Made some mistakes. But he is here to right those wrongs and tell all. I hope that you will listen to his story and hear the truth in it." He shuffles backwards and introduces Gideon to the panel.

Next, he approaches the priest. "Windspeaker, I fear I have some dread tidings. It appears there is a great evil deep in the swamp. An evil that does not wish to be contained any longer. He hands over the journal, highlighting some of the juiciest bits.

Gack climbs up from the grease, looking down at his clothes in dismay. "My new robes..." He mumbles. Looking up, he suddenly feels much better! "Thank you, Danicka! I was feeling down about my robes, but I feel better now! And my arm does too!" He gives her that big gnomish smile then follows after Dolora. I'm glad she's back to being happy again. She was really bumming me out, there.
He stays quiet for much of the investigation, watching Prickles carefully. I may have developed a new phobia. On an unrelated note, also a craving for pickles. His stomach rumbles as the group approaches the city building.
On the way in he begins spouting off facts about the Lord Servitor and the Iron Lady. "You see, I ran into them once at a party I was crashing! Lots of fun, that night was! I threw up all over the floor, and helped the cook roast the pig with my pistol!" He's lost in thought for a moment before continuing. "I could go ask around about the priest! Religious folks LOVE me!"Except the uptight ones. Or the strict ones. Or the mean ones. Or the rude ones. Or the racist ones. Or the ones who don't like their curtains on fire.

He stands up and moves past the greasy area. The gnome approaches the ghost with some tentativeness. "Sorry! That must be why you're always so sad! Everybody keeps burning you!" He reaches out a hand to pat the ghost, not realizing it would go right through. He draws his gun and watches the fallen foes. No funny business...

Gack lets out a happy "Harumph" when the two enemies are distracted by Danicka's blast. He stands, triggering an AoO from the blind boss?, and smiles. "That was quite rude!" He bounces up onto his toes and tosses a small bit of saltpeter into the air. "Time to for some just desserts!" He mimics the shape of his pistol with his right hand and whispers a magic word. A wave of fire shoots out of his finger, enveloping the two enemies!

Yay, fiery finger guns! I feel a little bad setting near-helpless enemies on fire, but hey. Most of our party was about to be brutally murdered.

Keeping his balance, he takes a small pinch of saltpeter from his spell pouch. He mutters an incantation, and raises his hands out in front of him. Face full of glee, fire erupts from his small hands and washes over the two remaining enemies.

Gack peeks around the corner, then back at the man with a huge mace who definitely wants to hurt him. Well, this should be fun! He pokes his head back around the corner and utters a magic incantation. A glob of grease shoots from his hand at the feet of the two thugs threatening Dark! Casting Grease at Blue and Red and the two squares behind them. DC 16 Reflex save or fall down. This triggers an AoO from Mr. Green who will hopefully not wreck me.

Gack enjoys the night's rest. Mmm... cotton candy fields. That's heavenly, right there. He smiles as they debate strategy. "Don't worry about the secretary. I'm cute. And fluffy." He strokes his beard and winks. "All the magic we know? We should be able to stun the poor sap and enter quietly."

Did you hear that?" Then, hearing nothing, he gives up. "Boring." He turns and walks over to Danicka and Dolora, grabbing back the scroll. "You're not done yet? I just killed a whole army of demon lords!" He sighs overdramatically and looks to the rest of the group. "Ready to help me out? Even smaller, I won't be able to pull Rock-Shoes out by mmyself. We'll only have a minute to get this right." He looks at the rest of the group and waits, rather impatiently.

Gack takes Danicka's hug, only a little uncomfortable. "Uh... thanks!" Once the man is freed from the trap, Gack pays him little more attention. "Alrighty, stay there!" Gack looks at his trapped legs rather pointedly and laughs. Then, the gnome goes to look at the trap. "Ooh, excellent design. Could definitely be improved with some gunpowder. OOH! Or a burning hands spell..." After musing over that for a few seconds, he bounces back across the room. "Hey, find anything interesting? This guy's super boring, he can't even move."

While staring, he calls out to the Aspis agent. "Hey, Rock-Pants! How did you get stuck in the floor anyway? And are your legs bent, or straight? Asking for a friend." Still keeping his eyes on the circle, Show yourself, little imp... he points to his backpack. "Uh, Danicka? I've got a Reduce Person scroll in my bag. Might help get Rock-Butt out of his hole."

Gack looks down at the guy and shakes his head. "Psh. I've been stuck in worse." He puts a gentle hand on Danicka's shoulder and shakes his head. "When my... uh, body part, was stuck in a mechanical bull, I mean, trap, a dog certainly would not have helped. This will take some good old fashioned lubricant." He smirks at the memory and dumps some alchemical grease on the guy's arms. Then, he tries to pull him out quickly!

Gack's courage flees as the boggard gets in his face. He lets out a very Danicka-esque "EEP!" and flees to the back of the group. "Pickles, protect me!" He flings his arm out behind him, shooting another small acid bubble into the air.

Gack, growing impatient that it had taken Danicka .7 seconds to translate, grabs a scroll from his pack and reads it. He smiles and speaks to the Boggard. "Hello, friend, can you understand me? I can understand you - but cannot speak your eloquent tongue, unfortunately." He bows deeply, beard nearly touching the swamp floor. He comes up with a large smile, trying to convey friendliness across the divide.

Gack, after calling out to the strangers, turns around to see what all the commotion is about. In a panic, he freezes. Ghost! Not again?! I don't have my Magic Missile scrolls out! But, when it doesn't come to steal their souls, he slowly begins to calm. "Huh. Almost looks like Dolora."

Knowing that if they cannot understand Common, all is lost, Gack calls out to the swamp. "Hello, friends! We like eating reptiles too! I even shot a giant lizard last week!" He looks at Prickles and mouths. Be good, pup! He turns his attention back to the foreign creatures. "Can we help you with your hunt?"
