Hey! We're running quests at Anime Nebraskon, November 4-5-6 this year. We've never run at Anime Nebraskon, so this will be a new experience for us!

If you've friends attending this event, let them know to give us whirl. We'll have Honor's Echo and Angels' Flight. At least one of our GMs will have prepared scenarios, so that if enough players want to play something, it can be done.

Check out animenebraskon.com for more information about their convention.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Hi all!

The time for Pretzcon will soon be upon us. We're finalizing the development stages now and will get the schedule up within the week. We're planning on running both interactive specials.

You can go here to register for Pretzcon, or just show up and buy your badge at the door.

This year's theme is World Tour, so amid newer scenarios, we'll run some bard/song/dance/music themed scenarios. It should be a blast!

Plus, we're at the Ralston Arena this year. No more driving to the middle of nowhere to play PFS in a crowded room. There'll be ample space. We will miss the amazing pizza, quesadillas, and pretzels that the adjacent eateries had to offer. That'll be sad. But the relocation is awesome news!

Should you have inquiries, reach out to me at pfs.hillr[at]gmail.com.

Hey -
Room for a couple more for the aforementioned table. Sign up here!

Erm, yeah. Enjoy.

Heyyyy -

I'm running tables in July. Just catching up on Season 6. If someone wants to have a certain table in the 3-7, 5-9, or 7-11 range, let me know.

Thanks and here's a Warhorn.

So last call for Sniper in the Deep to be run today.

If you're interested, go here or email me: rachel[dot]san[at]gmail[dot]com

Thanks.

So, in like, two hours.

See above - Have three players already. Rather not pilot pregen.

Monday (in just under 2 hours) this 5-9 scenario.
Here's the url.

It's at 1pm CDT. Slotted to finish by 6pm CDT because I have other stuff going on in my life.

Also, check out the other games here.

NOTE: Please do sign up in order to avoid confusion. To ensure I get the VTT info out to you ASAP, you're welcome to shoot me an email: rachel[dot]san[at]gmail[dot]com

Edit: Aww, and then there were two.

Got a group who's been assaulting the Shadow Maze here ant there, been taking a few weeks [in game] to do so. Using the Amatatsu Seal. Dying. All that.

What's the fall out for this?

Warhorn- Go sign up.

Game today: The Golden Serpent (5-9). Late minute decision to run something.

Will send confirmation emails either as soon as I notice the game's full OR at about 3pm CDT.

Warhorn

The Midnight Mauler (3-7) day game - Would be fun to run. Five player sign-up. If there's a sixth, I may feel generous. I do not plan to run the full five hours, but officially the slot is 11am-4pm CDT [-5 GMT]

Where Mammoths Dare Not Tread -
High-tier
Four Seats Available
Note: This scenario has a tendency to push past the five hour mark. It's scheduled for SIX hours. If you cannot commit to the full six hours, please refrain from signing up for the table. I will not adjust sub-tier for the rest of the players if you leave early, and you will not gain treasure for any section you do not complete.

Warhorn

Hey:
A friend requested Horn of Aroden, so I'll deliver. I/he'd like the table to go high-tier, so I want your characters to be at least level three. Jayson MF Kip's the GM, and I'll either co-GM or step in as a player.

Here's the Warhorn. Game's Saturday, July 19th, 11am-4pm CDT [-5 GMT]. There are four seats available, plus the person who requested it.

Yar! Let's do this:

Warhorn Curse of the Riven Sky, it's a module! It takes all day! I alloted eight hours for it, and I'd like not to run long. If it looks like we've far to go after eight hours, we'll schedule a second session; let's not let that happen.

So anyway, table of five, levels 9-11, rated well. Grab a mimosa for breakfast and join me.

Let's take advantage of this paid Roll20 account.

Running Echoes of the Everwar, woo.

