD glows bright as code shifts over it. Again she quietly points out, "Uhhh, I notice several commands that seem rather sketchy: Sever, Unlock, and Release. Should I try unlock or look into it more before using a command?"

She steps forward and then assumes the kneeling again 35 feet away from you. With a questioning supple voice she asks, "Is there a task that you would give me Mistress or Master?"
