G11 is the southern most (I assume Medusa) he would go round to come up and attack her from H11 as Hamar is not aware there's a range, if he was aware, he would probably start with ranged attacks. Once he is finished attacking, he will close his eyes, which will reduce my Dexterity bonus to AC but it's worth a shot! My initial attack roll is above, the balance below.

Maybe a distraction is in order from someone who's immune to flesh to stone?

Hamar doesn't have enough tactical knowledge to know who that would be, he won't act foolishly (like not dervishing between these foes!) but he won't not act. If he fails, he'll make a good looking statue!

Yes, that would indeed change my action, somewhat, but not my first roll. I don't think I'd like to make a dozen saving throws though I assume I'll need at least one Fortitude Save before I act?

Hamar grimaces, the battles with the Silver Rose have always been difficult, but fighting blindly, again a foe that can see, even more difficult...

Hamar is going to wait for the fireball to flash and then attack the literal tail end of this beast hoping to aviod it's gaze...

Once Hamar can see a bit better from the fireball flash, he will race to the back end of the beast and attack. Taking the longest way around from the tail as possible.
