Did you use the Dual Talent on the same ability score? Cause you getting your wisdom to 20 would require you to do so, and you can’t use Dual talent on the same stat you have to choose 2 different ones. Dual talent:
Dual Talent: Some humans are uniquely skilled at maximizing their natural gifts. These humans pick two ability scores and gain a +2 racial bonus in each of those scores. This racial trait replaces the +2 bonus to any one ability score, the bonus feat, and the skilled traits. But if gold is fine with it then I don’t care anyhow.
