I've got a wasteland blightbreaker/chirugeoun that can use this for healing infusions.

The point of Communal spells on the list, as I've read, is to be able to use wands and staves that have the spell.

edit: celebrated learning something new, then i did some research.

I think this is a generous interpretation. So i looked into it.

Here's a developer note on Alchemists and Communal spells. TLDR: Communal only affects the drinker.

Infusion suggests only that the Extract may be created with sharing enabled. The act of drawing and drinking is still a standard action for anyone who has it. There's no language that allows the Alchemist to "cast" it on another person.