The Prisoner of Skull Hill Warhorn Tuesday, July 8th, 5.30 PM CDT [-5 GMT]

The Watcher of Ages Warhorn Tuesday, July 15th, 5.30 PM CDT [-5 GMT]

Terror at Whistledown Warhorn Tuesday, July 22nd, 5.30 PM CDT [-5 GMT]

and for the change-up
The Faithless Dead Warhorn Friday, July 25th, 5.30 PM CDT [-5 GMT]

I'd like the same group, but I realize that probably won't happen.

These orders do not seem to come with redemption codes for the gift certificates/store credits. They show in order history, but not in my gift certificates.

Feast of Sigils Warhorn Sign-up

Table requested to go High Tier. I'll run five people through it. Once the person who requested the table signs up for it, I'll expand the available seats to five, accurately reflecting table composition.

Thanks.

Refuge of Time Warhorn Sign-up

Table requested to go High Tier. It's a table of five, and three seats remain. I'd still like to two people I'm holding seats for to sign-up so that I can send out appropriate emails and expand the available seats.

Let's do this:
Hellknight's Feast, tomorrow [Thursday] June 12th from 6pm-11pm CDT [-5 GMT]

Warhorn table of five

I haven't seen another thread about this; if you know of one, point me there.

Simple question: can I put gold-plating on top of other special metals?

For example, and only for example, and only according to the rules, not GM house rules: I want Gold-Plated Fire-Forged Steel Tatami-do.

Can I have that suit of armor?

Ah, thanks.

My party got to the Nameless Spire in The Hungry Storm. Upon arriving, they fought the hoarfrost spirits, the chardas, the wights, the frost phantoms, and finally the moonflower. After the moonflower took and cocooned Sandru, the party left the building. Now a new moonflower appears.

What are some interesting ways I could run their return to the spire to tackle entering and ascending the tower? I don't imagine that it's exactly how they left it, but hitting reset on the creatures doesn't seem entirely fair, either.

Hi - I didn't want to just update Jayson's thread for this since the time changed and I took over as GM.

The time's now 9am CDT, and here's his Warhorn.

Sign up there, and he'll get your email address to me if I don't happen to have it already.

Thanks.

Hey, I have one seat left for Rats of Round Mountain II.

It's at 10pm EDT.

email rachel.san@gmail.com if interested

Thanks

Hi all - Looking to run Bonekeep I: The Silent Grave on Thursday.

The scenario is slotted at noon and should end no later than 5.30pm CDT [-5 GMT] as the event is timed and game gets called at five hours. The thirty minutes is a cushion.

So anyway, here's the Warhorn. And, best reason to sign up for this Bonekeep over all other Bonekeeps: Who else (especially online) will run you through a happy, Crayola-colored Bonekeep? So like many other tables of Bonekeep, you'll have a custom map, but this map's super bright! C'mon, do it!

Hi all -
Here's a last minute table for the 7-11 scenario 2-14 The Chasm of Screams.

Here's the Warhorn.

Check it out!

Hi - I'm looking to run Eyes of the Ten this May. We're halfway to a table, so it looks promising.

Briefly, here is where you go to sign up.

Details: This'll be done online via Roll20 and G+. I believe I've alloted ample time, but please be aware that the end time is not concrete. I'll do my best to budget time; I do not want to short-change and RP experience. A player requested that, pre-game, he have the ability to communicate with the other players to discuss battle tactics and character tendencies. I'm more than happy to allow this, and I certainly encourage it. I want to keep the table small, so I have the minimum 4 player allowance. Depending on interest, that may move to four with wait-list seat one getting in, too. Lastly, I'd like to audit characters before the game. I certainly don't need a full inventory of every holy water purchased over the character's career, but I'd like to see current inventory, traits, feats, classes, et al.

Thanks,
Rachel

Hi - I'm jumping on that Ruins of Bonekeep surge and running it. Should you wish to join the table, check it out here. Because I think strategy is vital, if you players want to talk amongst yourselves pre-game, with permission I'll set you up with one another's email addresses. That or I'll make a hangout a couple hours in advance.

Anyway, it's this Wednesday 14 May at 9am CDT [-5 GMT]. Do join!

