congrads! Marcus. you are s*~$face drunk and you have to see the king in a bit :)

The whole tavern is cheering with excitement over the 3 fools and the dinosaur playing the drinking game. " 3 rounds of ale for everyone, thanks to these fine folk" The dwarf starts yelling out. Everyone cheers and celebrates.

You made some folk happy. Is will care over to other areas of the game fyi.I will contune this later.. now I got to come up with something lol!

@Olaf - that was 20 gold for each of your. but your right. also some of the gold may have been spent.. Drinking:)

@ everyone, please update you gold amounts.

The whole tavern starts laughing at the orc for upchucking the 1st shot up Grog juices.

" Well, atlest you got pass the smell. Grog is a foul mix of different alcohols and whatever’s handy. "

WOW! lol

I will be pushing you all to the king tomorrow. you have until then to do what ever you want in town

For those who adventure to the tavern across the street, you are greeted by another dwarf. "Hello travelers and err pets! Welcome to the Drunken Dragon. Please have a seat and I will get you a menu."

Menu:

Food - 1s per plate
Mead - 1s
Ale - 5s
Fine wine - 10G
Dragons punch whiskey - 20g

" We also have the famous dragons drinking game. you get 3 shots of Grog juice. Hold the 1st one down and everyone get a pint of Ale. Hold the 2nd one down and get a 20G credit. Hold the 3rd one down and...well no one ever held all 3 down. Its only 5g to play"

Drinking game rules:

Round 1 = Fort save 10
Round 2 = Fort save 15
round 3 = Fort save 20

john, you want to spend 20g on whiskey?

unless someone states other wise. you are selling the stuff.

As you make you way down the main strip you come across a armor and weapons shop call Figs Fighting Foundry. as you enter the shop and look around, you see weapons and armor of all types. there's a little dwarf at the counter sharping a blade.

"Welcome Folks!! My name is Fig. I be the own and operator of this fine shop. What can I do you for?"

Gears worth:

Bows = 150g each
Raptor = 20g each
studded leather = 25g each
buckler = 5g each
incase you wanna sell. Here is the worth. You may haggle BUT it will only work once for the whole party and prices may go up or down.
1st person to make a Diplomacy check will go for the whole party!

I going to push a little. Seems like we are getting hung up on this bandit lol.

The bandit replys to Garrik." No horse. we been walking. please don't let him kill me!!

Glee-glee steps in front of Marcus "no killing, we let him go." Glee-glee strips down the bandit naked and kicks him onto the road. " Let the wild decide your fate. But, if I see you again. Glee-glee will make you scream." With no knife or close that bandit starts walking down to road towards the garrison.

" We go now. king waiting and he have much to cover" Glee-glee jump on his horse and starts to ride. The party ride all day and find a nice area to make camp that night. The next morning the party get and early start in hope to make it to Avandoom by evening. The two day of travel go by uneventfully and by evening on the 2nd day the party reaches the city. The very happy Glee-glee points to the city gates and starts to jump up and down on his horse. "We made it!!!"

As you ride up, you notice hope big the city Avandoom really is. The surrounding walls seem you touch the clouds. You can see shacks built up against the outside wall. It seem the city has outgrew its wall. As you pass through the main gate, your greeted by a sea of people doing there everyday task. There are carts and wagon filled with all sorts of thing coming and going. "Welcome to avandoom!"

Is there anything you wanna do before you see the king.

you can craft 40 gold worth of ammo supply's per hour. That make since?

" Glee-glee says strip him down and let him go, no Knife! It be better than bring him to town to sit in cell. We got more important things to do" Glee-glee starts to squirm with each passing second. "King is waiting."

hope everyone had a good weekend and is ready to get this show back on the road. literally haha,

Glee-glee tucks the stick into his belt and takes the bow from John.
"Watch me!" Glee-glee pulls back the bow and takes aim. Then he closes his eyes and starts to spine around wildly and lets the arrow fly!

Who did the arrow hit?:

Bow: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Glee-glees managed to let the arrow go just at the perfect time. it hit the mark dead center. Slowly squinting one eye open like he could be in trouble he jumps up and yells
" YOU SEE!! phew. "

Glee-glee shake his head at Johns"Glee-glee no take anything but Glee-glee will take bet! can we share your axe?" While waiting on John, Glee-glee rummages through his bag and address the issue with the bandit."There's no town between the garrison and Avendoom and its 2 more days ride before we get to king. Glee-glee no thinks we should waste time! I say let Glee-glee take care of him" Glee-glee pulls out a stick from his bag and hold it in the air.

Garrik, theres 20 total.

