Most of us are staying behind the paladin and around the Elu for her Magic Circle against Evil, and you should be fine staying where you are, since the alternative would be getting into the room.
Also, Elu already gave everyone Freedom of Movement using the wand we found earlier, so you can use your round of time to cast something else if you want. Thanks for the Haste!

It's a Tumor Familiar, so it will have Fast Healing 5 when it merge back. It's also a Figment archetype familiar, which is "born from their masters’ imaginations rather than being ordinary creatures that are awakened.", and will reappear again after a full night sleep if it died and vanished. Don't ask Elu how someone imagine they have a smart hedgehog tumor...it's MAGIC!

Koani:

Elemental, as an outsider, can speak; plus, Handle Animal skill does not require the ability to speak, you can do hand signal or whisles and what not. What's more, giving command is free action, thus can be done before the standard action Wild Shape. Although it's true that dinosaur druid is better at wild shaping dinosaurs (as non-dino wild shape only last minutes/lvl), you still retain the full wild shape progression (compared to XXXX shaman druid archetype that have -2 on their effective level at their non-XXXX Wild Shape), which still make it an effective combat option. You just can't free roam in Air Elemental like normal druid would.

Alternatively, Koani should be able to take the Withdraw action. The point being denying the ghul's full attack (at least to Koani)

Elu would suggest that:

Koani Wild Shape into Earth Elemental (small or medium doesn't matter, Su ability so doesn't provoke AoO) and use its Earth Glide ability to just 5ft step into the ground. Hold you breath.

Andirke should use 1 point of ki for +4 dodge AC (that stack), full defense for another +4 dodge AC, and try to Acrobatic away more than 5ft so they can't step up and full attack. Just stay alive so other teammates can blast the ghul into pieces later.

The acid are part of bullet damage as well, I only rolled them in seperate dice block to make them easier to read. They shouldn't be substracting hardness.

We're in a time-sensitive, high-stakes scenario—literally under a collapsing temple. Deliberately choosing inefficient strategies under those conditions isn't just suboptimal, it actively risks the mission for all of us. That can be just as much of a fun-killer, especially for people who enjoy seeing the team succeed or are invested in their characters' survival.

My post wasn’t meant as pressure, but as a helpful suggestion grounded in mechanics and teamwork. I didn’t demand anyone play a certain way—just pointed out what gives us all the best shot at completing the objective together. Some folks might want that level of coordination, even if you personally don’t.

If your intent is to just play for vibes and not success, that’s fair—but in a team-based, time-crunched mission, that should be something you say explicitly to the group. Because we’ve already burned 40% of our time and made less than 40% progress.

I get that real life is stressful. It is for me too. But part of what I enjoy about PFS—especially high-level play—is the challenge and the collaboration. That includes navigating pressure and danger in character. If that’s not what you’re looking for right now, maybe it’s worth taking a break, instead of pushing the stress back onto teammates who are trying to succeed.

No hard feelings—I just want us all to be on the same page. If people don’t want reminders or ideas, I’ll stop sharing. But let’s be honest about what kind of game we’re all here to play.

Elu has noticed something important: it's significantly easier to make 50% progress on two different shelves in a round than to push for 100% on a single one. In other words, two rounds of 50% + 50% on two shelves is much more achievable than trying to fully complete one shelf per round. The result is the same—two shelves in two rounds—but the effort and success rate are far more favorable with the first approach.

Hypothetically speaking, if 6 people rolled 20 on their Strenght check, they can either focus effort on one shelf for 20+2+2+2+2+2=30, for 100% on 1 shelf, or spread the effort and do six shelves, for 50% on 6 shelves. That's 3 times more efficient.
