"I will find you at your home tomorrow," Escaline says as they head out to leave. "I will try to stop by at a more reasonable hour."

Escaline nods. "As you wish. I'll be ready tomorrow morning then."
Escaline nods. "We lost a number of people freeing him from his possession."
"Yes, my name is Escaline," she replies. "I have come to offer my aid in stopping your former eidolon and destroying the mana well."
"Good morning, Auric," Escaline responds, handing the empty tankard to Toska. "I'm sorry if I came too early, but..."
"Ah, I see."
Escaline takes a drink of juice before looking at Toska. "Is he upset?"
"Thank you," Escaline says, taking the juice from Toska.
"Yes, please," the half-elf answers. "What do you have?"
"Very well," Escaline says, taking a seat on the couch.
Escaline steps inside and waits for Toska and Auric to return.
"Good morning," Escaline responds. "Are we ready to depart?"
Opening the little metal hatch on the door, Toska peers through and sees Escaline standing on the porch.
"It'd be best to call it a night and get an early start tomorrow," Escaline answers. "I can find my way back from here. Good night." The half-elf heads back to the Common House on her own.
"Thank you," Escaline says. "Will you also be joining Toni in her quest?"
Escaline walks into the half-orc's home, giving him a polite nod but remaining silent.
Escaline waits for Toska to head after the halfling before following behind the both of them.
The half-elf shifts in her seat and grunts. "Probably."
Escaline does not seem surprised by the answers. "In the morning, please take me to meet with her and I will see if I can offer some insight."
Escaline nods at Toska. "Does the former Szef have a plan to deal with the rogue eidolon?"
"Very astute of you," Escaline remarks.
"I go by Escaline," the half-elf answers. |