Pocahontas said that you can use all the pigments in the wind as paint. Heraclitus said that everything is fire so we can never step in the same river twice.

With another run of Shades of Ice, I'm sure there's something to be said about the glaciers that move slowly carve the deepest paths (or something like that).

Sign up for my tables of it, here, on Warhorn! This'll be, like, the third/fourth time I've run this series so by now I'm bound to be good at it. See the title for dates, starting at 8 am on Tuesday, April 29th.

Thanks

Hi - Re-running Reign of Winter: The Shackled Hut this Sunday at 7 am CDT [-5 GMT].

This is PFS mode (I know, I know) and would like one more person at the table. This is a table of four.

Thanks!

Warhorn!

Hey - I have two seats left for Fingerprints of the Fiend. Here's a Warhorn. I'm running the entire series over the next couple weeks, so do check out the schedule posted on Warhorn.

-Rachel

Hey! Since someone requested it, I'll run Below the Silver Tarn tomorrow night at 18.30h CDT [-5 GMT].

Warhorn! - go sign up. Per my norm, only five slots.

Since I got booted off my local table tomorrow night (no hard feelings) I'd like to run something online.

Something as in open book. Is there something someone would like to play?

This would be for Saturday, April 12th at 6.30 CDT. Because of Daylight Savings Time, whatever that is, I'd recommend you convert your time zone to USA Chicago, Illinois, just to make sure we're on the same page regarding the time.

But seriously, was there something people wanted run? A free RPG day module? A 7-11? A random Blackros scenario? Give me some ideas, and I'll happily work with you to prepare a good table.

Thanks!

EDIT: If people want a module, I'm happy to start earlier.

Death Knell Aura states that

Death Knell Aura via Archives of Nethys wrote:

Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S
Effect
Range 20 ft.
Area 20-ft.-radius emanation, centered on you
Duration 1 round/level (D)
Saving Throw Will negates; Spell Resistance yes
Description
You gain a shimmering gray aura that feeds on the souls of creatures who die within it. The aura sheds light as a candle. If a creature at –1 or fewer hit points is within the aura at the start of its turn, it must save or die, granting you the benefits of death knell.

Is it safe to assume that this spell targets both my allies and my enemies because the text does not say the spell differentiates friend from foe?

Just wanted to double check.

Thanks

EDIT: Fixed Spelling, whoops!

I'll be running In Wrath's Shadow on Friday, April 11th, 9AM CST [-6 GMT]. Come explore an ancient temple belonging to a Runelord; it'll be fun. Just ask the last group of people who explored it! Check out Warhorn.

Also, since I now have a working computer again, I'll be able to run some more scenarios. Check out my April schedule. It even runs into May! C'mon, you know you wanna!

I'll announce events about a week in advance, still, but get a head start at tables by signing up now.

I've looked through the guide, and I saw the thread that started a few weeks ago, but never found a concise answer to the whole "People sometimes have to leave early" predicament.

Let's go down the cert, one box at a time, starting with general gold, XP, pp.

He garners 1 XP because he was around for three encounters.

He gains 0 PP because he was not around when the party completed the first and second objectives.

He gains all of the gold because the party found all of the items that give them gold ?

He gains his day job, should he have one.

He does not gain Dragonkiller because he was not around for that part of the scenario, even though the rest of the party garnered it.

Any listed items found after he left are crossed off the sheet.

Is this reading of awarding appropriate XP, PP, GP, boon, accurate?

Warhorn sign-up here

High-tier table would be nice to have (nudge-nudge) so I extended the table to six players. C'mon, that paladin 5's played tier 1-2s almost exclusively.

Hey - Looking to run Among the Living this 21 February. Game's at 1 AM CST. Here's the Warhorn for sign-ups.

Obviously I'm not going to restrict sign-up based on location, but for all you Aussies, here's another game at a reasonable hour for you. Depending on how I feel, I may well extend the table to six.

Looking at making a Scald Metal Oracle. She's going Rage Prophet. No, really, she is going that direction.

