"Well, there goes that idea," he turns to the others, "Shall we?" Irathes follows Klodd over, holding on to the rope he's tied off. Or takes 10 for a 12 Reaching the end of the ledge, he and Klodd find themselves at a loss, as there is no longer any ledge. "They have to get across somehow," the gravewalker mutters to himself. He Detects Magic again since he couldn't see this part of the hall before. He also peruses the wall for a hidden latch for a walkway mechanism or something. Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

"Good dwarf, Master Rockhopper." Irathes said, unsure of what to say in these situations. He remembers his father saying, "Good man," when people came up with good plans and took initiative, but this was clearly not a man, so he wasn't sure what to put there besides what he was. He hopes it didn't come out wrong, but also cares little.

"Erynion, perhaps you'll want to give our good sport the dwarf one of those potions. I'm sure the chair didn't hurt too bad, but it might have put him at a disadvantage," Irathes says trying to hide his disappointment that no one died in all that. He helps the dwarf carefully out of the chair. After he's sure the Rockhopper is stable on his feet, the young gravewalker detects any magic present on the door to the north. S

"Calm yourself master dwarf," Irathes says with an eerie calm, "Please excuse my friend, he doesn't understand that sometimes magic requires an uncomfortable price...which brings me to my next question: For what do you need our blood?"

Irathes lowers the crossbow, still distrusting of the raven, but understanding they won't get much out of it if it's scared. "You may not realize in the dark, but my blood is in short supply," Irathes says pulling his robes tight so the bird can see how thin he is. "Are we talking a prick of the finger or a pint?"

My bad, just now caught that only Erynion heard it. Not painfully obvious... "We're in a tower overwhelmed with magic, master dwarf," Irathes says calmly, "It's entirely possible he hears a voice that we don't." Irathes, understanding that this voice is probably an old magic, tries to remember what kind of magic can do this. Knowledge (Arcana): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26

"Come, let us follow these chains to see where they lead. It may be of some import to know their use." Irathes spoke only in suggestion, as he could not see outside the glow of Ady's blade and therefore follows her wherever she chooses to go.

Huh, the knife-master found new daggers...how fortuitous He raises a hand to his eye and speaks the Necril for Detect Magic on the room and the corridors, uncovering his eye to see what magic might be in the eerie prison.

GM, can you let us know when it's been ~16 hours? It's a requirement for witches to sleep 8 hours before they can prepare new spells...just future planning... "Odd that this room is clean in spite of the falling of the tower..." Irathes casts Detect Magic as he did before, before entering the room.

Irathes' cackling fades. He closes his eyes briefly and when he opens them, the bright yellow of his irises and the milk white of his sclera had returned as if there had never been a change. "What a rush!" Irathes said half whispering, in a rare display of emotion. He clasped his hands with a clap and looked toward Klodd as Ady went to tend to his wound.

Yeah, and in a party with buffers and debuffers (like Irathes), it really matters who goes when. What we could do though, is if you get on, and it's not your turn, put your actions in a spoiler with conditions. IE If I'm near enough to the Monster on my Turn:
I do this If I'm not:
I do that I've done this before, and it takes a little more time to write the spoilers and put multiple actions (if you have to). Plus, the GM has to work out what happened (which I've found is a good practice to get into anyway). However it DRASTICALLY cuts down on start-to-finish time for encounters. Just a suggestion though, I'm fine with it the way it is.

Sorry, first timer, I forgot to say on which centipede I used Misfortune. It was the closer of the two to the furthest forward of the group, if they were equidistant, it was the one on the left. I only bring it up, because if it was the one that bit Klodd, it'd have to roll two attacks and take the worse of the two...sorry again

Nevermind, Irathes instead uses the Misfortune hex (standard action; looks similar to how I described the spell, only the poppet isn't involved) and then Cackles madly (Cackle hex; move action) while taking a (5-foot) step back. Sorry for the rule confusion, I'm new to casting.

I would not have written the rules that way if it were me. It seems counter-intuitive, "You have a high enough ability score to get an extra one in spite of the fact your not a high enough level to cast it in the first place..." Whatever.

Irathes casted Raging Rubble. Sorry I should've linked it earlier. Basically the rocks and debris in two contiguous 5-foot squares is going nuts, and it hurts anyone/thing that travels through them as per the link.

Irathes quickly says two words in Necril, which the party later learns translate loosely to Rage, Rubble!. Irathes' eyes turn black as night, and those of his poppet (normally sewn shut) burst open to show they're equally dark. The debris on the floor in front of the party begins to leap and whirl, thrown about by an unseen force. Concentration 1: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14

"Did anyone else hear that laughing?" I don't have very good perception...maybe if one of the full-bloods wants to see if they can hear from which direction it's coming from? Irathes detects magic, and searches the corpses taking 20 for 21 if he can...
