I have raved about the quality of Paizo’s customer service in the past. Anytime prior I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled in a matter of hours, from shipping updates to replacing missing orders. So, to be honest, the communication (other than being told “just expect it to go out on the last day and you won’t be disappointed”) has been disappointing.