At this time you all start to smell something.
Variel and Krumsh. Make a fort save or become nauseated from causing the bandit to s!*$ his pants. Can only fail on a nat 1.

"you have all we got, please just let me go."

"Nope, they all are dead. we were just looking to make a quick coin"

Glee-glee runs around searching the body's of the dead. every few seconds you here sounds of approval coming from the goblin.
" LOOK, LOOK, Glee-glee found stuff!"

Loot to split:

-studded leather x4
-buckler x2
-composite longbow (+1 Str)x2
-20 arrows
-rapier x2
-Bag of gold (20 gold each)
this includes the stuff on the alive bandit.

The bandit shakes uncontrollably. " yes"

I fine with it multiclassing. Personally though, I hate bards. there not my cup of tea.

Spell casting in armor might be hard without the feats.

I see that now! haha. sorry.

Do Rexes full HD

With this being a pbp game, I using a custom lvling system hahah. My rule for HP recovery is.
-Full HP recovered on lvling.
OR
-One nights rest for full HP recovered.
With that being said, you all at full HP.

AS far as lvl the animal companion. this it what is says .
The character's druid level. The druid's class levels stack with levels of any other classes that are entitled to an animal companion for the purpose of determining the companion's statistics.
soo I believe rex should lvl the same as you based off the charts.

Take full HP

Rex lunges at the bandit and brings him down. With in a seconds, Rex is on top of him and you see is the thrashing if teeth and claws. A limp bloody body no lays on the ground and a proud Rex standing on top of his trophies.

"I give!!!" The last bandit drops his bow and hold his hands up. "Do not kill me" .

congraz, this small fight is over. You may all act as you wish.
Also, you can all lvl up!

At this time Glee-glee come rolling out his tent. "Keep it down!, Goblins need there sleep!!" The bright dawns sun shins in his eyes and it take him a moment to realize what's going on.

@Garrik - Do be carefull. you don't have Precise Shot yet. and your range is only 20ft IF you want it to go against there touch ac.

The bandit manages to dodge both attacks in his attempted to live.

Any feed back so far? thing to change? trying to get more detailed and organized. 1st time trying a game on forms.

Within seconds, the area around one of the bandits becomes coated with grease. Variel, I am assuming you want grease were the red box is? that's brown bandit.
Brown reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Damn the rolls are hot for me
"Damn mage!". the bandit starts to slip but catches him self. His eyes now fixates on Variel.

As Garriks shot miss the bandit it was meant for he smiles.

Hedraks mighty attack come crashing across the bandits face as if he was trying to lob it off. With this one swing, the bandit go limb and falls down.

"JOHN, MIKE! NOO!!. DIE, just die, ALL OF YOU!" The bandit lets another arrow fly. This time at Variel.
Brown shot on Variel: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17 Brown Dam: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

With two dead already the leader take off running.

Green wheel is the entangle.
I am done. party's turn.

your cool john.

The bandits brace them self's as the blast of negative energy hit.
Blue will: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (8) - 1 = 7
Green will: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (20) - 1 = 19

The leader shrugs off the blast like a unwanted fly but the toile of the 2 blast has him weak. "let finish this up boy"

Krumsh mighty swing connects with the bandits side and within seconds, he drops dead in a pool of blood.

Road Ambush Map

@john. to stream line things and since I was not to clear at the start of the fight. I will allow your axe to grow to. Normal, if you did not have it on you I would not. but I want you all to be fully ready for this fight but I was not clear about that.

@holy, ya. that's fine.

Garrik shot goes whistling passed the bandit in the back. He yells out "We got a gunner!!".
The leader yells back as he steps towards Marcus and swings" Take em out!".

Marcus:

A bandit takes a 5ft step towards you and swings."Die you orc lover"
Blue swings: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 91d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
His swing misses wildly.

Krumsh:
The bandit next to you swings at you head with the intent to loob it off. "I will sell you head once I take it off!"
Green swings: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 231d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Green crit confirm: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
The rapier comes down right on top of your head with critical force.

you take 12 points of dam

Garrik:
The 2 bandits in the back take aim and fire a volley of arrows at you.
White shot: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 221d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Green shot: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 221d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Both shots hit.

Remember you each got 5 temp HP point still due to Krumsh and the meal.
I am done. Partys turn

@Garrik, correct me if I am wrong. (no to good with firearms) but your pistol only has a based range of 20ft. The bandit you said you were firing at was the one in the back(white). since he is outside your 1st range increment, your attack would be at a -2 and I would get full AC.

When firing an early firearm, the attack resolves against the target’s touch AC when the target is within the first range increment of the weapon, but this type of attack is not considered a touch attack for the purposes of feats and abilities such as Deadly Aim. At higher range increments, the attack resolves normally, including taking the normal cumulative –2 penalty for each full range increment. Unlike other projectile weapons, early firearms have a maximum range of five range increments.

