What a great ride the ending was. It was so cool to be able to dust off Svetlana over the last while and take her through all the Seeker content.

Really appreciate the team here too, it was a great couple of adventures!

Of all my characters, I never suspected shed be the one that went all the way to the very end-game.

Amazing scenario all!

And yeah, what a unique one - what a cool thing for Kahwen - like really cool, and monumental!

Svetlana ponders for a while as she looks at the portal, her face takes on a stillness as she is deep in thought.

The more things come through this portal, the more I can enjoy smiting them straight back here. Also, if they close the portal, would that close Kahwen in here, sealing that heroic being in here like a tomb? Or is that portal a lifeline? I'll let the gods decide

She falls in with Kahwen, pacing the perimeter, a silent companion - but there if the swordmaster needs to speak. She takes the time to look around at this slice of the Abyss, the homeland of her ancestors. But for the grace of Zarta Dralneen and the Hellknight orders, this may have also been her destiny.

Best I might manage is a few aid another checks...

Svetlana discontinues her summons as the creature falls.

"Pathetic" she looks down at the corpse as it crumbles before she even had time to engage it properly "This is the measure of the leadership in the Abyss?" she asks with derision towards the ruined beast.

...is it still alive?

I'm assuming she isn't Demon enough - being a demon-blooded Tiefling :p

I'd have loved it - but the potential to bring more forces to bear was a bit too tempting - thats a LOT of enemies!

Svetlana embraces the power coursing through this, the homeland of her ancestors, the raging demon blood meeting the hardened discipline of the Legions of Hell - she calls out her war cry, and starts casting...

Its a tough one, do I warp in with Chaos-smiting fury, or summon in Team Axiomite to start Order-bombing the Vroks

The romantic part of me wants to summon in the Erinyes army, but Axiomites would be better for this job.

Svetlana looks at Kahwen with a knowing expression, calm. Empathetic.

Svetlana’s gaze settles on Omrax, her expression one of quiet approval and absolute respect “Like my brother here, I will also decline the aid.”

Her voice strains, the sounds of an age old struggle in the tone “The road I have walked has been one of constant vigilance. Reflection. Restraint. The blood in my veins calls me to something lesser, something base, I will not answer it.”

“What I carry within me is already demon enough. It has been tempered and disciplined by The Measure and the Chain" - she rubs the cover of her Hellknight gospel "- and bound by will and order. That will suffice to see me through this trial"

“My fellows are, of course, free to follow their own conscience”

For the briefest moment, a fleeting intrusive thought. Her heart races.

Power

Not borrowed. Not restrained. Absolute. Enough to scour the Abyss clean… and with it, every shadow that still whispers inside her in the darkest corners of her Abyssal-blooded tiefling being.

She wrestles that call of her true nature out of her head, only slightly rattled, but in control.

As it must be.

She rubs the silver wayfinder, the one with the cameo of her first true love - Otiophon the gallant Paladin - as though it might provide her comfort in this time of need.

Svetlana offers no comment, seemingly dubious about engaging in a compact with the demon, but also not interfering with the discussion.

"Koth’Vaul seems pretty typical of what we'd come to expect in this realm, why do you seek to defeat the usurper? Why help good-aligned folk like us overthrow a fellow demon?"

"I have the blood of demons flowing in my veins, but am aligned to the Hellknights of the Order of the Gate, our role is to cleanse the world of the influence of heretics and things beyond our realm - seems like as long as you are all staying on your side of the universe everyone should be happy"

Svetlana steps into the room clad in full Hellknight plate, not the polished silks of the Chelaxian diplomat this time, but the iron fist of Order made manifest. “Vicarius Giordano Torchia sends his regards from Citadel Enferac on behalf of the Order of the Gate” She sets her helm down beside Omrax’s - his crowned with wings, hers with the curling horns of devils.

“Demons?” she remarks, a vicious joy flickering behind her eyes - “The Crusaders congratulated themselves and went home too early. There is still work to be done”

Turning to Omrax, her expression softens to a warm smile of kinship “Omrax, my dearest brother-in-steel — this is a great day. If you are here, then I know I am in the right place to cleanse the most heinous corruptions”

Finally, she turns to the others “And our cast of fine Pathfinders; Kahwen, Jhaervhan, your presence and talents already fill me with confidence in our assured success”

"Now, about these Demons - what are the strengths and weaknesses of a Glabrezu? Let us ensure we approach with knowledge"

Svetlana turns to Omrax, the Hellknight looks at the Paladin with a set and determined stare.
