As much as I hate to see my aliases go inactive, I don't see us lasting much longer, no offense but we were on and off at the end there and it may be best to just let it die.

"Apparently this pool is The Pool of Destruction. I'm not certain it would be safe to drink from." Kakra advises.

Kakra follows the others, as they finish switching around their gear.

"I fear neither of these would do me much good, the armor wouldn't provide me enough protection, and I am not strong enough to make much use of the spear. Kakra adds, sure the spear was better than her morningstar, but her magic was a greater weapon than both.

"I should conserve some energies for later fights, but this should at least help you feel more comfortable." Kakra says, placing her hands on the Paladin and converting Endure Elements to a healing spell.

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15

Kakra also takes a look at the staff, trying to discern it's properties.

Cure Moderate Wounds: 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (3, 8) + 3 = 14>Gorguk

Seeing the only thing standing between her and the guardian suddenly having most of his life taken away in a single blow, Kakra expends her Shield Other to cast Cure Moderate Wounds.

Burning Hands: 3d4 ⇒ (2, 2, 3) = 7 Reflex 13 for half

With Gorguk being the only friendly target in her range, Kakra lets fire burst from her hands, hoping that the paladin will avoid most of the flames while the guardian will not.

And now the guardian is free to attack me, fun.

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21

"It can cast spells?" Kakra seems a bit amazed by the creature casting Haste. "Be careful, it's going to move fairly quickly now."

However, Kakra was a bit at a loss with how to deal with this creature, and simply moves into the room. There's no letters/numbers on the map, Kakra will move next to the door on the right side.

"This could prove useful, though I do not think the other tablet referred to this." Kakra notes, examining the magical tablet closer. Being able to read and comprehend two of the languages on the tablet, Kakra is easily able to confirm that the text is the same between at least those two.

I think Kakra is the only one trained in Linguistics, perhaps I should hold onto the tablet?

Kakra pointlessly swings her morningstar again.

Seeing little else to do for now, Kakra attempts to hit the scroll with her weapon, rather ineffectively.

"Well, Nethys knows all, is anything could be in here."

"I do not imagine that this place will be very forgiving on them for trespassing, but I suppose we must go in after them." Kakra relents, as the others convince her, however she does say a quick prayer asking Nethys for his forgiveness for trespassing on such hallowed grounds.

"We are forbidden to enter." Kakra says, noting the hieroglyphics. "It says that only the High Priest is allowed in this room. As this temple is dedicated to Nethys, I assume that this means the High Priest of Nethys. We are not the High Priest."

Kakra stays back, seeing little reasons to use her spells or channeling abilities further against a threat that seems to be handled at this time.

Delay

"They are weak to silver, and magic, and watch out for their claws!" Kakra remarks as she holds up her holy symbol of Nethys and channels positive energies to harm the unliving.

Channel Positive DC 13 Will for half: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4

Knowledge: Religion: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25 Kakra is looking for un/holy symbols, mainly because they invoked the same deity as herself. She also wants to determine weaknesses.

Kakra will also drink from the pool, saying a quick prayer as she does before following the others.

I'd throw a channel to check, but alas, I'm out until we rest.

"We certainly don't want to allow them to leave, so the door might be wise, but if this area is something special I don't want to give it up either."

"I am not certain how much longer we will be able to continue on without resting, however I do not feel it is wise to leave this place." Kakra states her opinion before adding, "Perhaps it would be possible to rest here, it's not entirely secure, but we could set up a watch and hopefully make it through the night."

If they do, I can cast cure light twice, would be more, but I cannot convert domain spells. Also, don't forget my positive channel if you haven't added it already.

"I don't advise going far from this place, even if we do wish to rest, it's likely that the other group is ahead of us, and we don't want them taking anything from a place which was assigned to us."

"It certainly wasn't easy." Kakra agrees, having gone through all of her daily uses of channeling against that one enemy. "I still have some spells left, though my other resources are limited somewhat."

With Jalal taking a serious attack, Kakra switches back to positive energy, excluding the Div.

Channel Negative DC 13 for half: 1d6 ⇒ 2 Again exclude allies

Kakra continues her tactic of burning her channels in an attempt to defeat the creature.

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
1d100 ⇒ 9 under 25 is still act normally correct? Gorguk gets an action too if that's correct.
Channel Neg DC 13 for half: 1d6 ⇒ 5

Once more managing not to be overwhelmed with confusion, Kakra channels once more, excluding her allies.

In that case, I get to act, yay.

Kakra will once again let loose a burst of channeled energies, dealing Channel Negative Energy Will 13 Half: 1d6 ⇒ 6 to the Div after moving close enough to the creature so that she can exclude all of her allies (M20).

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
1d100 ⇒ 9

Kakra once again drops her shield and morningstar.

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Channel: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 1) = 5

Managing to act again, Kakra will channel once more, however this time she releases positive energy, excluding the Div.

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
CLW: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5-> Jalal

Expending her Endure Elements spell, Kakra decides to heal Jalal.

Bless is active right now, but it's only +1 on saves if it's a fear effect.

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Kakra will move up to O22 and channel negative energy, excluding Alzaar, Rhade, and Jalal.

Channel Negative: 1d6 ⇒ 6 DC 13 Will for half, and Gorguk still being under shield other will take 3 if he fails, 2 if he saves, I will take 3 if he fails 1 if he saves.

Kakra will pick up her shield and morningstar from the ground. Two move actions.

Taken aback as the creature appears right next to her and pierces her flesh, Kakra winces in a slight pain, though she manages to fight off the creature's poison. "Be careful of it's bite!" She warns the others before attempting to smack the creature with her morningstar.

"I'll give you one guess who conjured them. Here's a hint, they already sent someone to delay us." Kakra says with a hunch as she looked over at the others.

However, with that being said, Kakra steps where Rhade was, next to Gorguk (AC20) and places her hand over Gorguk's "Put this on, it will protect you. She says as she casts her spell over the platinum rings. Shield other on our Paladin for the next 3 hours.

"I have no problems with that." Kakra says as Alzaar takes the scimitar.
