Bear Trap only cost 2 gp


Sounds like an very intresting Setting.

But why get rid completely of the familiar. He could be a spiritual messenger from the Ancients.
There a two Template who can present this convincingly.
The First Template would be the Figment archetypes to make remove the physical part of the Familiar.
The Second archetype coud be Sage or Emissary.
The Emissary have the Problem that its eplaces deliver touch spells.
So you could remove either the Domain Influence from Emissary or the Manifest Dreams from the Figment.


If you are not set on Wizard a Tumor Familiar could work.

So the only thing possible to discust is the Point if Improved Familiar counts as a Template.

Still can't make a Improved Familiar with the Figment archetype, however.

Ok why that? The Improved Familiar has every Familiar Trait its need thanks to the Witch with the Animals Patron. Did i miss something?

We do not need to use the Alchemist as the reference for the Tumor Familiar. "Aberrant Tumor" can be used to gain a Tumor Familiar as well.
If we now add one Level of Witch with the Animals Patron we are back on the Main Question here.


Is 3PP posible?

Why not using the Monk Unfettered ?

Some good insigts there to bring the Monk back into the higer ranks of the Food Chain. For example the Option to use Dexterity to Damage without Dipping into other classes.


What About Paladin?
Bloodrager has Alignment: Any.

Paladin gives good Save Buf, Self-heal as Swift Action Smite Evil and if you go to Level 4 you get with Oath of Vengeance the option to change your Lay on hands into extra Smite Evil.

Of course this would requiring a little more Charisma than 12.


@minoritarian : True, but it woud be nice if there was a option to gain the same Benefits from a Feat. Example: Magical Knack

@VRMH : Additional Traits feat can only pick Trait from different Trait Types


If this is not happen during a convention with a gaming marathon you are right.


This is a real Trap for New player how created the Charakter in a hurry just to find out later that they can never gain the on and only Trait they realy wantet because they chose another one from the same Type.


At 7 Level the Summoner gains 3 Level Spells and Dimension Door is a 3 Level Spell for him so he has two sources for Dimension Door.


In my opinion the real deal would be the "Ascension" from the celestial bloodline.

Maybe when you convince your GM to acccept the extra arcanist exploit feat for the requirements you can mix the Blood Arcanist with the White Mage to have full access to the bloodline and can use cure spells.

I tried out a build like this with sacred servant, greater mercy and ultimate mercy. Target was to undo evil not only by slaying it. With ultimate mercy you are able to raise death without material cost. Just one day oftime. The Problem was that i was not able to take extra lay on hands in level 1 so i had to use the extra lay on hand from the sacred servant and headband of charisma + a starting charisma of 20 (dont ask about what this do to your other ability scores)

First time it was a nice concept. The healing output in low level was great but in actual dungeon crawls this concept was less funny.
