Liberty's Edge

M Half-Orc Cleric 1

Jerry will run to the edge of the water (to M18).

Huffing, and out of breath, Jerry shouts "Come here, I'll bless you!"

Since I have other characters that have played this, I am being very careful not to influence the actions of the others. I will be effective as a cleric, but am not going to spoil the action for others.

Sorry for the delay, the wife designed all kinds of family activities for the long weekend.

Let's roll!

I believe we are waiting on the GM to resolve issues.

Bringing out Janina's wand, Jerry will activate it: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8 to heal Narnel.

Jerry, moves toward the closest zombie (to H5), then tries to avoid its attack of opportunity (Acrobatics check vs zombie CMD: 1d20 - 5 ⇒ (18) - 5 = 13 (to I4).

Then he will try to strike at the zombie to the north.

Attack & Damage: 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 1 = 51d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Jerry will move (to G5) and cast bless.

"I meant no disrespect. If you want this sacred cloak back, I feel I must give it to you."

Liberty's Edge

M Half-Orc Cleric 1

Jerry walks over to the gillman, and holds out part of his new cloak. "We picked this up off of some poor fellow earlier in the cave. He was already quite dead."

Liberty's Edge

M Half-Orc Cleric 1

"If no one else wants it, I will take it."

"I will most likely have to walk across the bottom and be pulled up. I shouldn't have a problem holding my breath. But, I will cast guidance on everyone who attempts to go across before they make their attempt."

"Here, folks. Here is what Janira has left us. I can definitely use the wand of cure light wounds. But, who here is good at throwing things?"

Liberty's Edge

M Half-Orc Cleric 1

"Can you not follow the orders of your superiors? She made it clear that we are to do our mission."

Jerry moves into the cave and scoops up the bag. Once inside, he will wait for the others while inspecting the contents.

"Yes, let's move on. I fear that taking the unknown danger shorter way will be more difficult than having taken the clear longer way, though."

Journal Entry (Our first encounter) We met up with a couple of hippogriffs. I drew their attention, and was rewarded with a minor injury. Luckily no others were injured. Perhaps our haste in going a quicker, but uncharted way was not such a good idea?

Liberty's Edge

M Half-Orc Cleric 1

Jerry surveys his allies to see who is damaged.

Heal check: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10

I prefer the story-recap.

"I can help with the tracking -- so I guess we'll take the faster path."

Liberty's Edge

M Half-Orc Cleric 1

Yes, Jerry will walk by your side at the front.

Liberty's Edge

Since Jerry has darkvision 60', he will be on Watch #2.

BTW, I cannot view Roll20 maps while at work. I will view it from home late at night.

EDITED:

Including a snapshot at the end of every turn would help, but is rather tedious. Have you thought about using the Drawing portion of docs.google.com?

Journal Entry (Preparation for mission) Purchased 20 bolts for my crossbow and rations enough for five days. A backpack, A belt pouch, and some other sundries. Spent 109 gold and 5 silver.

"My name is Jerry. There is not much call for a cleric of Iomedae in my little village. So I set off to see what I could find. I got a field commission after a couple of years -- they needed someone to do a couple of jobs -- and so I did them. Now they want me to do this to make my 'commission' real.

I grew up in a small village in south Andoran. Before joining the Society, I haven't travelled very much at all.

Even though I'm big. I don't like fighting all that much. I so much prefer to heal the sick and wounded. But, I can handle myself in a fight, and with my armor I'm pretty hard to hit."

Hello to all, still awaiting Little Tom who said he'll be posting after work.

I'll let him post before Janira replies to you.

Going forwards it'll be much more "Post as it comes" rather than waiting for everyone to post something, but just for the first introduction and so forth it'll be nice to have everyone involved.

Jerry: Just to confirm, your question about gillmen was to Kreighton Shane or to Janira? It wasn't really made clear by your post, but I'd assume Janira right?

Yes, to Janira

Orionbasher: Yep no problem! Changed your info on the sheet

Ira Kroll (Jerry Laseten): Nice thank you for the character, have updated you on the sheet. I see you have a Wand of CLW 50/50 listed. How were you able to get one at level 1, has this character played other scenarios?

Yes, I was able to complete two other scenarios. After this one, I will be second level!

I will send you my sheet tomorrow.

Character Name: Jerry Laseten
Posted as the alias
Race + Class: Half-Orc Cleric
Roles for this scenario: Healer and tank
Character backstory: Born to an Iomedean, Jerr, although looking very orcish, was gentle and was brought up in a way that he wants only to help others. His large size and general fitness made him perfect for front-line duty, but his general temperment made him unfit for the more militant paladins of Iomedae.

Have you played The Confirmation before, Core or Non-Core?: Non-Core
Confirmation you have read and agree to the rules: Yes
