ahhh too bad

quick give it mouth to mouth, and a vigorous chest massage

PP=44/73
Roll with punch 4 PP
Freeze attack Harpy 5 PP +2 PP for action

PP 33/73

Ice Storm takes the attack in stride. He immediately manifests a block of Ice around his feathered foe.

Attack 19 or less: 1d20 ⇒ 11
Damage: 1d12 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

Sorry to hear you're sick. Here's hoping you feel better soon

Agi: 1d20 ⇒ 10Pass
End: 1d20 ⇒ 5Pass

Twisting at impossible angles, Ice is able to avoid the vile hand. What are you smiling at, you nasty skank? Catch me if you can. With that Ice teleports close to Firelash.

Hey Caliente He says to Firelash You need to lock down Hauntress with your force powers before she kills someone.

PP=44/73

Correct

Welcome to the world of the unexpected. Adapt and overcome

I have an accuracy of +6, Ice power is a 14, Since a 20 is a natural miss, I need to roll a 19 or less to hit. Correct me if I'm wrong. I will manifest a block of ice on group A. 5 PP per attack = 100 cubic feet. +6 PP for additional attack = 26 PP

Attack Bull: 1d20 ⇒ 10
Damage: 1d12 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Attack Temper: 1d20 ⇒ 14
Damage: 1d12 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Attack Headhunter: 1d20 ⇒ 13
Damage: 1d12 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
Attack Hauntress: 1d20 ⇒ 17
Damage: 1d12 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12

PP=47/73

Edit: A U-shaped wall 5 feet thick and 10 feet tall, would meet 100' sq criteria and cover group spread

I don't see the bad guy tokens. So I'm not sure how to plan attack

We can run through phases 49-23 while we wait for Orion.

Tver, & Orion Init is a 1d10

If Ice can't teleport before combat begins, then he manifests Ice in the doorway, capturing as many in the middle as you will allow attacks for

Assuming I was able to get some comm equipment from the police

Quietly Ice taps the Comms. Heads up everyone. Egress is at South entrance.

Ice moves closer to Dash. I'll teleport down behind them to get a better vantage point. When the group gets halfway in. I'll block the entrance with Ice. Hopefully trapping one or two in it. You come in over the ones still outside and hit them hard.

Ice taps the comm again When the ice wall blocks the entrance and cuts their team in two, Go to work. Good Hunting.

Ice teleports with bike behind the villains, as soon as they start entering the building

Init: 1d10 + 37 ⇒ (3) + 37 = 40

Phase 40
Phase 25
Phase 10

Ice will arrive at the warehouse at 8:30 PM. He will examine all the rooms and their purpose to make sure the plans are not missing anything. He will be on the roof with Dash at 9:15 PM.

At 9:40 PM on the roof with his bike, he turns to Dash and while smiling he says. You know, If I wanted to be on TV. I would call our favorite reporter, and tell her that a super battle was about to take place. And if they hurry they won't miss anything.

Ice will join you on the roof Dash. One question about mechanics. Is Teleportation tied to movement or action during combat phase or both during combat?

To move things along, We can ask, or I can nick some police body armor, or a bomb shield from a swat van at the warehouse

@Zane, so you can't help a brother out? It'd only cost a bit of imagination. For instance if we were at my crapbox of an apartment. I would probably have body armor in the closet from when I was in the service

Zane being one of the filthy rich...maybe he has an old Spartan Shield in his family collection of stuff...

You and me both. But we have a couple of Astral travelers in the group that could act as an early warning system. Ice pulls the picture of the Marionette and with a series of agressive finger flicks to her head This one should be taken out first, should she show up. Other than that, I think we're as ready as we can be. I'm going to rest and rejuvenate for a few. I want to be fresh for tonight.

Maintaining your integrity with the public and the reporters, would be more valuable to the team, then spending it on what would result in a minor advantage at best. You handled that Cutie with professionalism, and, in my opinion, are a great front man for the group. I hate to see your reputation tarnished, just when its getting established.

Assuming Dialkar shows his stuff in practice

Zane, you should team up with Jiminy. I think you would complement each other.

When Orion shows up. Morning Sleepy head. He brings the dimensional traveler up to date, and asks him to find a place in the team dynamics. Just giving Orion some scarves, he could effectively blind opponents with his telekinesis.

Ice takes Zane aside and asks. Daddy Warbucks, can you get some comm devices short notice, for the team?

Hi Orion. We're all outside doing target practice. did you want to retcon a convo?

