Gunthur moves up. He appears winded and tired, as though he's on his last legs (last round of Bloodrage). Gunthur's movement provokes an AoO. Miss Chance: 1d100 ⇒ 43

I had Gunthur take off his armor in case swimming is needed. Taking 20 for maneuvering the boat is fine by me. Gunthur signals to his cohorts that he is in position. He waits patiently, with his arms ready to catch the chest if needed.

Gunthur's takes his AoO as the green rat comes out of the boxes. As he does, he shouts at the party members behind him. "Let me some more space to move next time!" Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
If that hits, swing the horsechopper at the blue rat, otherwise, drop horsechopper, draw longsword, and swing at the green rat again. Attack, Bless, Horsechopper: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Alt Attack, Bless, 2H Longsword: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18

Gunthur shows off various weapons and lets the kids touch the weapons. As they do, he asks them various questions. "Well, it's good to learn how to be on your own. Do you get treated well here? Does the Auntie do anything odd or have strange visitors?"

Gunthur is reminded of when he and his adopted siblings were a similar age. He smiles at the boy and pulls out his weapon in a non threatening manner. "This is called a horsechopper. It is not a very fancy weapon, but if you learn to use it properly, you can hit an enemy before they can touch you." "I was only a bit older than you when I started learning to use such weapons. Do you not get such training here?" Diplomacy: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21

Gunthur seems surprised as the copper chest fades away. "Huh. That's never happened to me before." Standing in front of the red chest, he holds the morningstar, thinking for a moment. After a moment, he shrugs, puts away the weapon and just tries opening the red chest.

"Huh. Let's see if any of these can be broken into." Gunthur pulls out his morningstar. He heads up to each of the chests (copper, red) and taps each one a few times with the weapon, listening to the sound that each one makes.

Gunthur looks at the items. He looks at his weapon for a moment and then looks back at the party. "Well, I'm out of ideas. I hope one of you can pick the locks on the chest. I guess I'll cover you." He hefts his weapon once again.

Gunthur steps up, rages, and swings. Attack, Slashing, Reach, Bless, Ignore Allies Cover: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 7 + 1 = 28
Edit 1:
I'll use the Character Folio reroll on the crit confirm now. Edit 2:

A large man walks into the room. He is wearing scale armor and is carrying a large array of weapons on his person. Despite his intimidating weaponry, he appears quite friendly. "Sorry I'm late. I had to make a last second purchase, but it took me a while to find the right place to pick it up. Name's Gunthur!"
Male Human Bloodrager 1 | AC 17 T 12 FF 15 | HP 9/13 | F +3 R +2 W +0 | Init +2
Player Name: Ray Chiang (aka Middleman)
Standard Tactics: In close quarters, Gunthur generally fights from the second rank (no penalties) behind a close melee fighter type. In open spaces, he tends to use javelins to close range and Combat Reflexes to intercept any incoming foes. Purchase at beginning: 2 PP for Wand of Infernal Healing

I went back through the posts. Looks like there should be 5 charges left on Janira's wand (started with 8, used 2 with cube, 1 with minotaur). That plus the two potions of cure light wounds should be enough to get the downed players back up.

Gunthur lays a hand on Doran's shoulder. "Don't be too hard on yourself Doran. We do our best and learn from our mistakes." He looks up to the rest of the party, "Yes, we've done what we can here. Let us get everyone healed and head back." Edit: There. Is that better?

Gunthur grunts and says to Zorahas, "Well, this may be it. It's been a pleasure traveling with you. Try to save the others." He moves up and swings at the minotaur. Attack (Horsechopper): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20

Ah, I knew I was missing something. I would have had to move and draw, then throw. Don't want to be carrying a javelin since that would mean being unable to threaten. In any case, it's looking more like a fight across the river for me, anyhow. I'll let Zorahas blast him first.

Gunthur throws another javelin at the minotaur, and then moves towards Doran. He yells to the minotaur, "Ho! C'mon you overgrown side of beef!" As he moves downriver, he yells again, "Doran, hopefully I can pull him your way. You'd better be ready with a bow or sword by the time I get over there!" Attack (Javelin: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Male Human Bloodrager 1 | AC 17 T 12 FF 15 | HP 9/13 | F +3 R +2 W +0 | Init +2
Gunthur seems to be resisting some urge to fight when he speaks to Zorahas, "Well, I see our plan of rushing the minotaur one at a time didn't work out. There's only three of us left. Heal me once and then move away. If we're far enough apart, he can't get us both. I'm going to head to Doran and try to lure the beast that way. Get to the others if that works."

Charging up and getting separated might have been the worst tactical mistake for us. I wonder if we could have stayed back and all used ranged options until the minotaur went after us. Against a creature with reach, your best options are either Total Defense and get within melee range or let them get up to you and then 5' step in.