Neg channel Will save bule: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (9) - 1 = 8
Neg channel Will save yellow: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (18) - 1 = 17

Johns lets loose a blast of negative energy. One of the bandits takes the full blast head on and drop to one knee but still has the fight in his eyes. The other roll out of the way but still get brushed by the blast.

Bandits Info
Blue - taken 5 damage
Yellow - taken 2 damage
Brown - taken 1 damage, entangled
White - taken 1 damage, entangled

I am sorry, I will be more in the future. In this fight. Go ahead and take you full actions like normal. You all are up and ready.

sorry, you should be able to edited now. Marcus, please mover your guy when you get a chance

Johns hatchet flies in the bush that the bandit is behind and misses him completely.

As the grass springs up around the bandits feet they try to avoid getting caught.

Reflex blue: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Reflex yellow: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
Reflex brown: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Reflex white: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13

@John. yes the blue one is behind a waste tall bush and the other one is behind a tree.

@krumsh. Enjoy the dinosaur :)

The night passed peacefully as you each take turns on watch with the exception of Glee-glee talking in his sleep. The night sky is filled with stars shining bright. As the night starts to fade on Krumsh Arrinok something stirs in the bush.

Bush sound: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10

Krumsh Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

"Lets kill them all. I am sure they have some worth a few gold." Krumsh is alerted to the sounds of humans speaking and yells for everyone to rise!

When in combat, ether I will go 1st or yalls whole party will. There will be no set combat order for the party. Make your move when you can and once everyone is done, the I will go. You all have 1st move... this time.

Road ambush map

BTW. I will not be posting on weekend.

Variel:
You since an over welling amount of magic coming from glee-glees rope, its power almost causes you to faint. In order to avoid falling unconscious you stop the spell. Unfortunately you were unable to gather any detail other than the amount of power. However, you do notice that each knot in the rope seem to turn into a small glowing red bead.

Glee-glee turns and looks at Variel ” Variel knows magic?? Glee-Glee does too! Watch!!” Glee-glee pulls out a rope with a bunch of knots in it. He start weaving more knots and chanting. Then, all of a sudden he lets out a loud yell and hold the rope up above his head, between both hands. A minute goes by and nothing happens. ” Awwwwww… to many… Glee-Glee puts the rope away disappointedly when he see John walking over.

Johns little talk with Glee-glee seem to have gotten him a little nervous. Glee-glee reaches around his back and drops the flask... “Glee-glee know not about flask. But Glee-glee will help find” with a nervous smile he nods at John.

During all this, Krumsh wanders off into the woods behind the camp. His absence only last 30 minutes before a loud cry is heard. The sound of some beast meeting its end echoes through the camp. Within minutes, Krumsh appears out of the darkness with a rather large boar in tow. Glee-glee is amazed at the size of the boar, it’s as big as him. He walks over to the beast and give it a swift kick. Satisfied that its dead he turns and goes back to his mischief.

Glee-glee’s Mischief:

What will happen: 1d6 ⇒ 4
1= Garrik R.T. Outwoods
2= Krumsh Arrinok
3= Variel the Talented
4= John Logger
5= Marcus Redcleave
6= Hedrak

With boar roasting and food/water a plenty, everyone digs in. ” Glee-glee want wine.” turning to look at Marcus ” you make wine too? “After the meal, you all settle in and take watch.

With such a large meal , everyone gains 5 temp HP for 24 hours.

Sorry for the slow start. It will get better and have more action.

John Logger:
you notice that the flask looks just like your. reaching around your to locate it, you find that it is missing.

"Glee-glee can fight!!!" Glee-glee jumps back and pulls out a fish the size of a short sword and starts to swing it around.

Fish slips out of glee-glees hands:

1= Garrik R.T. Outwoods
2= Krumsh Arrinok
3= Variel the Talented
4= John Logger
5= Marcus Redcleave
6= Hedrak
Fish hits: 1d6 ⇒ 6

"Opps...Glee-glee is ready too! Must not wait to long to leave. Horses owner come soon and Glee-glee no like walking.." Glee-glee turns and faces Variel "I do know why king calls Wildhearts, I am glee-glee. Goblins are smart." and with a smile he turns away and walks back to his horse."No towns on road to Avandoom. But we can make camp on way back and sing and dance and play and .... no no no Glee-glee. King said no play..."

Glee-glee signals that its time to go and you all mount the horses and set off. You ride for the whole day and pass the time by telling story of bravery and cunning. Glee-glee chimes in about a how he once put a fish in the king bed. Dusk starts to roll around and Glee-glee stops
I forgot to answer Hedraks question. Yes you know each other.