A natural weapon could be something like a bombardier beetle too. Could be a cool Super hero hook :)

Tver, then you should have a shield of some sort, like Captain america. Maybe you can work with the GM to get something that can work as defence and offence. You really need it.

Well, T-lord you should stick close to Flurry and Tver then. You guys together should be pretty potent.

Tver, you don't have your character sheet in your profile. What are your abilities?

Shhh. Ice shushes Cardinal. Better to be under estimated than over estimated. Cardinal, you should start with the frontline group then. You can still do long range attacks, but at least you'll be in position for close combat.

Fireflash, you are definitely a mobile artillery platform, and should be part of the first volley. Battle will get messy fast. Just use your best judgment to break their groups effectiveness.

meaning non artillery should ready their actions to go after the long range attacks go off

There were many variables that Ice did not know, like why the villains would be so predictable in their timetable. They must be over confident in their ability to not be stopped, and simply don’t care. Whatever the reason, the group was untested. How many here have been in actual combat?

Ice presses on however the answers turn out. We have several hours before we need to be at the warehouse. Let’s make the best use of our time. Ice asks Zane if they can use a large open area on the grounds for practice.

Out in the field, Ice forms a short wall of ice enclosing an area the size of the warehouse. We should break the team into three groups for now. Artillery, Dash would fall under this category. Artilleries job will be to soften up the enemy before they close. Do not get in the way of the first volleys of the artillery. The next group would be Frontline. This group would consist of people like Flurry. They would keep the heavy hitters busy, and would be up front. The last group is Crowd Control. This group would consist of people like me. We would either isolate or incapacitate their group members so that they cannot be effective as a team. Are you ready to begin?

Ice starts manifesting 3D targets that look like the bad guys. He starts with some at the entrance of the warehouse parameter. He then starts randomly manifesting targets, and times the attacks of the group.

Ice follows his flying companion by racing through the streets of central city. He constantly eyes the sky while navigating the traffic. Upon reaching the gates that Dash flies past, He races towards them. Ice manifests a two foot wide ramp. The ramp has grooves to improve traction. He reaches the apex of the ramp and pulls back hard on the handle bars. He executes a backward flip then teleports past Dash and lands on the long driveway.

So this is the place Cochise? Pizza delivery must be a b!tch.

heading out:
Thank you for your time, sir. We will be there tonight. Ice leaves with Dash. Outside he turn to him and says. I tell those guys, where we'll be. You even give them your number. If we were a girl, I'd say they were working hard to stay celebate. Come on, maybe there are stragglers still at the citidel.

Ice races off

You mean I found a red herring? Yum Yum

PD:

Quote:
"Now, listen," Broyko says "This has got to be done by the book and within the confines of the law. No killing, minimal damage to property, no harm to bystanders, etc. I mean it.

I can't guarantee that Thinks Ice Yes Sir.

The mention of TEACHER phone response sets Ice on edge. The only one he told was Dash and the Company. Broyko knew too much and wasn’t smart enough to keep it to himself. Ice wasn’t going to let on, but Broyko was likely setting a trap for his team, not the bad guys.

We could use some earpieces to stay in contact while on the inside. And make sure your officers stay well back. The bad guys won’t pull any punches, and I’m not sure we can contain their collateral damage. We will do our best.

Ice pauses to think if he is missing something. What type of electronics are they stealing? Are there any prototypes we should be aware of?

Cop Shop:
Good Question thinks Ice.

I had notified them of our intent to speak with you. However, since we are... Ice searches for the best phrasing unsanctioned crime fighters. The others have a little trepidation in coming. But Dash is right, we will be the liaison with you and the team. What can you tell us about these thefts?

Police Station:

Ice races through the streets on his bike. He quick dials a number on his phone. A female voice answers in his bluetooth.

Advanced Vaccuum Repair. How can I help you?

Message for Mr Whipple says Ice

One moment. a series of clicks toggle over the phone line, and Ice punches a code into his.

An automated voice answers with Secure Line. Please leave your message after the tone. <beep>

Mission delayed. Red Flag the following: Crushers, Tech Robberies, missing Crusaders. Crusader Citadel TEACHER computer. Currently in route to Police to investigate tech thefts. End. The analysts were likely already collating the thefts. If they wanted him to follow a specific course of action, his handler would get into contact. In the mean time, he was on his own.

Briefly he wonders whether #AnalCyst is trending

[occ]At the station[/ooc]

I'm Ice, and this is Dash. They are pros, as am I. Ice teleports behind Broyko. We're the only weapons you have to fight them right now. Beggars can't be choosers as they say.

