select a stat array equivalent to 15-point buy
Str 10, Dex 12, Con 13, Int 15 (+2 Human bonus for 17), Wis 8, Cha 14

pick a class from among the Core classes, the Base classes excepting Summoner, the Hybrid classes, and Unchained Summoner (starting HP is maximized, starting wealth is average);

Arcanist

pick a race;

Human

pick a campaign trait from the Hell's Rebels Player's Guide, but it will not have any mechanical effect;

Child of Kintargo (Vashnarstil)

pick a reason to protest from the Hell's Rebels Player's Guide;
set forth how you learned about the Aria Park demonstration (i.e., through word of mouth, from a handbill, from a poster, etc.)"

Word of mouth among the children of nobles who fancy themselves as rebels against the imperial scum ruling the city.

summarize your political sympathies and how you came by them, and what organizations you are a part of or orbit - the factions represented at Aria Park will include at least, in no particular order, liberals, radicals, anarchists, and Ravounel nationalists

My character is a Ravounel Nationalist. He rails against outsiders ruling over his city.

I missed that guns were also reduced in cost. That solves that problem.

The only other question I have, since you are adapting this to make guns everywhere, are there any gods who have adopted them as favored weapons?

Rifles are really expensive. Is there anyway to actually start with a rifle or pepperbox rifle? Or would an Air Repeater count as a rifle for the purposes of class abilities and feats?

I am working on a soldier character who would have trained and used a rifle.

Human Bounty Hunter

I think we will be fine...

Human Bounty Hunter

I can shoot. :P I think we were going to try and sneak out and steal a ship. I am all for doing that.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter will then turn and head over to the Exhaust Lens to work on the station and see what is happening. He will nod to a technician and say, "How is the lens holding up?"

Strength to manipulate: 3d6 + 2 ⇒ (6, 1, 1) + 2 = 10

Persuasion to get some answers: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 4, 4) = 13

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter keeps an eye out for any workers who start to wonder about the assorted group talking to the technician.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter takes all of his belongings on the way out. He then dresses up in white tech colors in the hopes that he has the best chance to pretend to be one of them.

Human Bounty Hunter

"That seems like it would just worsen our chances of getting out clean. I think it best to let him go, unless you want to keep it past this mission. In that case just program it to leave and meet you somewhere." Drifter suggests.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter nods and looks around for any technician outfits, badges or other paraphernalia that might look better then the security garb he is currently wearing.

Search: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 2) = 9

Human Bounty Hunter

Sounds awesome!

Human Bounty Hunter

Ready and willing!

Human Bounty Hunter

Kern said he came back into the main room with me and searched the door.

Human Bounty Hunter

Cool, thanks for the timeline. Good luck on the training. Hopefully, there will be some fun parts.

Human Bounty Hunter

If you need time then you need time. Life happens and takes precedent. Take care of your business and we can have more fun when you are ready.

Do you have an idea of how long the break will be?

Human Bounty Hunter

Life happens and I totally understand the need to unwind for a bit. Take your time and make sure you are happy with whatever is going to go down. :D

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter tugs at the neck of his uniform and then moves his hand near his gun for when this goes sideways.

Human Bounty Hunter

I will be going on vacation from Saturday through Wednesday. I will try and check the boards in the evenings but I may be slow to post over the next few days. Feel free to bot me as needed.

Human Bounty Hunter

Did Honey already lock the door to stop people from HQ getting easily over.

Human Bounty Hunter

Bureaucracy/Knowledge: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 1) + 2 = 7

"The elevator is the easiest way, but they likely have surveillance on it and other people will be using it who won't recognize us. So we will need some smooth talking to take that route. The stairs will draw less attention going up, but getting in and out of the stair well will require some stealth if we want to be unseen." Drifter says as he looks over the two options. He pauses for a second and says, "I would be a bit better off trying the stairs, but with your robot plan maybe we have a good enough face to use the elevators."

Human Bounty Hunter

"If the ship is our exit plan, we should be ready to exit when we get there." Drifter shrugs as he shares his opinion. "That would make the lab the place to go. And we are closer to it anyway."

Human Bounty Hunter

"Well, considering they showed up, shot and arrested me before I did anything of note, I am all in for some payback. And a new ship might be good for that." Drifter says.

Human Bounty Hunter

"So that's a possible exit if we can get it moving. It also may hide why we are here if the main goal is supposed to be a secret. At this point we are not getting out without being noticed. If they know we are falsifying data they may ignore what we do." Drifter says. After a moment Drifter shrugs and says, "Or we can just blow the ship up and make them think we were just out to stop their interceptor from ever flying again."