"We make camp here tonight." Glee-glee jumps down and ties his horse to a tree that right off the road."We make it to Avandoom in 2 more days" You all follow his lead and tie up the horses and start setting up camp. The night sky starts to shine bright with starts and there not a cloud in sight.

yep, I just figured that out. sorry. haha

Olaf. can you add a picture?

Sir Ignoral turns and faces Variel ” A baby dwarf could problem craw to Avandoom in about 3 days. I hope you all can make it there in a week. Besides, this will help you get in shape” his eyes glance over to Hedrak. “Krumsh is right, it’s time to go! Glee-glee is waiting for you at the gate. Now get lost!!!” Sir Ignoral turns and walks back out onto the balcony of the war room. From the balcony you hear Sir ignoral say ” Best watch you pockets around Glee-glee”

The sun has just started to show its self by the time you leave to war room. As you make your way down to main gate to meet up with the messenger Glee-glee, you can’t help to wonder what the king has in stored for you. Once you arrive at the gate you notice 7 horses, one of which has a small goblin on it. The goblin turns to face you all and his face lights up with excitement. With one swift motion that almost too fast to be nature, the goblin roll off the back of the horse and dashed over to your parry.

” WELCOME, I am Glee-glee” with his hand extended he shake the 1st hand he gets to but make sure to avoid the half-orc.

Glee-glee’s hand shake:

Who’s gets the hand shake?: 1d5 ⇒ 4
1= Garrik R.T. Outwoods
2= Krumsh Arrinok
3= Variel the Talented
4= John Logger
5= Marcus Redcleave

” I will be your guide and protector on our way to see the king! Are we all ready to go ??” as he turns and points to the horses, Glee-glee take a swig from a flash that he seem to pull out of mid air.

@Variel: I can switch it up for a bit and see if yall like it better.

@Garrik: never used google slide. will look into it at work tomorrow.

Sir Ignoral "You would think with those big elf ears of your Variel, you would have heard me say I do not know. Let me say is slower... I .. do .. not .. know. Why don't you ask the damn goblin your self when you meet up with him later. You both seem to have the same amount of intelligents so maybe you two will be able to understand each other. As for as his safety goes."

Ignoral stops to think. He picks up the now empty wine glass off the table and give it a disappointing look.

"Let him do as he wishes. The Wildhearts are not babysitters. If he loses a arm, its his own damn fault. . . But he is the kings personal messenger, so don't let him die Garrik"

Ignoral's tone and expressions have been full of anger and rage but that all seem to fade for a second when his gaze shifted to John.

"Its about a weeks travel, sober, to Avandoom from here by foot."

Just FYI, going to just RP until I see everyone post at lest once tomorrow. this way I can get a feel for when and how often ppl are on. I will be moving on by days end tomorrow.

up to you. since I am using this name to post stuff. I will be using bolt for the char speaking and italics for what there saying.

I went ahead and start the game since it seems most ppl post early in the AM. Feel free to jump in when ever your ready.

It’s early in the morning and the sun has not even kissed the walls of the garrison and yet, you can hear the clash of swords outside. This garrison, Doomguard has held the creatures of the Wild-lands at bay for decades. . . But now the attacks on the garrison are becoming more and more frequent. It’s as some force is driving the creatures into a frenzy. The scouts talk of giant monsters, the likes of which they never seen, raising out of the depths of the Wild-lands. Fear is starting to take root. These are dangerous times to be a Wildheart. . .
You all have been summoned by Sir Ignoral, the commander and leader of Doomguard. The doors of the war room open and you can’t help to feel excited! As a Wildheart, battle is all you live for and to be summoned by Ignoral can only mean that something glorious is about to happen. As you walk in you notice an inscription starting to glow around the door and it reads.

Born in combat, bound to each brother. Fear will never tear, this Wildheart apart.

Sir Ignoral is looking out over the vast, empty Wild-land from the balcony of the war room. As you enter he turns and walks back in.

Sir Ignoral "It’s about time!! I summoned you all half a moon ago and now you come strolling in like a bunch of dwarfs. I can S%*+ faster than you all walk!" He slams his hand down on the table causing the wine to fall over and spill. "Well it’s not my concern anymore I guess. King Urrel has ask me to send him a group of the best Wildhearts I got. Why, I do not know… Well the best I got are too busy protecting his bored from the Wild-lands so he can sleep in peace at night. So, I am sending you all instead and maybe you can do something useful for a change. Now, go check your gear and ready your self’s. It a long walk to Avandoom and the messenger will be accompanying you back. Any question??"