Ice gestures to a seat to see if it's OK to sit. Look officer, we're not here to waste your time. We can help, and we aren't the only ones who can. This whole situation spells no good, not only for the city, but the country. Who knows what the electronics they are stealing, are for. You need our help. And we want to help stop them. It's that simple.

Taking out the bad guys and saving the city will get you a reality show my man. Still outside, Ice starts rummaging through the trash can. He grabs a pizza box lid, He starts to write on it with a Sharpy he carries.

Look man, we need to convince the police to work with us. He says to Dash while still writing. They gotta be sick of dealing with the super villians, and they have all the clues to find them.

Done both talking and writing, Ice slams the message against the glass door. The sound is loud enough for the interviewees to hear.

It Reads:

GOING TO PD
MEET U THERE

He drops the cardboard lid. He goes to a nearby bush and pulls a heavily customized dirt bike. He stradles the black bike and starts it with his signiture jump on the starter. The engine is silent thanks to a customized muffler and a noise canceling technology that uses soundwaves.

He races towards the steps only to bypass them with a teleport, bike and all.

Ice thinks about what Dash suggests. The fact was that national security took precedent over privacy rights. A boatload of cutting edge technology was stolen for who knows what. And the Citadel silence was enough to justify, at least, computer hacking. Had he been alone, He might go in a take a peek, although the defense systems give him pause.

You must maintain cover

Without any obvious signs of stress, I don't see how we could justify breaking in. A hunch ain't enough

Given the timing of the news team, and the end of the call with Teacher, Ice had half expected the news crew to transform into ambush. He saw Jessica basically ignore him. Truth be told, It hurt a little, but he did what he meant to. Trash talk can be effective sometimes.

As she goes off to interview the Cardinal. He gestures to Dash. He eases out of the crowd and towards the main entrance. Hey man, you can fly right? the question as rhetorical, but he wanted Dash engaged.

He steps outside and looks up the skyscraper. Teacher is supposed to be a sentient computer. It should have responded with some sort of reply. Add in the fact that the Crusaders are incommunicado. And we have attacks all over the city? I don't buy this is all a coincidence. Lets have a look up there.

How tall is the building. I plan on creating ice ledges and teleporting up the side, looking in the windows, eventually ending up on the roof

...And I don't have to tell you, Jessica that The Vulva has a nasty stank which is easy to track.

Ice continues We do have a few leads Jessica. For instance, we can track down Anal Cyst through close relatives. We just have to go into any truck stop restroom in America and we can find his mom's number under the phrase 'For a good time call'

Ice Storm continues to rant over Cardinal's attempt to squelch his tirade. We are going to rain down pain on you're pansy hides. His hands and fingers imitate a rainfall There is no shelter from the oncoming Storm.

Finding them will be tough. It'll be much easier for them to come to us Thinks Ice. He was going to put on a show. Building his emotional energy to the fever pitch of WWE wrestling interview.

I tell ya' Jessica. he belts from his diaphragm. These low lifes, like the anal CIST, Tender, the blueish Balls, the Headdress, the Vulva, and the Mealy merchandise.

He points a finger at the camera in a posed manner. You better run like the disease infested vermin you are. The city is under our protection. You stand no chance

Ice Storm slaps the twenty something's hand from the red phone. Can't you see I'm still using it?!?

Hi Teacher. The applicants for the Crusaders are in the lobby and ready to be interviewed. Please start evaluation. Thank you

Name's Ice Storm He nods to Zane. Have you met Jiminy? He says gesturing to Dialkar

Just What?

You mean the breakfast bar? I hear they make a wonderful eggs benedict says Ice Storm as he looks for the red phone.

Hmmm. Ice Storm says at the end of the message. He looks at Dialkar. He finds the situation surreal. It's impossible for him to get a read on it and it's bug eyes. He opts to be diplomatic. With an upward nod, he says 'Sup Jiminy

The operative looks for the red phone.

It's a good thing you're mute :P

I always thought this would be a great PvP game

I've been looking forward to playing this game

Rethinking it. I should probably get everything under the same umbrella as Manifestation Area I have for the ice power.

How about a cost of 1 and can move anywhere within my AGI# radius in inches

That way it's neat and clean.

OK, so if I understand correctly, I can't augment on the fly.

So if I were to set power usage at 3, then at full Power points I can move 7300 inches or 36,500 ft ~7 miles.

Given, he is a spy and would need to travel long distances I will set the power at 5 which should give him 691 mile range fully charged

If you allow me to power it on the fly, I would much prefer it

I assume I can move all matter living or nonliving within my carrying capacity