Human Bounty Hunter

"Honey, when you were looking through the system did you pick up anything transports currently in the Hangar? If things go sideways when we hit the labs it might be an exit for us. But it would require us to go through management." Drifter says as he looks over the schematics.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter looks at the schematics. "If the HQ opens up into here, maybe we should do something about that door to make it harder for them to get into here."

Human Bounty Hunter

That works too I guess.

Human Bounty Hunter

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone! Its super wet here. Hopefully, everyone has a safe and healthy holidays!

Human Bounty Hunter

I am in and ready to go get the doodad/info/mcguffin.

Human Bounty Hunter

"So you have a map of the place. Where do we need to go and what is our objective when we get there?" Drifter asks as he watches Honey and Tavin working.

Human Bounty Hunter

"My name is James, people call me Drifter. Thanks for the rescue." Drifter says as he looks over the group that stormed the prison.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter wanders over to where the others are to see what their intentions for the base might be.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter leans around the door and takes a shot at the guard in the room with his heavy blaster. He then ducks back behind the wall and says, "Are we looking to get something before getting out of this place?"

Shooting around the Corner into D. I will be using the Stun setting.

Shoot to Stun: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 3, 2, 1) = 13

Damage: 5d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 3, 5, 2) = 17

Human Bounty Hunter

Did we have time to put on body armor or other wearable equipment while she hacked the system or would we still be putting items on? I would have a protective vest and a jetpack to strap on.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter nods to Honey and moves to get his gear in case the escape gets rough.

Human Bounty Hunter

I think we all just go together. So here is my turn. If that is not the case when I do come up I will do this. How far on the map can I go?

Drifter nods and heads out of the cell. He has no idea how many guards or attackers there are so he runs as fast as he can towards his equipment.

Human Bounty Hunter

We have not seen any sign of our gear right?

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter watches the chaos unfolding and wonders if they are being rescued or if they the three new companions were about to end up in some worse position.

Human Bounty Hunter

"Do we get to find out why we are detained?" Drifter asks.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter rubs his eyes and groans as he sits up as the spike of pain shoots through his head.

Looking over himself, Drifter is surprised that he looks cleaner then when they were taken. He staggers to his feet and moves to take whatever food is offered to them. Once he has it he asks, "Where are we?"

Drifter looks to see if any of the other cells seem to have occupants.

Perception: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 3) = 9

Human Bounty Hunter

Str+Armor: 3d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (2, 1, 5) + 2 + 2 = 12

Str+Armor: 3d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1, 3) + 2 + 2 = 9

That was some super stellar rolling. This assumes my armor gives me +2 vs energy.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter agrees with Dartel about what the man says and fires at the lead man.

Heavy Blaster Attack: 5d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 2, 3, 2) = 18

Heavy Blaster Damage: 5d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 6, 2, 5) = 18

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter shakes his head and says, "This isn't going to end well for you. Walk away now.."

Intimidation: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 2) + 2 = 8

Might as well try.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter stays behind cover and draws his heavy blaster pistol. He mutters, "This started off well..." to himself and then yells out to the oncoming figures, "Stop there. Who are you?"

I may get to try out my jetpack earlier then expected.

Human Bounty Hunter

Streetwise: 3d6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 5, 1) + 2 = 13

Drifter also notices the man's glances and moves to look out the door while taking cover from the doorframe in case it is an ambush outside.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter nods his agreement and then steps back to let Khal finish off the arrangements.

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter looks at the woman as she considers raising her prices and says,"We are just looking for a speeder to get around town for a few days. We are not looking at setting any meet up with pirates or this lady who runs them so there is no reason to raise the prices."

@Khal, if your persuasive, be persuasive. I am bargaining to keep the prices down.

Bargain: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 6) = 9

Human Bounty Hunter

Drifter nods in greeting to Khal and then fills him in to the plan.

"We need to go scope out a target. We can use your landspeeder when it's time to actually hit the place. We are getting some additional help which means we may need more then one speeder to get everyone away clean. But the targets are dangerous, it would probably be best not to advertise who we are until the last minute." Drifter says.

Human Bounty Hunter

"We should probably switch out speeders periodically so they don't notice the same speeder around. Or just keep it out of the area as much as possible. Since they are outside the town they probably have an easy time of tracking strangers coming through. At the bare minimum we should switch out speeders when we move on the place." Drifter says.

Human Bounty Hunter

"I figure the Alliance is good for it. There are enough of them spread out and they don't want bad word of mouth to get out." Drifter says with a shrug. "I am more concerned about how many pirates there are. Named groups can be on the large side of things."

Human Bounty Hunter

Cool. I have read it.
