"Aye, looks like not everyone is as accustomed to the heat as Kieran and meself."

male Dwarf cleric 1

Sound sgood to me, been following the dman elf around so far anyway lol. Incidently, i will be off to a wedding till saturday

male Dwarf cleric 1

Wandering the god forsaken jungle with an Elf, or babysitting camp, not sure which is worse. Still, if we find any rum, I want a swig before Jask gets to it.

Gorbaz rises with a bear of a yawn.

"If I let you 3 wander off alone, imagine the trouble you could get yer selves into, bets i tag along."

male Dwarf cleric 1

finding a comfortable spot to sit down, "An seeing as were all stuck here, rum and tavernless, i think we'll be joining ya. Now what's the plan?"

male Dwarf cleric 1

"Aye, no tavern, no rum, about the worst palce imaginable. Names Gorbaz of the ProudHammer clan, chosen of Torag, may his infinite wisdom quide me to the nearest hole that will pass for a tavern."

male Dwarf cleric 1

Assuming we walk, which i think was the plan

As they move along the cliff towards the camp, Gorbaz truns to Tadanu.

"My guess is they're stranded as well, but who knows, they could be cut throat pirates, keep your guard up.....I don't need to be saving your pointy ears."

male Dwarf cleric 1

survivors:
"Aye, might as well, if i'm gonna be stranded, might as well have some company. Up for a climb or shall we walk?"

in his best imitation of the voice he just heard, "Oy, you bloody fools on the beach, seen any bloody Taverns?"

male Dwarf cleric 1

Surviors:

"Ha, looks like we weren't the only ones with the good fortune to be stranded here!"

Glancing over at his new 'companion', Gorbaz smiles wide "Think they have any ale?"

male Dwarf cleric 1

survivors:
"CLiffs and coves, would it be too much to ask for a small port town, with a tavern? Well at least we'll be on the high ground, maybe we can spot something from up there."

male Dwarf cleric 1

Survivros:
"I ain't scarred of no jungle beasts, but singing about ale does make me thirsty for a pint."

With that said, the dwarf lapses in to silence, dreaming about his favorite tavern.

male Dwarf cleric 1

After taking a moment to adjust to the added weight, Gorbaz continues along the cliff side. "99 kegs of ale in the tavern, 99 kegs of Ale! crack one open and drain it down, 98 kegs of ale in the tavern!"

male Dwarf cleric 1

I beleive the plan is to continue on eastward, looking for a path or trail or signs of life. Nice to know we've got plenty of time, not that the dwarf minds walking in the dark

male Dwarf cleric 1

Survivors:

I think we are leaving the basic shelter, but taking our gear, rope, and the weapons. New spells, swapped out 2 0 lvl for read magic and detect magic.

Gorbaz thanks the elf for the water, drinking deeply. Wiping his beard he glares up at the sun. "Hotter than Torag's forge"
Noticing all the gear tadanu has been carying, "Elf, let me take some of that load, you've managed so far, but your no dwarf, and we're used to carrying the mountain on our backs"

male Dwarf cleric 1

Survivors:

Rising and yawning louder that an angry bear, Gorbaz takes the offered rations, with a nod. He's quiet until he finishes, then steps out into the sunlight.

"No ProudHammer is afraid of any stupid bird, large or small, but those eerie lights in the water last night are unnatural."

Looking up and down the beach, Gorbaz scratches his ebard.

"Any recomendations on a direction elf, your the one born in a jungle."

Gorbaz will follow Tadanu, trusting in the elf's jungle experience to lead them for now

male Dwarf cleric 1

survivors:

"First ProudHammer in 3 generations to raise his hammer solely in Torag's name. Best smiths around, if ya need a new blade, or some new armor. Never did quite grasp the knack, but hammers, now there was soemthing I was good with. Not as good as some mind ya, but decent enough to get some extra training. Always felt like someone was watching when I lifted me warhammer, like I had an ally I just couldn't see. The elders could see it though, and I soon learned I was called by Torag, who in his infinite wisdom, has seen something in me worth forging. I was heading to the other dwarven cities to renew old ties, when that damn floating log tried to drown me."[/b]

Standing and stretching, Torag moves to the front of the shelter, and sits crosslegged, warhammer across his lap.

"Aye, a watch is smart, no telling what foul beasties are about this night. I'll wake ya for a shift halfway through."

male Dwarf cleric 1

Studying the elf, and his strange tatoos, Gorbaz tries to get comfortable in their shelter.

"A good strong ale would be perfect for waiting out this storm, but since we don't have that, might as well find out who Torag, in his infinite wisdom, has stranded me with."

male Dwarf cleric 1

survivors:

"The shiv, can't recall ever hearing about it, sounds like a nasty place though."

Gorbaz will begin gathering planking, as well as the axes, long spear, and javelins. Looking up at the sky, he laughs.

"Looks like this Shiv of yours is about to try and drown us, and I'm sick of things doing that. If Torag gave me wings, i'd fly up there and beat those clouds with me hammer."

"So, spied any nice cozzy places for us to make camp?"

male Dwarf cleric 1

[spoiler=Survivors]
Gorabz checks his posessions, and then begins searching about for any useful items, stopping at each body to offer a quick prayer.

perception check 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

"No ale, and no tavern in sight, could be worse though. Any idea where we are?"

male Dwarf cleric 1

An elf, what have I done to offend Torag that he'd strand me with an elf!

Grumbling as he moves, Gorbaz slowly stands then makes his way over the the elf, offering him a hand to help him stand.

"Well that was some ride, you hurt?"

male Dwarf cleric 1

A dwarf appears and begins attacking the thread. After a few moments he looks around and says "Dotted"

male Dwarf cleric 1

Stopping in to say hi and thanks for the invite, can't wait to start killing, uh er i mean "Healing" ya, thats right i heal things, with my hammer. Is hitting em over the head considered preemptive healing?

I realized the domain thing as i was going to sleep, just too tired to flush things out last night. I'll fix up the stats and flush him out for ya.

I would like to introduce Gorbaz, a dwarven cleric.

Gorbaz, ProudHammer

I also have a pciture of him as an earth oracle. Either would work well with the concept. I can flush both oput if theres interest
