Four massive beasts spring into existence, each with massive bodies and deadly looking intentions. They charge en masse, swinging massive club tails at the creature.

Harren summons the creatures into charging positions if possible.

Harren moves closer to see what is in the room better, but does not get withing 20 feet of the creature.

They all activate their smite. As many as can, charge. If they cannot charge, they move and attack.

Summon 1: Attack 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (5) + 18 = 23 (minus two if not charging) for 3d6 + 25 ⇒ (6, 5, 4) + 25 = 40 damage and if it hits the creature must make a DC 25 fort save or be dazed.

Summon 2: Attack 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (20) + 18 = 38 (minus two if not charging) for 3d6 + 25 ⇒ (2, 6, 5) + 25 = 38 damage and if it hits the creature must make a DC 25 fort save or be dazed.

Crit confirm 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (16) + 18 = 34, extra damage 3d6 + 25 ⇒ (2, 2, 2) + 25 = 31

Summon 3: Attack 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (20) + 18 = 38 (minus two if not charging) for 3d6 + 25 ⇒ (1, 6, 2) + 25 = 34 damage and if it hits the creature must make a DC 25 fort save or be dazed.

crit confirm 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (11) + 18 = 29, extra damage: 3d6 + 25 ⇒ (2, 2, 3) + 25 = 32

Summon 4: Attack 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (5) + 18 = 23 (minus two if not charging) for 3d6 + 25 ⇒ (3, 6, 5) + 25 = 39 damage and if it hits the creature must make a DC 25 fort save or be dazed.

Harren begins to summon, calling forth ancient and powerful creatures.

Harren casts Summon Monster Six to summon 1d3 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 Ankylosauruses.

Two quick questions. First, do you suspect foul play, that is a log time with no winner? Can you tell us anything about what is inside this year?

Pleasure to make your acquaintance. I am Mr. Harren Whisperwood, Seeker of Pharasma. I am most pleased to be selected and also keenly hoping we are allies. Getting into a deadly mess alone tends to have unfortunate results.

Harren remains a little uncomfortable with magical travel and arrives with his body tensed and his eyes darting suspiciously. Seeing that everything at least appears normal, he relaxes and leans back, resting most of his weight on his good leg. He pulls his thick black cloak around himself and makes eye contact with those in the room.

So, I have gleaned a fair bit about the Festival, but would be keen to know more. He looks around at those already present. Just for my information, are we competitors or allies in this event? I was never really clear on that bit.

I pretty much suck at mellee combat (pretty decent summoner though).

Take a level or two in urban ranger for trap finding. There is also a spell.

This character is complete. I finalized gear, spells, and feats.

Here is my submission. Still working on stats and back story, but the basic idea (and most of the stats are done).

Basically he is a gnome oracle of Pharasma who is dedicated to investigation.

He covers a number of bases:

1) He excels at finding traps with a +37 perception to find traps and +29 to disable them.
2) He has a lot of healing resources (channeling, full oracle casting, quickened heals a couple times a day from a revelation).
3) He is a pretty decent summoner to give him something to do when finding traps and healing are not needed.
4) I gave him a good number of divination spells to help research (and because they bit the background.