I'd like her to have a deity; she's obviously a sailor. I have neither my books nor the books shared with me available to me at this moment. In trying to remember the various PF deities, I can't think of any one who would fit for a Scald god(dess). Besmara was the closest I could think of, but she's no pirate. A pantheon would be okay, too; I'm just looking for something that fits nicely within the character build. The great old ones would be okay, but I'm not sure Cthulhu is the answer.

In the push for 50. Or is it 60? Or maybe 100? I don't know. Help me get there, though, with a vignette on Taldor!

Here's the Warhorn. Two seats are reserved, so as soon as they register on Warhorn, I'll fill the table out to 5 spots.

[quote=Paizo Says}Several years ago, a Taldan Zyphus cult took over a famous Oppara opera house, murdered a Pathfinder, and turned dozens of Taldor's wealthiest citizens into the walking dead. The Pathfinder Society has finally tracked down their hideout and sends you to Oppara for one purpose: revenge. Can you face the servants of Golarion's god of accidents unharmed or will you find yourself among Zyphus's cursed souls?

Among the Dead is a follow-up scenario to Pathfinder Society Scenario #7: Among the Living. When played together, the scenarios create a mini story arc in Taldor's gilded capital, Oppara.

So I have a friend whose character retires soon. I'm running his character's last scenarios and wanted to kind of feature Sczarni being Sczarni.

I know Sewer Dragons of Absalom is a good Sczarni faction stand-by, but it's a 3-7. I believe My Enemy's Enemy had a pretty good Sczarni one, too, but it's also a 3-7.

Is there anything Season 0-2 (Taldor) or Season 3-5 (Sczarni) in the 7-11 range that has some pretty unique/cool RP potential for Sczarni faction members?

Hello Everybody,
I'm not putting this event up on Warhorn.

Anyone want to play through Snows of Summer I this coming Sunday/Monday? It's a module for levels 1-2, so it's not going to be some 4hr game. Look at setting aside 8-10 hours to play since it's, you know, a module.

I love tables of 4-5 people. Four seats are "available;" seat five is for cartmanbeck who requested the scenario; if there's a seat six, it's for a really lucky person. Are you feeling lucky?

A friend of mine wants to power level, so here's the deal.

I've got two three hour 1-5 slots on Wednesday. These are tables of four people with sign-up on Warhorn. I'd like players to know their characters and have macros set up in advance. It's a hard start time, and a hard end time, so there's no room for tardiness or fumbling tactics (which goes for me as well).

Here's the Frozen Fingers blurb:
Skelg the Ripper, envoy from the Land of the Linnorm Kings, lies wasting in his villa on the outskirts of Absalom. A frigid curse followed Skelg from his northern homeland and grips his bearish heart in its frosty embrace. As the bizarre freezing ailment pushes Skelg to the brink of death, the Society dispatches you and your fellow Pathfinders to uncover the secrets of the freezing curse before Absalom falls to its icy grip.

The Silken Caravan offers passage, hauling exotic treasures across the perilous sea of sands. You'll brave bandits, spies, and unwelcome mourners hell-bent on paying respects to your dead companion. Worse still, the caravan's mistress, a satin-swathed Qadiran princess, has designs of her own on you and your cargo.

Since everyone else is doin' it -
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for level 1-2.

Almost all Pathfinders undergo extensive training for three or more years to learn the tricks of the trade, and their last test before graduating from the ranks of the initiates to the status of a full Pathfinder agent is the Confirmation, a special research project that involves considerable fieldwork and is designed to simulate the initiates' future work as a Pathfinder. Even the noteworthy field commissioned agents sometimes participate in such trials as a way to familiarize themselves with the Pathfinder Society’s rules and expectations. Although Confirmation is typically an individual affair, the society recently discovered a site on the Isle of Kortos that would be perfect for initiates but perhaps too dangerous to handle alone. Successfully uncovering this site’s secrets will not only contribute to the society’s body of knowledge but shape the exciting careers ahead for each of the prospective agents.
